Background
Among the common skin problems, pox is a word often mentioned by people, also known as acne, and is commonly found on the face and back. Propionibacterium acnes is one of causes for inducing acne, is invaded into sebaceous glands, can produce a small-molecule polypeptide, attracts phagocytes to bacterial parasitic sites, releases hydrolytic enzymes and various inflammatory mediators, induces local inflammatory reaction, and finally destroys the sebaceous glands to form the acne.
Different treatment regimens are recommended for different acne types. For mild acne, the skin renewal is mainly promoted; for moderate acne, the main effects are antibiosis and antiphlogosis; for high-grade acne, the acne is repaired, and the acne is prevented and the acne scar is mainly formed. In a common acne removing formula, the common raw materials are as follows: salicylic acid, sulfur, tretinoin and benzoyl peroxide are used too frequently, which can cause intolerance of skin and face rot. Skin care products containing antibiotics or medicines are easy to cause contact dermatitis and allergic dermatitis. Among the latest edition of legislation, there are a number of materials that have been expressly banned from being added to cosmetics.
Therefore, how to provide a safe and effective acne removing product is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field.

0.1ml of the bacterial suspension was inoculated into a test tube of nutrient broth containing the bacteriostatic agent as a sample for the test group and numbered.
Nutrient broth tubes without bacteriostatic were inoculated in the same manner as positive controls.
2 nutrient broth tubes were used as negative controls.
All samples were incubated in an incubator at 37 ℃ for 24 h.
The working concentration of the bacterial suspension for the test is 5 multiplied by 105cfu/ml-5×106cfu/ml。
When the positive control group is turbid and the negative control group is transparent, the bacteriostatic concentration corresponding to the highest dilution concentration of the aseptic growth of the test group is the MIC value of the tested bacteria of the sample.
TABLE 9 test results Table
As can be seen from table 9: the minimum inhibitory concentration of the sample on staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538) is 1: 32; the minimum inhibitory concentration of the sample against Propionibacterium acnes (ATCC 11827) was 1: 32.
