Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种层叠构件,它主要由一种用高弹性纤维增强的合成树脂基体构成。
现有技术
这类层叠制品通过压制多个预浸渍体制成,预浸渍体则用适当的合成树脂浸渍增强纤维制成。此外,用这种层叠制品生产用于交通工具的内部装饰以及用于机械制造的构件。目前对这种层叠制品提出了一系列的要求,例如高的动力学性能和良好的耐温和化学稳定性。此外,特别在用作交通工具内部装饰的构件时,还对层叠制品提出了在防火性能方面的高要求。
虽然上述层叠制品有良好的动力学性能,但业已表明,在对它作进一步加工时尤其在边缘区可能产生应力,这对于继续使用,尤其在作为构件将它固定时,造成很大的困难。
因此本发明的目的是提出一种层叠构件,它沿构件平面具有不同的弹性,所以在边缘区有用于顺利固定的足够高的弹性,而在构件中间所具有的弹性值仍能保证此层叠构件有足够的机械强度。
本发明描述
此目的借助于按本发明的层叠构件来达到,这种层叠构件主要包括用高弹性纤维增强的合成树脂基体,以及,它含有a)一个可由多个叠置和互相热压在一起并时效硬化后的合成树脂纤维增强预浸渍体制成的、具有弯曲弹性模量为10000-40000MPa的层叠制品区,b)在层叠制品区的至少两个互相对置的边缘所设的由软弹性材料制的端子板,它们与层叠制品区相应的边缘平面连接,以及,c)必要时在层叠制品一个侧面的装饰面层。
此外,按本发明的层叠构件的优点是,层叠制品区面对端子板的边缘设计为阶梯形。
按本发明可弯曲的层叠构件的另一个优点在于,边缘区的软弹性材料由耐火生橡胶构成,在制造层叠构件时它可在非交联的状态下置入。在合成树脂的纤维增强预浸渍体热压时进行交联,在这种情况下,软弹性材料同时与此预浸渍体连接。
按本发明的层叠构件还具有一种由热固性塑料的合成树脂(最好是酚醛树脂)构成的合成树脂基体,并含有作为高弹性的纤维,基本上是玻璃纤维。
本发明的另一个优点是,基体的合成树脂可以改进,从而使此层叠构件有更好的耐火性能。
下面借助于附图和实施例详细说明本发明。
由图可见按本发明的层叠构件1。它有层叠制品区3和4以及贴在此层叠制品区相对的边缘上的端子板5、5′和6、6′。在至少一个层叠制品侧面上有装饰性面层2,它由薄的层叠制品层7和聚氟乙烯层8组成。
按附图所示的本发明的层叠构件可例如通过下列工序生产:
工序1:
高弹性纤维可例如使用玻璃纤维织物的形式,它们随后通过浸入式浸渍法用酚醛树脂溶液浸渍。在这种情况下树脂含量应达到25-60%,最好35-50%。接着,浸渍过的玻璃纤维织物进行热处理,由此使吸入的溶剂蒸发并使合成树脂转变为B状态。通过这一工序制备好合成树脂纤维增强预浸渍体供使用。
工序2:
现在将在工序1中生产的合成树脂纤维增强的预浸渍体裁切成多层,构成按附图所示的中间层叠制品区3、4,面对其边缘区的地方是阶梯形的。
工序3:
将在工序2中裁切好的纤维增强预浸渍体层,在至少两个端面上用未硫化的软弹性材料如耐火橡胶或聚氨酯薄膜使之平整。这些软弹性材料可含有阻燃和/或阻烟的添加剂。为了在中间的层叠制品区3上形成端子板,在软弹性材料6、6′处的这些层,宽度例如为3厘米,而在层叠制品4边缘区形成端子的层5、5′,宽度例如为5厘米。此外,在此堆叠的外侧有面层2使之光滑,它例如由一层印花的聚氯乙烯薄膜8和一个薄的层叠制品层7组成。
工序4:
在工序3中构成的堆叠接着在一个已知的压制过程中,在温度至140℃和压力为10巴时进行压制。在这种情况下端子板5、5′和6、6′的软弹性材料交联,而处于B状态的层叠制品区3、4的树脂和必要时置于面层2中的纤维增强的预浸渍体7转变为C状态。
工业应用性
按本发明的层叠构件可应用于交通工具的内部装饰。与已有的层叠制品相比,已证明它有更好的防火和/或防烟性能,这主要是由于采用了经改进后难以引燃的合成树脂基体的合成树脂,以及在边缘区采用耐火的软弹性材料带来的结果。
Claims (7)
1.层叠构件主要包括一种用高弹性纤维增强的合成树脂基体,它含有
a)一个可由多个叠置和互相热压在一起并时效硬化的合成树脂纤维增强的预浸渍体制成、具有弯曲弹性模量为10000-40000Mpa的层叠制品区,
b)在层叠制品区的至少两个互相对置的边缘所设的由软弹性材料制成的端子板,它们与层叠制品区相应的边缘平面连接,以及
c)必要时在层叠制品一个侧面的装饰面层。
2.按照权种要求1所述的层叠构件,其特征为:层叠制品区面对端子板的边缘设计为阶梯形。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的层叠构件,其特征为:软弹性材料由耐火生橡胶构成。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的层叠构件,其特征为:在制造层叠构件时,可在非交联状态下置入边缘区的软弹性材料,并在热压合成树脂纤维增强的预浸渍体时与之连接,在这种情况下此软弹性材料同时进行交联。
5.按照权利要求1至4之一所述的层叠构件,其特征为:合成树脂基体由一种热固性塑料的合成树脂构成,尤其是酚醛树脂。
6.按照权利要求1至5之一所述的层叠构件,其特征为:在合成树脂基体中具有经改进的合成树脂。
7.按照权利要求1至6之一所述的层叠制品构件,其特征为:高弹性纤维主要由玻璃纤维组成。
