Background
At present, people's standard of living improves by a wide margin, the car gets into thousands of families, the increment is rapid every year, and the garage parking (field) of prior art and method construction often is planar layout's garage parking, it is big mostly to occupy the land area, it is small in quantity to park, land use efficiency is low, double-deck or multilayer garage buries deeply, be unfavorable for sponge city construction, and the equipment pipeline occupies vertical space proportion again very big, make the vertical layer height in whole garage increase very much, make the garage parking plane and vertical huge space that has occupied, thereby make the inefficiency in current garage parking, construction cost is high enterprise, waste land resources, waste investment, hardly attract constructor and investor to actively get into garage parking (field) field.
However, the mechanical garage has no property right, large investment, large maintenance and operation cost, many faults, many disputes, large dangerousness, difficult parking, and social capital unwilling to intervene in the field, and investors, constructors or operators are often insufficient or slightly profitable, so that the initiative is not positive.
The existing technology and method are completely anecdotal, and the newly-built garage, especially the existing garage expansion urgently needs a big method and a big breakthrough, and the problem of parking can be solved only by a brand-new parking method and technology, so that the social capital can be comprehensively and actively involved.
Most of the traditional underground and aboveground automobile parking garages or automobile parking garages are one layer or multiple layers and are also distributed in a staggered layer, so that the parking efficiency cannot be effectively improved, and electric or mechanical parking equipment is complex, has many accidents, is difficult to park, has large investment, consumes human resources and consumes energy and land resources.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above defects in the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a duplex parking garage, which can greatly improve the parking efficiency, achieve the purposes of energy conservation, environmental protection, land resource saving, contribution to sponge city construction, no or little vertical space occupation of pipelines, rich, transparent and attractive visual effect and investment fund saving.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a multiple parking garage, comprising a first stacked layer and at least one second stacked layer, wherein the first stacked layer is located at the uppermost layer of the garage, and the second stacked layer is located below the first stacked layer; a ramp is used for passing through the space between the first lamination and the first second lamination below the first lamination; the periphery of the whole parking garage is sealed by an outer wall, each adjacent upper lamination and each adjacent lower lamination are divided by a lamination plate, the bottommost part of the parking garage is a bottom plate, the topmost part of the parking garage is a top plate, and the top plate, the lamination plates and the bottom plate are sequentially supported by an upright post; the laminated plate and the bottom plate are respectively provided with a parking space, a traffic lane, a machine room and the like; the laminates, bottom and top plates in this description are referred to as beam-slab or non-beam-slab structures.
At least one clearance is arranged between the laminated plates, between the laminated plates and the outer wall and between the laminated plates and the outer wall. In order to realize pipeline arrangement, air conditioning, smooth smoke exhaust and attractive appearance, a horizontal distance is reserved between the laminated plates to form a gap, at least one gap can be arranged between the laminated plates and the outer wall according to needs, but the gap is not required to be arranged, the vertical wind smoke pipe is arranged at the gap, the vertical wind smoke pipe is respectively provided with a wind port and a smoke port at the lower edge of each laminated plate (the vertical space between the first laminated layer and the second laminated layer or between the second laminated layer and the second laminated layer), and one end of the vertical wind smoke pipe, which is positioned on the first laminated layer, is communicated with the horizontal wind smoke pipe.
Adjacent two laminates within the same laminate are not limited to absolute alignment with respect to the laminates.
As a further improvement of the invention, the second laminated layer has at least two layers, and the second laminated layers which are adjacent up and down are communicated through the second ramp.
As a further improvement of the invention, the adjacent laminated plates of the upper layer and the lower layer are supported by the upright posts.
As a further improvement of the invention, soil covering is arranged outside the top plate.
As a further development of the invention, at least one opening is provided in the laminate, so that at least one recess is formed.
As a further improvement of the invention, the vertical flue pipes are respectively provided with a wind port and a smoke port at the top of each second lamination.
As a further improvement of the invention, the laminated plate is one of a beam plate structure, a beamless floor structure and a steel structure or any combination thereof.
As a further improvement of the invention, the horizontal flue pipes, the vertical flue pipes, the pipelines and other equipment pipelines are arranged in the high-altitude airspace, and the vertical pipelines are not limited to the arrangement form of the pipelines and comprise the pipelines which are vertically arranged, and also comprise the pipelines which are obliquely arranged and the pipelines which are spirally arranged.
As a further improvement of the invention, the laminate or the relieved edges are in an aligned or non-aligned condition. In the same laminated space, the laminated plates are communicated with each other by using a channel or a small slope, namely, the upper laminated plate and the lower laminated plate can be communicated with each other, and the laminated plates in the same laminated space can also be communicated with each other.
As a further improvement of the invention, the first lamination is communicated with the first second lamination below the first lamination through a first ramp.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the parking efficiency is greatly improved, and the arrangement positions are reserved by additionally arranging the hollow space, the air supply pipeline and the smoke pipeline, so that the vertical space is reduced or not occupied, the floor height of a parking space is further reduced, the overall (or single parking space) occupied volume of the garage is greatly reduced under the condition of the same parking number, the connected earth volume, the consumption of building materials and the construction cost are greatly reduced, and finally the parking efficiency is greatly improved, and a plurality of fireproof defense lines are safer; by reasonably arranging ventilation and smoke exhaust pipelines in the hollow area, compared with a double-layer or multi-layer traditional garage, the double-layer or multi-layer vertical-stacking compound garage can reduce the height of each layer, thereby greatly reducing the buried depth of the garage; compared with a single-layer traditional garage, the vertical-stacking multiple garage can greatly reduce the projection area and the volume of the garage; the method greatly saves the manufacturing cost, saves energy, protects environment and saves land resources, and is particularly suitable for sponge city construction. Compared with a mechanical garage, the vertical-stacking compound garage has the advantages of property right, firmness, durability, safety, easy use, energy conservation, environmental protection, manpower conservation, no accident and no dispute.
2. The invention is not only suitable for underground parking garages, ground parking garages or ground parking buildings, but also suitable for parking garages combining ordinary times and civil air defense war. The multi-layer parking lot can save floor height and materials, greatly improve land utilization efficiency, realize non-mechanical three-dimensional self-driving parking, and greatly increase parking amount in the same land area. The garage has the advantages of land saving, energy saving, environmental protection, resource saving, low manufacturing cost, fire resistance, safety and firm structure, can realize the property right of the stereo garage, and can better solve the problem of insufficient parking spaces. In addition, the invention can be used for newly building underground parking garages, ground parking garages and ground parking buildings, and can also be used for capacity-increasing reconstruction of existing underground parking garages, ground parking garages and ground parking buildings in built cities.

The invention is further illustrated by the following examples in conjunction with the accompanying drawings:
example one
Referring to fig. 1-5, a multiple parking garage includes a first stack and at least one second stack, the first stack being located at the uppermost level of the garage, the second stack being located below the first stack, and a plurality of second stacks may be arranged in sequence as desired to form a multi-level garage. As in fig. 4, the second laminate has two layers. The second stack in fig. 5 has three layers and so on.
The first laminate is communicated with a first second laminate below the first laminate through a first ramp 211, and an automobile 520 can enter and exit from the first laminate to the second laminate through the first ramp 211;
the second lamination is communicated with the first second lamination below the second lamination through a second ramp 212, and the second ramp 212 realizes the entrance and exit of the automobile 520 between the two adjacent second laminations;
the periphery of the whole garage is sealed by an outer wall 100, each adjacent upper and lower lamination (a first lamination and a second lamination, the second lamination and another adjacent second lamination below the second lamination) is divided by a lamination plate 300, the bottommost part of the garage is a bottom plate 140, the topmost part of the garage is a top plate 130, soil cover 120 can be arranged outside the top plate, and certainly the soil cover 120 can also not be arranged, the top plate 130, the lamination plates 300 and the bottom plate 140 are sequentially supported by a vertical column 220, and the upper and lower adjacent lamination plates 300 are also supported by the vertical column 220;
the laminated plate 300 and the bottom plate 140 are respectively provided with a parking space 310 and a traffic lane 320, wherein the parking space 310 is used for parking a car 520, and the traffic lane 320 is used for driving the car;
the gap 110 may be provided between the laminated plate 300 and the outer wall 100, or the gap 110 may not be provided, depending on the specific situation, and the gap 110 may also be provided in the middle portion of the laminated plate 300, the vertical flue pipe 420 is vertically installed at the gap 110, and the vertical flue pipe 420 is provided with a wind and a smoke port 421 at the top of each second lamination, the vertical flue pipe is located at one end of the first lamination and is communicated with the horizontal flue pipe 410, and the fan for exhausting smoke and forming suction force or air supply to each wind and smoke port 421 through the horizontal flue pipe 410, thereby realizing air exhaust and air supply.
The pipeline 510 for water supply, power supply and control can be arranged above the hollow 110, so that the arrangement and maintenance are convenient, and the layer height of each layer is not influenced.
Preferably, the laminated plate can be in all structural forms of a beam plate structure, a beamless floor structure, a steel structure and the like, the laminated plates with the same or different heights can be provided with a strip-shaped opening process for the purposes of visual transparency, smoke exhaust, ventilation and pipeline arrangement, so as to form a strip-shaped open airspace 110, and various horizontal flue pipes 410, vertical flue pipes 420, pipelines 510 and other equipment pipelines are arranged in the open airspace;
the vertical flue pipe 420 is not limited to the form of pipeline arrangement, and can also be obliquely arranged in a hollow space with a through height, vertically arranged, and spirally and circularly arranged.
The automobile can enter the bottom plate layer or each lamination layer through the connecting ramp (the first ramp and the second ramp) and then reach the adjacent lamination layer or the bottom plate from the connecting ramp, the adjacent lamination layers are communicated with each other through the connecting ramp, and the garage can drive by oneself to pass through each lamination layer and the floor.
Preferably, the laminates or margins are in register or not and two laminates within the same stack are in register or not, the design being selected primarily based on actual safety, topography, and existing structure.
The key characteristics of the invention are as follows:
1. the parking garage is characterized in that a plurality of layers of parking laminated plates (also called sandwich plates) are arranged in the parking garage, at the level of each interlayer or close to the level, most of the laminated plates and the side walls are arranged to form spaced hollow spaces to form a through and communicated inner space, and the hollow spaces are vertical hollow spaces, so that various pipeline systems can be conveniently arranged, and the depth feeling of the space is increased. 2. The through lanes, parking spaces are aligned below and above the laminates and are not limited to the vertical positions of alignment. A laminated layer, two laminated layers, three laminated layers and even more laminated parking spaces can be arranged in a transparent space of the parking garage.
3. The parking garage can be an underground parking garage, a ground parking garage or a ground parking building. And parking spaces on the laminate may be vertical, parallel and horizontal parking and grade parking spaces. The parking garage can be a newly-built garage, and can also be the increase-volume transformation of the existing garage. The garage can also be a normal-time garage and a civil air defense engineering garage.
In addition, the laminated plate is not limited to any structural form such as a beam, a plate structure, a beamless plate, a hollow plate, a ribbed floor slab and the like, can be cast in place or assembled, is not limited to any material, and can have a designed supporting effect.
Example two
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, the width of the first embodiment is increased, and at least one bar-shaped opening may be formed in the laminate 300 to form at least one clearance 110, and at least one clearance 110 formed between both sides of the laminate 300 and the outer wall 100 may be formed, and at least two clearances 110 may be formed in the parking garage. The design is mainly selected according to the actual ventilation, smoke exhaust and garage size.
EXAMPLE III
The compound parking garage can also adopt the form of the ground without being buried underground, and when the form of the ground is adopted, the top plate is not covered with soil, and the periphery of the top plate is not sealed by an outer wall.
