Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of feed additives, in particular to an acidifier for repairing intestinal mucosa and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The feed acidifier is an important additive which is juxtaposed with probiotics, enzyme preparations, microecologics and the like after antibiotics, and is an environment-friendly additive without residues, drug resistance and toxic action. The acidifier can reduce acidity of feed system, compensate for gastric acid deficiency of animal cubs, improve feed protein digestibility, reduce gastrointestinal pH value, and inhibit growth and reproduction of harmful pathogenic microorganisms such as Escherichia coli and Salmonella. The addition of an acidifier in the feed can improve the immunity and growth performance of animals, and the acidifier is widely applied to poultry, ruminants, pigs and aquaculture at present.
Fibronectin (Fn) is a high molecular weight glycoprotein in the extracellular matrix, and exists mainly in three forms, namely plasma Fibronectin produced by hepatocytes or endothelial cells, cellular Fibronectin secreted and synthesized by fibroblasts and early mesenchymal cells, and fetal Fibronectin in placenta and amniotic tissues. Fibronectin is widely involved in the processes of skin dermal cell migration, adhesion, proliferation, hemostasis, aging, damaged skin tissue repair and the like, mobilizes a mononuclear phagocyte system in blood to remove harmful substances at the damaged tissue, and has the effect of a growth factor. Fibronectin, as a necessary matrix for cell culture, can improve the anchorage rate and the confluence rate of various cells, shorten the cell confluence time, ensure that the morphological structure of the cells is good, enhance the metabolic rate and obviously improve the synthesis speed of DNA, RNA and protein. Fibronectin promotes the increase of the colony rate of cells and the increase of the survival rate of primary culture. A number of studies and clinical applications have demonstrated that FN plays a very important role in the repair and healing of wound mucosa, is capable of rapidly repairing damaged gastrointestinal mucosa, and has the efficacy of protecting gastrointestinal mucosa.
Currently, fibronectin has found wide application in the fields of cell culture, nerve repair, and clinical infusion. Fibronectin also has great potential in the field of animal breeding. Therefore, the development of cellular fibronectin repair of intestinal mucosa for tissue regeneration in culture technology can be used as a safe and effective high-tech veterinary technology and scheme. The use, sale and report of fibronectin and citric acid complexing agents are not found at present.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, the invention provides the acidifier for repairing intestinal mucosa, which has the advantages of higher bioavailability, strong repairing effect, no toxic or side effect, capability of quickly repairing damaged gastrointestinal mucosa, capability of reducing acidity of a feed system, making up for gastric acid deficiency of animal cubs, improvement of feed protein digestibility, reduction of the pH value of gastrointestinal tracts and inhibition of growth of harmful pathogenic microorganisms, thereby improving immunity, promoting animal growth, improving the health state of animals, achieving the purpose of reducing resistance and replacing resistance and indirectly improving the safety of human food.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: it comprises the following steps:
an acidifier for repairing intestinal mucosa comprises the following effective components in percentage by weight: 1-5 parts of fibronectin and 15-30 parts of citric acid.
In a preferred formula of the invention, the weight composition of the effective components is as follows: fibronectin 3 parts, citric acid 20 parts.
The preparation process of the acidifier for repairing intestinal mucosa comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a wall material coating liquid: completely dissolving 5-20 parts of sodium alginate and 5-20 parts of chitosan in 70-100 parts of water, then adding 5-10 parts of triacetin and 5-20 parts of polyvinyl propionate, and stirring with 1-10 parts of soybean protein powder to obtain a wall material coating solution;
(2) preparation of acidulant cores: heating 15-30 parts of citric acid substances to 50-60 ℃, adding 1-5 parts of fibronectin to form a uniform mixture, embedding the mixture into 20-30 parts of silicon dioxide, and rapidly cooling to obtain a core;
(3) preparation of microencapsulated acidifier: the mass ratio of the core of the acidifying agent to the coating wall material is 60-85%: slowly adding an acidifier core into an emulsification stirring tank filled with a wall material coating liquid according to the proportion of 20-40%, controlling the temperature at 45-60 ℃, and emulsifying at 2000-2500 r/min for 30-80 min; spraying the emulsion with pressure, wherein the inlet air temperature is 150-175 ℃, the outlet air temperature is 70-95 ℃, and the pressure is 1-5 Mpa, discharging, and sieving to obtain the acidifier for repairing intestinal mucosa.
The cattle and sheep feed generally needs to be added with a proper amount of acidifier, and under normal conditions, a certain amount of beneficial bacteria and harmful bacteria exist in animal bodies, and the animal husbandry is in a relative balance state. If harmful flora invades or proliferates in large quantities, the equilibrium state is broken, and the health of animals is affected. The acidic environment is beneficial to the growth of beneficial bacteria and not beneficial to the growth of harmful bacteria. The acidifying agent is added into the feed, so that the intestinal environment of animals can be artificially improved to be in a slightly acidic state, a suitable living environment is created for beneficial bacteria, meanwhile, invasion and reproduction of harmful bacteria are inhibited, and the occurrence probability of diseases such as animal diarrhea is reduced. In addition, the gastric acid secretion of animals in the young animal stage is less, and the acidifier added into the feed can improve the acid environment of the digestive tract, is beneficial to feed softening and nutrient dissolution, and improves the digestibility of the feed. The acidifying agents commonly used at present are two types, namely organic acidifying agents and inorganic acidifying agents. The addition of an acidifier in the feed can improve the immunity and growth performance of animals, and the acidifier is widely applied to poultry, ruminants, pigs and aquaculture at present. Citric acid is a strong organic acid, can dissociate H + in aqueous solution, is acidic, and is mainly used for spice or as acidulant of beverage.
Fibronectin plays an important role in the repair and healing of wound mucosa, can rapidly repair damaged gastrointestinal mucosa, and has the effect of protecting the gastrointestinal mucosa. The prescription of the invention applies the citric acid and the fibronectin together to the breeding technology, so that the fibronectin and the citric acid play a synergistic effect, the acidity of a feed system can be reduced, the gastric acid deficiency of animal cubs can be compensated, the digestibility of feed protein can be improved, the pH value of gastrointestinal tracts can be reduced, the growth and the reproduction of harmful pathogenic microorganisms such as escherichia coli and salmonella can be inhibited, meanwhile, the effects of repairing intestinal mucosa and promoting the regeneration of intestinal mucosa tissues can be achieved for animals suffering from intestinal mucosa injury, and the invention has a remarkable effect on the health of the animals.
The acidulant prepared by the invention selects sodium alginate, chitosan and soybean protein powder as auxiliary materials, can provide nutrition for animals and can also improve the immunity of the animals, and coating raw materials such as triacetin, polyvinyl propionate and the like are selected to cover the unpleasant smell of the main agent of the acidulant, obviously improve the taste of the product, improve the palatability of the medicine and enable the livestock and poultry to accept the medicine.
