Abstract
The invention relates to the field of IPC A61K8/00, in particular to stable bicontinuous phase cleansing oil and a preparation method and application thereof. The raw materials comprise, by weight: 10-36 parts of surfactant, 20-48 parts of softener, 20-32 parts of polyol, 0.01-0.2 part of complexing agent, 0.1-5 parts of amphiphilic compound, 0.1-5 parts of bacteriostat and 0-60 parts of solvent. The invention has the following advantages: the cleansing agent can prevent secondary deposition of makeup, quickly dissolve various makeup products, and has stronger cleansing power and remarkable makeup removal effect compared with the traditional makeup removal oil products; the temperature resistance of the cleansing oil is improved, layering and deterioration phenomena are not easy to occur, and the cleansing oil can be stored for a long time; the skin care product has the advantages of fresh and cool texture, no greasiness, mild and clean skin, obvious moisturizing and nourishing effects on the skin, no stimulation to the skin in the use process, moist and tender skin after use, no dryness, tightness and comfortable sensory experience.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of IPC A61K8/00, in particular to stable bicontinuous phase cleansing oil and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Bicontinuous systems are generally composed of oils, polyols, water, and nonionic surfactants. Compared with the common cleansing oil product, the double continuous phase cleansing oil product has more fresh use feeling, can be used by wet hands, has low greasy feeling after cleaning, and does not need to use a cleansing product for secondary cleaning after use. However, the oil content is lower than that of the makeup removing oil product, so that the double continuous phase makeup removing product is easy to be deposited on the skin for the second time after the makeup is dissolved and dispersed when the W/0 type cosmetics are removed, and cannot remove the clean phenomenon, so that the makeup removing force is weaker than that of the makeup removing oil product, and no makeup removing oil product is popular in the market.
Chinese patent CN202011157624.6 discloses a bicontinuous phase cleansing oil and its preparation method, 75-95% of cosmetic matrix and 5-25% of surfactant are mixed, and by means of the combined action of natural vegetable oil and alkane, ester and ether grease, good cleansing effect is obtained; however, the natural vegetable oil is unstable, is easy to delaminate and change color, and is difficult to store for a long time. Chinese patent CN202110158516.9 discloses a formula and a preparation method of makeup removing essence, wherein polyacrylate crosslinked polymer-6 composition, PEG-glyceride substance, mica composition, and crocus sativus extract composition are adopted to act, so that water-based makeup removing essence with strong permeability is obtained; however, the synthetic fluorophlogopite, CI 77891, tin oxide and mica composition adopted by the synthetic fluorophlogopite and the synthetic fluorophlogopite have extremely high separation tendency from a liquid phase system, and the synthetic fluorophlogopite cannot be stored for a long time.
Under the background, the double continuous phase cleansing oil with strong cleansing effect, wide application range and strong stability is explored and becomes a problem to be solved in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The stable bicontinuous phase cleansing oil solves the problems that in the prior art, cleansing products are incomplete in cleansing, skin is easy to tighten and dry after use, and the product stability is poor, and the bicontinuous phase cleansing oil is strong in cleansing effect, wide in application range and strong in stability.
The invention provides stable bicontinuous phase cleansing oil, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-36 parts of surfactant, 20-48 parts of softener, 20-32 parts of polyol, 0.01-0.2 part of complexing agent, 0.1-5 parts of amphiphilic compound, 0.1-5 parts of bacteriostat and 0-60 parts of solvent.

3 female testers (A, B, C) were screened and the makeup removal effect test was performed on examples 1, 2 and comparative example 1, respectively. The test method is specifically that,
(1) Firstly, cleaning the arm by a tester, and drawing 3 circular areas with the diameter of 3cm on the arm after the arm is wiped dry, wherein the numbers are A1-A3, B1-B3 and C1-C3; measuring L (brightness), a (red/green value) and b (blue/Huang Zhi) of each area of skin before applying the makeup product by using a spectrophotometer, and calculating delta E (before applying);
(2) Applying make-up product 1 (eyeliner) to A1, B1, C1; make-up product 2 (lipstick) is applied on A2, B2, C2, make-up product 3 (mascara) is applied on A3, B3, C3 (application amount is 1mL/9 cm) 2 Massaging for one minute after painting); standing for 30min to shape the color cosmetics, testing the L, a and b values of each area of the skin after the color cosmetics are applied, and calculating delta E (after the color cosmetics are applied);
(3) Respectively taking 1mL of examples 1 and 2, coating comparative example 1 on the test areas on arms A, B and C, then washing cleanly with clear water, lightly wiping water with paper towels, testing the L, a and B values of each area of skin after makeup removal and cleaning, and calculating delta E (after cleaning);
the calculation formula of deltae and cleaning force C is as follows:
the female tester satisfied the following conditions: (1) non-pregnant or lactating women; (2) non-psychotic, alcoholism, drug addicts; (3) patients without systemic disease or severe skin disease; (4) History of severe allergy (including cosmetics and others)
Test equipment: the testing temperature of the alice 64-spectrophotometer and the CK moisture testing probe is 20+/-2 ℃; the test humidity is 45+/-5%; the effect is recorded by simultaneous photographing during the test, see fig. 1-3.
Remarks: the makeup applied from top to bottom is a makeup product 1 (eyeliner) Qishimei superfine waterproof eyeliner, a makeup product 3 (mascara) Qishimei third generation waterproof mascara, and a makeup product 2 (lipstick) perfect diary hazy dream matte lip glaze.
2. Stability of
The samples of examples 1 and 2 were placed at-18℃and 5℃for 12 weeks, respectively, and the samples were taken out without defects such as delamination, discoloration, and precipitation.
Performance test data
Table 1.
As can be seen from table 1 and fig. 1-3, the bicontinuous cleansing oil added with the specific amphiphilic compound has a strong cleansing ability, and is effective in removing marks on the skin of eyeliners, mascaras, and particularly lipsticks. Therefore, the amphiphilic compound with matched molecular weight is added into the bicontinuous phase makeup removing system, so that the secondary adhesion of makeup on skin in the makeup removing process is reduced, and the cleaning force is obviously improved.
