Before the test, the volunteers need to clean the inner side of the forearm with water, wipe the forearm with dry facial tissue, sit still in a room with a relative humidity of 50% at 25 ℃ for 30min, cannot drink water, and keep relaxed. Then, the inner side of the front arm of the volunteer is divided into 3 test areas on average, the moisture values of the skin without being coated with eye cream, after being coated with the eye cream for 30min, after being coated with the eye cream for 2h and after being coated with the eye cream for 4h are tested by respectively applying a skin diagnosis Expert-Derma Expert MC760 moisture test probe, and the moisture increase rate is calculated. The data are recorded in table 2. The moisture increase rate (moisture value after the eye cream is applied-moisture value of the eye cream not applied)/moisture value of the eye cream not applied.
