When the scheme is used, if the water body on the inner side or the outer side leaks to the other side, the grouting connection part leaks firstly, the sealing rubber strip I5 or the sealing rubber strip II 6 on the lower side also leaks, even if the sealing rubber strip I5 or the sealing rubber strip II 6 on the side where the water body leaks fails as a first anti-seepage measure, the long water-stop strip 7 serves as a second anti-seepage measure, and the long water-stop strip 7 can be sealed to prevent the water body from leaking when the water body does not leak.
