The baffle 33 may be provided directly on the sink-setting area 13 instead of on the outer impermeable member 3. The structure can collect and convey the water discharged by the seepage prevention assembly 8 after seepage to the seepage water storage tank 4, temporarily store the leaked water, and prevent adverse effect on the building structure or the external environment.

The waterproof sealing structure is characterized in that a first sealing rubber strip 5 is arranged between the protruding anti-seepage portion 11 and the side plate member 2, a second sealing rubber strip 6 is arranged between the side plate member 2 and the outer anti-seepage member 3, a trapezoid step structure 21 is arranged on one side of the side plate member 2 towards the outer anti-seepage member 3, a trapezoid groove structure 31 corresponding to the trapezoid step structure 21 is arranged on the front side of the outer anti-seepage member 3, the upper end of the front side of the outer anti-seepage member 3 is pressed on the vertical surface of the side plate member 2, the second sealing rubber strip 6 is positioned on the upper step surface of the trapezoid step structure 21, the vertical surface of the trapezoid step structure 21 is an inclined surface structure with the bottom extending obliquely towards the anti-seepage groove 32, and the long waterproof strip 7 is clamped on the front side and the rear side of the lower part of the trapezoid groove structure 31. This structure makes it easy for the water leaking from the inside or outside to collect at the position where the long weather strip 7 is provided.
The convex impermeable part 11 is provided with a grouting groove 9 above the first sealing rubber strip 5, the outer impermeable member 3 is also provided with a grouting groove 9 above the second sealing rubber strip 6, and the tight connection of the upper joint is ensured to have better waterproof property through on-site grouting. The side plate members 2 and the edge bottom plate members 1 are connected through grouting, the joints between the side plate members 2 and the edge bottom plate members 1 are staggered with the joints between the edge bottom plate members 1 and the side plate members 2, the joints between the side plate members 2 are positioned in front of a water draining groove 14, the joints between the edge bottom plate members 1 are positioned at positions corresponding to a water dividing block 15, so that the joints between the side plate members 2 which are easy to leak can enable leaking water bodies to be drained by the water draining groove 14 if leakage occurs, and the joints between the edge bottom plate members 1 which are easy to enable the water bodies in the water draining groove 14 to downwards extend are positioned at positions corresponding to the water dividing block 15, so that the water bodies can be prevented from gathering at the positions.
When the scheme is used, if water on the inner side or the outer side needs to leak to the other side, the grouting connection part is required to leak, the first sealing rubber strip 5 or the second sealing rubber strip 6 on the lower side also needs to leak, and even so, after the first sealing rubber strip 5 or the second sealing rubber strip 6 on the leaking side fails as a first seepage prevention measure, the long waterproof strip 7 is used as a second seepage prevention measure, and the long waterproof strip 7 can seal the position without leakage to prevent water leakage. If leakage occurs in the long waterproof strip 7, the anti-seepage assembly 8 is effective, the anti-seepage groove 32 and the drainage groove 14 are opened to guide leaked water to the leakage water storage groove 4, namely, after the second anti-seepage measure fails, the second anti-seepage assembly 8 is used for guiding the water to be discharged to form a third anti-seepage measure, when the discharging speed still cannot reach the effect of discharging leaked water, the water rises upwards, and at the moment, the sealing rubber strip II 6 or the sealing rubber strip I5 on the other side can also play the role of the fourth anti-seepage measure, so that the anti-seepage structure provided by the scheme has the functions of the four anti-seepage measures, the anti-seepage effect is better, and the anti-seepage effect is higher than that of the anti-seepage structure of most of existing assembly buildings.

Claims (9)

1. An impermeable structure using precast concrete members, characterized in that: the water-permeable sealing device comprises an edge bottom plate member (1), a side plate member (2) and an outer side impermeable member (3) which are vertically arranged on the edge bottom plate member (1), wherein the upper side of the outer edge of the edge bottom plate member (1) is provided with a water draining part (12), the outer side impermeable member (3) is arranged on the water draining part (12), the edge bottom plate member (1) is provided with a convex impermeable part (11) protruding upwards, the lower end of the side plate member (2) is clamped between the convex impermeable part (11) and the outer side impermeable member (3), the lower side of the outer side impermeable member (3) is provided with an impermeable groove (32) and an impermeable assembly (8) arranged in the impermeable groove (32), the bottom of the impermeable assembly (8) is closely attached to the water draining part (12), the front part of the impermeable groove (32) is provided with a front opening and a rear discharging outlet, the rear discharging outlet is communicated with a water storing groove (4), a long waterproof strip (7) is clamped between the front part of the outer side impermeable member (3) and the lower end of the side plate member (2), the waterproof sealing device is provided with a water-permeable sealing assembly (82) which is connected with the water-permeable sealing device (81), be equipped with between the adjacent water drainage tank (14) and fix fixed connector (35) of outside impervious member (3) front end, movable connector with fixed connector (35) all are connected to the corresponding position of long waterproof strip (7), guide impervious frame (82) with be equipped with between impervious tank (32) top and detect guide impervious frame (82) and produce pressure sensor (84) of pressure, guide impervious frame (82) are in when inflation waterproof strip (81) is expanded drive guide impervious frame (82) rise and drive simultaneously long waterproof strip (7) corresponding position moves up and opens corresponding front opening.

An impermeable structure for an applied precast concrete element as defined in claim 1, wherein: the guide anti-seepage frame (82) comprises a supporting part, a connecting part and a top plate (823), wherein the supporting part is abutted to the expansion waterproof strips (81), the connecting part is located between the expansion waterproof strips (81), the top plate (823) is fixedly connected to the supporting part, the anti-seepage assembly (8) further comprises an elastic cushion layer (83), the elastic cushion layer (83) is clamped between the top plate (823) and the top of the anti-seepage groove (32), the pressure sensor (84) is located on the upper side or the lower side of the elastic cushion layer (83), and the pressure sensor (84) is connected with an external early warning system through signals.

A seepage-proofing structure using precast concrete units according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the drainage part (12) is provided with a plurality of convex water diversion blocks (15), a drainage groove (14) is formed between every two adjacent water diversion blocks (15), the bottom of each seepage prevention assembly (8) is closely attached to the bottom of each drainage groove (14), each drainage groove (14) at least corresponds to one seepage prevention assembly (8), the front part of each drainage groove (14) is provided with the corresponding seepage prevention groove (32), and the rear discharge port is communicated with the corresponding seepage water storage groove (4) through the middle rear part of each drainage groove (14).
