Description

Traditional Chinese medicine steam eye mask for relieving asthenopia
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of eye protection and health care, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine steam eye mask for relieving visual fatigue.
Background
With the progress of science and technology and the acceleration of life rhythm, people can not leave electronic products such as computers, mobile phones and the like in work and life, and people use eyes for a long time to cause long-term overload work, so that eye muscles are in a fatigue state for a long time, symptoms such as eye dryness, eye puckery, eye fatigue and the like often appear, various eye diseases such as conjunctivitis and the like can be caused by long-term eye fatigue, and eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataract and the like can be induced. Although the products aiming at the phenomena are various in varieties, the products which can effectively relieve the visual fatigue are few in the current market. Steam eye-shade on the market now, most be ordinary steam eye-shade, ordinary steam eye-shade need add a certain amount of water and water absorbent resin usually, mainly makes moisture evaporation release steam through the heating, through the moist eye of steam, can make eye muscle obtain relaxing, alleviates eye fatigue, and the tired state is resumeed soon again to the eye after stopping using, can't solve the tired problem of eye fundamentally.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine steam eye patch for relieving asthenopia, which can be used for persistently relieving asthenopia so as to solve the problems that in the prior art, the eyes are moistened and relaxed by heating water to generate steam, but the effect of relieving asthenopia is poor.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a traditional Chinese medicine steam eye mask for relieving asthenopia comprises an eye mask body, wherein a traditional Chinese medicine heating bag is arranged in the eye mask body; the traditional Chinese medicine heating bag is internally provided with heating internal materials;
according to the mass parts, the heating inner material comprises: 1-100 parts of heating material, 1-20 parts of thermal sensation agent and 1-20 parts of traditional Chinese medicine essential oil microcapsule powder.
Preferably, the heating inner material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of heating material, 2-10 parts of thermal sensation agent and 2-10 parts of traditional Chinese medicine essential oil microcapsule powder.
Preferably, the heat-generating material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 1-20 parts of vermiculite, 30-80 parts of reduced iron powder, 1-20 parts of sodium chloride and 10-30 parts of activated carbon.
Further, the heating material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of vermiculite, 40-60 parts of reduced iron powder, 2-5 parts of sodium chloride and 15-20 parts of activated carbon.
Preferably, the heat sensitizer contains one or more of vanillyl butyl ether, capsaicin and zingiberone.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine essential oil microcapsule powder is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of butterflybush flower, 5-10 parts of chrysanthemum, 1-5 parts of angelica and 1-5 parts of ligusticum wallichii.
Further, the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine essential oil microcapsule powder comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing the traditional Chinese medicine essential oil:
pulverizing and sieving Chinese medicinal materials with CO2Fluid extracting to obtain Chinese medicinal essential oil;
(2) preparing traditional Chinese medicine essential oil microcapsule powder:
adding the traditional Chinese medicine essential oil into the gelatinized starch octenyl succinate solution, and homogenizing and emulsifying to obtain emulsion; and (4) spray drying the emulsion to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine essential oil microcapsule powder.
Preferably, the inner side of the eyeshade body is provided with an adhesive layer, and the outer side of the adhesive layer is provided with anti-sticking paper.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine heating bag comprises an outer oxygen permeable bag, and the heating inner material is filled in the outer oxygen permeable bag.
Preferably, the maximum heating temperature of the medicine heating bag is not more than 55 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
different from the common steam eye mask, the heating bag does not need to add water and water-absorbent resin, the heating bag is added with a thermal sensation agent to replace the traditional water, and is matched with and added with traditional Chinese medicine essential oil; the heating material is heated to volatilize the heat sensitive agent and the traditional Chinese medicine essential oil to act on eyes, the heat sensitive agent acts on the eyes to quickly generate a mild and lasting pyrogen effect, the blood microcirculation of the eyes is accelerated, the absorption of the traditional Chinese medicine essential oil is promoted, the effective components in the traditional Chinese medicine essential oil can be favorably exerted, and therefore the heat sensitive agent and the traditional Chinese medicine essential oil are synergistic to relieve the eye fatigue for a long time.
Furthermore, due to the addition of the thermal inductance agent, the use amount of the reduced iron powder is reduced by more than 30% compared with the conventional use amount, the use amount of heating materials is greatly reduced, the whole weight of the product is reduced, the use comfort level of the product is increased, the product effect is improved, and the environment is protected.
Further, the heat feeling of the employed vanillyl butyl ether is several times that of the general capsicum extract, the irritation is low, the heat feeling is maintained for several hours, the strong heat feeling can be obtained at an extremely low dosage, and the vanilla flavor is pleasant.
Further, the traditional Chinese medicine essential oil microcapsule powder in the traditional Chinese medicine steam eye mask comprises buddleja officinalis, chrysanthemum, angelica and ligusticum wallichii. The butterflybush flower contains various chemical components such as flavonoid, volatile oil, yellow pigment, triterpenes, iridoid glycosides and the like, has the effects of resisting inflammation, regulating immunity, reducing blood sugar, resisting oxidation, resisting vascular endothelial cell proliferation and the like, and has better curative effects when being clinically used for xerophthalmia, cataract, corneal softening, photophobia of two eyes and the like. Has effects in clearing away heat, nourishing liver, improving eyesight, and eliminating nebula, and can be used for treating conjunctival congestion, swelling and pain, lacrimation, photophobia, nebula, liver deficiency, dim eyesight, and blurred vision. The main effects of chrysanthemum are calming liver, improving vision, clearing heat and detoxicating. It is mainly used for conjunctival congestion, coma, vertigo, convulsion, and sore and toxic swelling. In Ben Cao gang mu, it is recorded that chrysanthemum has sweet and cold property, and has the functions of dispelling wind-heat, calming liver and improving eyesight. Modern pharmacology indicates that the chrysanthemum contains rich vitamin A, and is an important substance for maintaining eye health. The main functions of the angelica are enriching and activating blood, and the main functions of the ligusticum wallichii are promoting blood circulation and promoting qi circulation, dispelling wind and relieving pain; the compatibility of the angelica and the hemlock parsley can enhance the efficacy of activating blood and qi and promote the absorption of the effective components of the butterflybush flower and the chrysanthemum.
Furthermore, the common steam eye mask is commonly provided with ear hooks, so that discomfort is easily caused in the later stage of hot compress. The adhesive layer is used, and the adhesive layer is only adhered to two sides of the eyes in the using process, so that the ear discomfort caused by the ear hanging in the using process is avoided, meanwhile, the eye patch is more tightly adhered to the skin, and the functional components are more easily exerted.
Furthermore, the maximum heating temperature of the heating bag of the common steam eye shield generally needs to reach more than 60 ℃ to enable the water vapor to be fully evaporated and wet eyes, but the skin is easily burnt due to improper use because the temperature is too high.
