Background
In recent years, agriculture in China advocates fertilizer saving, efficiency improvement, quality improvement and green development so as to solve the problems of resource waste, environmental pollution and the like caused by unreasonable application of chemical fertilizers. The fertilizer biological synergistic additive has the effects of improving the growth environment of crops, stimulating the growth of crops, improving the utilization efficiency of fertilizer, reducing the using amount of fertilizer and the like, and raw materials of the fertilizer biological synergistic additive are mostly derived from natural renewable resources, do not pollute the environment, accord with the green development direction of national agriculture, and are paid attention by a plurality of scholars and favored by consumers. However, the biological fertilizer synergist has various varieties, complex components and poor effect, and limits the popularization and application of the biological fertilizer synergist.
The biological synergistic additive is non-toxic and harmless to people and livestock, has no pollution to the environment, and has the advantages that any other chemical synergistic additives cannot be compared. The fertilizer is matched with nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other compound fertilizers for use, can improve the nutrient absorption and utilization efficiency, regulate the growth of plants, and improve the yield and quality of crops, and particularly has more obvious yield increase effect when being applied to fruit trees and vegetables.
However, currently, commercially available biological synergistic auxiliaries are various in types, complex in components and diverse in functions, but the effects of sweetening and the like are often not outstanding enough when the biological synergistic auxiliaries are applied alone, the plant growth requirements cannot be met, and the research on the synergistic function of the biological synergistic auxiliaries is relatively few due to the compatibility of various biological synergistic substances.

Detailed Description
For a further understanding of the invention, reference will now be made to the preferred embodiments of the invention by way of example, and it is to be understood that the description is intended to further illustrate features and advantages of the invention, and not to limit the scope of the claims.
In view of the problem that the fertilizer synergistic additive in the prior art is not ideal in sweetening effect, the application provides a sweetening fertilizer synergistic additive, and the obtained fertilizer biological synergistic additive has the characteristics of sweetening and improving the fruit yield by selecting specific components and selecting specific content proportion and synergistic action among the components. Specifically, the application provides a biological synergistic additive for a sweet-enhancing fertilizer, which comprises:
in the biological synergistic auxiliary agent, the seaweed oligosaccharide extracting solution can promote the growth of crops, stimulate the expression of auxin related genes by promoting the combined action of hormone content, lipase, amylase and protease, and promote the synthesis and accumulation of plant carbohydrate substances. The seaweed oligosaccharide extracting solution with the polymerization degree of 2-8, the content of seaweed oligosaccharide being more than or equal to 90% and the solid content being more than or equal to 15% is beneficial to improving the sweetness and the taste of plant fruits. The content of the seaweed oligosaccharide extracting solution is 80-90 parts by weight, specifically 81-88 parts by weight, more specifically 83-86 parts by weight.
The cysteine and the proline belong to amino acids, and the amino acids are matched to be favorable for accumulation of crop carbohydrate substances; the content of the cysteine is 0.5-5 parts by weight, and the content of the proline is 0.5-5 parts by weight; specifically, the content of the cysteine is 0.8-4.5 parts by weight, and the content of the proline is 1.0-4.2 parts by weight; more specifically, the content of the cysteine is 1.0-3.8 parts by weight, and the content of the proline is 1.2-3.5 parts by weight.
The potassium dihydrogen phosphate can promote the growth of crops, improve photosynthesis and is beneficial to the accumulation of carbohydrate substances. The content of the monopotassium phosphate is 2-10 parts by weight; specifically, the content of the monopotassium phosphate is 3.5-8.0 parts by weight; more specifically, the content of the monopotassium phosphate is 4.0-6.8 parts by weight.
The application also provides a preparation method of the biological synergistic additive for the fertilizer, which comprises the following steps:
mixing the seaweed oligosaccharide extracting solution, cysteine, proline and potassium dihydrogen phosphate in proportion, and adjusting the pH value to 3-4 to obtain a mixed solution;
and dispersing and emulsifying the mixed solution, and then spraying and drying to obtain the biological synergistic additive of the fertilizer.
In the preparation process, various raw materials are mixed, and then one or more of hydrochloric acid, acetic acid and citric acid is adopted to adjust the pH of the mixture to 3-4.
According to the invention, the obtained mixture is emulsified for 10-30 min by adopting a dispersing emulsifier, and the rotating speed is 800-1200 RAM, so that the mixture is more uniform.
The micro-particle is prepared from the obtained mixed solution by adopting a micro-droplet spray drying technology, so that the decomposition loss of heat-sensitive substances in the raw materials under a high-temperature condition is avoided, the content of active ingredients is effectively ensured, and the quality of the product is improved. In the application, the droplet spray drying technology is carried out in a spray drying tower, wherein the inlet temperature of the spray drying tower is 140-150 ℃, and the outlet temperature of the spray drying tower is 80-90 ℃.

The test result shows that: compared with a control, the melon fruit quality is obviously improved: the soluble solid content of the fruit is 13.5 percent, which is increased by 8.8 percent compared with CK; the content of soluble sugar reaches 11.8 percent, which is increased by 16.8 percent compared with CK; the titratable acid content is 0.14 percent, which is reduced by 20.0 percent compared with CK; the content of vitamin C is 20.3mg/kg, which is increased by 47% compared with CK.
Example 3
The preparation method of the biological synergistic additive for the sweet-increasing fertilizer adopted in the embodiment is as follows: 88 parts of seaweed oligosaccharide extracting solution (with the polymerization degree of 2-8 and the content of 95 percent and the solid content of 15 percent), 4.5 parts of cysteine, 4.2 parts of proline and 8 parts of monopotassium phosphate are uniformly mixed, the pH value is adjusted to 3 by adopting boric acid, a dispersion emulsifying machine is adopted to stir for 20min until the mixture is uniform, finally micro-particles are prepared by adopting a droplet pressure spray drying tower, the inlet temperature of the drying tower is 150 ℃, and the outlet temperature is 90 ℃.
The prepared crop sweetening fertilizer biological synergistic auxiliary agent is subjected to a fertilizer effect test on the red navel orange, and the application mode is as follows: spraying 800 times of the fertilizer for 2 times before fruits are ripe, and spacing 7 days; the control is spraying clear water.
The test result shows that: compared with a control, the quality of the navel orange is obviously improved: the soluble solid content of the fruit is 11.9 percent, which is increased by 10.2 percent compared with CK; the content of soluble sugar is 11.3 percent, which is increased by 10.8 percent compared with CK; the titratable acid content is 0.14 percent, which is 7.1 percent lower than CK; the content of vitamin C is 428mg/kg, which is increased by 5.9 percent compared with CK.
