Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of physalin which is a calyx seu fructus physalis refined product for treating pharyngitis and tonsillitis, and the physalin is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of calyx seu fructus physalis, 20-30 parts of honeysuckle, 10-15 parts of dandelion, 10-15 parts of herba violae, 8-12 parts of trichosanthes root, 8-12 parts of thunberg fritillary bulb, 4-6 parts of mint, 8-12 parts of burdock, 8-12 parts of radix scrophulariae, 10-15 parts of radix rehmanniae recen, 10-15 parts of radix isatidis and 5-10 parts of fructus forsythiae. The physalin is extracted from calyx seu fructus physalis serving as a main raw material, and then honeysuckle, dandelion, bunge corydalis herb, trichosanthes root, thunberg fritillary bulb, mint, great burdock achene, figwort root, rehmannia root, radix isatidis and forsythia are added, wherein the physalin extracted from calyx seu fructus physalis has good medicinal value, has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, relieving swelling and sore throat, nourishing yin and moistening dryness, promoting the production of body fluid and removing stasis, can relieve sore throat, is used for treating tonsillitis and chronic pharyngitis, and solves the problem of common treatment effect of the traditional medicines on pharyngitis and tonsillitis.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of calyx seu fructus physalis, in particular to a preparation method of calyx seu fructus physalis refined product physalis extract for treating pharyngitis and tonsillitis.
Background
Pharyngitis is nonspecific inflammation of pharynx, is a general name of inflammation generated by various microorganisms infecting pharynx, can exist independently, can coexist with rhinitis, tonsillitis and laryngitis, or is a prodromal symptom of certain diseases, can be divided into acute pharyngitis and chronic pharyngitis, the acute pharyngitis is acute inflammation of pharynx mucosa and submucosal tissue, pharynx lymphoid tissue is often involved, the early stage of inflammation can be limited, the acute pharyngitis and the chronic pharyngitis can usually relate to the whole pharynx cavity along with the progress of diseases, the common intersection of autumn, winter and spring is mainly characterized by dry pharynx, burning sensation, pain, obvious swallowing pain, congestion and swelling of pharynx and the like, the chronic pharyngitis can be divided into chronic simple pharyngitis, chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis and atrophic pharyngitis, wherein the chronic simple pharyngitis is more common, the pathological changes are mainly in the mucosa, the chronic congestion of pharynx mucosa, the proliferation of mucosa and submucosal connective tissue under the mucosa, and mucous gland can be hypertrophic, the secretion function is hyperfunction, mucus secretion is increased, patients often expectorate phlegm in pharynx, or feel foreign body sensation in pharynx, cough can not be produced, pharynx can not be descended, adults are common, the disease course is long, recurrence is easy, symptoms are stubborn, and cure is difficult.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of physalin which is a calyx seu fructus physalis refined product for treating pharyngitis and tonsillitis, has the advantage of good treatment effect on the pharyngitis and the tonsillitis, and solves the problem of common treatment effect of the traditional medicine on the pharyngitis and the tonsillitis.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the preparation method of physalin which is a calyx seu fructus physalis refined product for treating pharyngitis and tonsillitis comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of calyx seu fructus physalis, 20-30 parts of honeysuckle, 10-15 parts of dandelion, 10-15 parts of herba violae, 8-12 parts of trichosanthes root, 8-12 parts of thunberg fritillary bulb, 4-6 parts of mint, 8-12 parts of burdock, 8-12 parts of radix scrophulariae, 10-15 parts of radix rehmanniae recen, 10-15 parts of radix isatidis and 5-10 parts of fructus forsythiae.
A method for preparing calyx seu fructus physalis refined extract physalin for treating pharyngitis and tonsillitis comprises the following steps;
A. taking 10 parts of calyx seu fructus physalis, cleaning, fully drying, and grinding into powder by a grinder;
B. b, putting the powder obtained in the step A into an extraction solvent containing complex enzyme and surfactant, adjusting the pH value to be 4-6, and then extracting by utilizing ultrasonic to obtain an extracting solution;
