Claims (6)

1. Tomato harvester header of adjustable cutting width, its characterized in that includes:
the seedling separating device (1) is used for separating tomato plants which are mutually wound and gathering the tomato plants;
a cutter (2) for cutting off the seedling stems of the tomato plants;
a conveyor belt (3) for conveying the tomato plants from a previous process to a next process;
the seedling supporting device (4) is used for assisting in conveying the cut tomato plants into the conveying belt (3);
the seedling raising device comprises a header frame (5), wherein the conveyor belt (3) is arranged in the header frame (5), the seedling raising device (4) is arranged at the end part of the header frame (5), the cutting knife (2) horizontally penetrates through the header frame (5), and the seedling dividing devices (1) are arranged on two sides of the header frame (5);
the seedling dividing device (1) is in sliding connection with the header frame (5), and the seedling dividing device (1) can be close to or far away from the header frame (5); the seedling supporting device (4) comprises a seedling supporting frame (41), a seedling supporting belt (42), a seedling supporting motor (43), a conveying wheel (44) and a conveying shifting plate (45) arranged on the conveying wheel (44), wherein the seedling supporting belt (42), the seedling supporting motor (43), the conveying wheel (44) and the conveying shifting plate (45) are wound on the periphery of the seedling supporting frame (41), the conveying shifting plate (45) is used for lifting tomato plants, the seedling supporting motor (43) is axially arranged on the seedling supporting frame (41) so as to drive the seedling supporting belt (42) to rotate, the conveying wheel (44) is hinged to the seedling supporting frame (41), and the conveying wheel (44) synchronously rotates along with the seedling supporting belt (42); the conveying shifting plate (45) comprises a first shifting plate (451) used when the seedling separating device (1) is close to the header frame (5), a second shifting plate (452) used when the seedling separating device (1) is not relatively moved to the header frame (5) and a third shifting plate (453) used when the seedling separating device (1) is far away from the header frame (5), wherein the width of the first shifting plate (451) is smaller than the width of the second shifting plate (452), and the width of the second shifting plate (452) is smaller than the width of the third shifting plate (453).

The tomato harvester header with adjustable width of the cutting frame according to claim 1, wherein two sides of the end part of the header frame (5) are provided with a vertical frame connecting plate (51) and a sliding concave plate (52) horizontally arranged on the frame connecting plate (51);
the seedling dividing device is characterized in that a vertical seedling dividing connecting plate (11) and a sliding convex plate (12) connected with the seedling dividing connecting plate (11) are arranged at the end part of the seedling dividing device (1), the sliding convex plate (12) can slide along the sliding concave plate (52), and the seedling dividing connecting plate (11) is provided with a mounting hole (14) for mounting a locating pin (13).

The tomato harvester header with adjustable cutting width according to claim 2, wherein the seedling separating device (1) comprises two stalk poking rods (15), seedling separating motors (16) for driving the stalk poking rods (15) to rotate in opposite directions, brackets (17) connected with the seedling separating connecting plates (11) and connecting rods (18) for connecting the two brackets (17), the seedling separating motors (16) are arranged at the axial end parts of each stalk poking rod, and the connecting rods (18) are arranged in parallel with the cutting knife (2).

A tomato harvester header with adjustable width of cutting according to claim 3, characterized in that the bracket (17) is a quadrilateral linkage, one side of the quadrilateral linkage is hinged with the side of the stem poking stick (15), and the other side of the quadrilateral linkage is fixedly connected with the seedling separating connecting plate (11).

The adjustable width tomato harvester header of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the seedling support frame (41) is hinged to the header frame (5), further comprising a seedling support cylinder (46) for driving the seedling support frame (41) to rotate around a hinge point, a rod end of the seedling support cylinder (46) is hinged to a cylinder shaft (53) of the header frame (5), and another rod end of the seedling support cylinder (46) is hinged to the seedling support frame (41).
6. The tomato harvester header of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the conveying paddles (45) are evenly distributed along the circumference of the conveying wheel (44).
