本发明涉及显示技术领域,公开了一种调光玻璃窗及交通工具,该调光玻璃窗包括玻璃单元,包括相对设置的内玻璃组件和外玻璃组件,内玻璃组件与外玻璃组件之间形成有容纳空间;设置于内玻璃组件与外玻璃组件之间的触控功能层和调光功能层,触控功能层位于调光功能层的内侧;位于容纳空间中、与触控功能层及调光功能层连接的控制单元;设置于玻璃单元外部的调光控制器,调光控制器通过导线与控制单元连接,以与控制单元、触控功能层及调光功能层配合实现调光玻璃窗的透光率调节。该交通工具设置有上述调光玻璃窗。该调光玻璃窗及交通工具改善了现有的调光车窗功能层与控制模块连接的FPC在车窗安装及后续检修过程中非常容易被外界破坏的问题。

Description

一种调光玻璃窗及交通工具
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别涉及一种调光玻璃窗及交通工具。
背景技术
近年来,调光车窗在高速列车、磁悬浮列车等轨道交通工具中的应用日益广泛,这其中,应用较多的为手势调光车窗和按键式调光车窗。然而,现有技术中,这两种调光车窗普遍存在一个问题——功能层与控制模块连接的FPC在车窗安装及后续检修过程中非常容易被外界破坏,大大降低了调光车窗的使用寿命,不利于成本的节约。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种调光玻璃窗及交通工具,用于改善现有的调光车窗功能层与控制模块连接的FPC在车窗安装及后续检修过程中非常容易被外界破坏的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种调光玻璃窗包括:
玻璃单元,包括相对设置的内玻璃组件和外玻璃组件,所述内玻璃组件与所述外玻璃组件之间形成有容纳空间;
设置于所述内玻璃组件与所述外玻璃组件之间的触控功能层和调光功能层,所述触控功能层位于所述调光功能层的内侧;
位于所述容纳空间中、与所述触控功能层及所述调光功能层连接的控制单元;
设置于所述玻璃单元外部的调光控制器,所述调光控制器通过导线与所述控制单元连接,以与所述控制单元、所述触控功能层及所述调光功能层配合实现所述调光玻璃窗的透光率调节。
本发明提供的调光玻璃窗,触控功能层和调光功能层位于内玻璃组件与外玻璃组件之间,与触控功能层及调光功能层连接的控制单元位于内玻璃组件与外玻璃组件之间形成的容纳空间中,从而使得各功能层与控制单元连接的FPC位于内玻璃组件与外玻璃组件之间,能够避免各功能层与控制单元连接的FPC在调光玻璃窗安装及后续检修过程中被外界破坏。
可选地,所述控制单元包括与所述触控功能层连接的触控控制单元以及与所述调光功能层连接的调光控制单元,所述触控控制单元和所述调光控制单元均通过导线与所述调光控制器连接。
可选地,所述内玻璃组件的边缘设有丝印区,所述触控控制单元和所述调光控制单元在所述内玻璃组件上的正投影均位于所述丝印区内。
可选地,所述调光玻璃窗包括透光率指示灯,所述透光率指示灯与所述调光控制器连接。
可选地,所述透光率指示灯与所述触控功能层同层设置。
可选地,包括用于透光率调节的触控按键和与所述触控按键连接的触控按键控制单元,所述触控按键控制单元与所述调光控制器连接。
可选地,所述触控按键与所述触控功能层同层设置。
可选地,包括内框和外框,所述内框夹设于所述内玻璃组件与所述外玻璃组件之间,所述外框包覆于所述玻璃单元的外边缘。
可选地,所述内玻璃组件包括由内向外依次设置的第一玻璃板和第二玻璃板,所述触控功能层位于所述第一玻璃板和所述第二玻璃板之间,并与二者中的至少一个粘接。
可选地,所述第一玻璃板与所述触控功能层之间设有网纹胶层,所述第一玻璃板与所述触控功能层通过所述网纹胶层粘接。
可选地,所述外玻璃组件包括由内向外依次设置的第三玻璃板和第四玻璃板,所述调光功能层粘贴于所述第三玻璃板背离所述第四玻璃板的面上。
本发明还提供一种交通工具,设置有上述技术方案中提供的任意一种调光玻璃窗。
本发明提供的交通工具,设置有上述调光玻璃窗,因而至少能够达到上述调光玻璃窗所能够达到的技术效果,即,避免各功能层与控制单元连接的FPC在车窗安装过程中被外界破坏。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
现有的调光车窗,功能层的控制模块设置于车窗玻璃的外部,连接功能层与控制模块的FPC也位于车窗的外部,在车窗的安装等过程中,连接功能层与控制模块的FPC容易被外界破坏。为了解决这一问题,本实施提供了一种改进的调光玻璃窗。
如图1所示,本实施例提供的一种调光玻璃窗包括:
玻璃单元,包括相对设置的内玻璃组件1和外玻璃组件2,内玻璃组件1与外玻璃组件2之间形成有容纳空间100;内玻璃组件1与外玻璃组件2之间的距离一般约为16mm。
设置于内玻璃组件1与外玻璃组件2之间的触控功能层3和调光功能层4,触控功能层3位于调光功能层4的内侧;
位于容纳空间100中、与触控功能层3及调光功能层4连接的控制单元;
设置于玻璃单元外部的调光控制器400,调光控制器400通过导线200(例如:RS232接口线缆)与控制单元连接,以与控制单元、触控功能层3及调光功能层4配合实现调光玻璃窗的透光率调节。
本实施例提供的调光玻璃窗,触控功能层3和调光功能层4位于内玻璃组件1与外玻璃组件2之间,与触控功能层3及调光功能层4连接的控制单元位于内玻璃组件1与外玻璃组件2之间形成的容纳空间100中,从而使得各功能层与控制单元连接的FPC位于内玻璃组件1与外玻璃组件2之间,能够避免各功能层与控制单元连接的FPC在调光玻璃窗安装及后续检修过程中被外界破坏。
请继续参照图1,具体设置上述内玻璃组件1时,内玻璃组件1可以包括由内向外依次设置的第一玻璃板12和第二玻璃板13,为了提高触控功能层3的稳定性,可以将触控功能层3设置于第一玻璃板12和第二玻璃板13之间,并使触控功能层3与第一玻璃板12和第二玻璃板13二者中的至少一个粘接。例如:第一玻璃板12与触控功能层3之间设有网纹胶层14,第一玻璃板12与触控功能层3通过网纹胶层14粘接。具体地,网纹胶层14可以为PVB胶层。
第一玻璃板12与触控功能层3通过网纹胶层14粘接,贴合过程中,网纹胶层14可以自动排泡,从而能够改善触控功能层3与第一玻璃板12贴合时调光区的气泡问题,降低第一玻璃板12与触控功能层3开胶的可能性。
第一玻璃板12与网纹胶层14的组合过程可以如下:
步骤S1、将第一玻璃板12、网纹胶层14以及触控功能层3预贴合在一起;
步骤S2、将步骤S1预贴合后的结构放入140℃的加热釜中进行加热;
加热后网纹胶层14溶化并填充缝隙;冷却后,即将第一玻璃与触控功能层3粘接在一起。
请继续参照图1,具体设置上述外玻璃组件2时,外玻璃组件2可以包括由内向外依次设置的第三玻璃板21和第四玻璃板22,为了便于设置,同时便于与控制单元的连接,调光功能层4可以粘贴于第三玻璃板21背离第四玻璃板22的面上。可选地,调光功能层4可以通过网纹胶层14(例如:PVB胶)粘贴于第三玻璃板21上。
内玻璃组件1的两层玻璃板厚度均可以为4mm,外玻璃组件2的两层玻璃板的厚度均可以为6mm,两层对贴的玻璃板之间通常为多层网纹胶层14,单层网纹胶层14的厚度一般约为0.38mm或0.76mm,按厚度需要网纹胶层14可以设置为多层,例如:3层。
当然,内玻璃组件1和外玻璃组件2玻璃板的数量均可以大于两层,具体结构可以参照现有技术,此处不再赘述。
如图2和图3所示,具体设置上述调光功能层4时,调光功能层4可以包括相对设置的第一基板41和第二基板46,以及位于第一基板41和第二基板46之间的填充物。第一基板41和第二基板46一般为玻璃材质,厚度一般为0.5mm或者0.7mm等。当然,第一基板41和第二基板46也可以为PET基材的film。
填充物包括液晶分子44与二向性染料分子45的混合物以及隔垫物47,填充物的厚度一般为9um。
第一基板41上沿第一基板41指向第二基板46的方向依次设有导电层42和配向层43,第二基板46上沿第二基板46指向第一基板41的方向依次设有导电层42和配向层43,当导电层42电极上不加载电压时,液晶分子44及二向性染料分子45呈无序的随机状态,此时为调光功能层4暗态(如图2所示)。当导电层42电极上加载电压时,液晶分子44及二向性染料分子45与基板呈垂直状态,此时为调光功能层4透明状态(如图3所示)。当导电层42电极上加不同的电压,液晶分子44与二向染料分子与基板呈不同的角度时,调光功能层4的透光率不同。调光功能层4可以包括介于透明态与暗态之间的若干个不同透光率的状态,例如:5个透光率等级状态。
触控功能层3与调光功能层4通过调光控制器400及导线200连通在一起,在调光玻璃窗表面直接进行手指划动实现手势调光(即透光率调节),便于用户(例如:列车员及乘客)操作。手势可以分为8种,例如:右划、左划、上划、下划、右斜上划、右斜下划、左斜上划、左斜下划。通过手势调光,可以按需要把调光功能层4光线透过率进行调整。按手势的方向,调光功能层4的透过率可以由大到小进行调整,也可以按由小到大进行调整。为方便透光率调节,调光功能层4合片成车窗后的透光率由透明态到暗态分为5个等级,透明态的透光率在40%以上,暗态的透光率在1%以下,一般可在透光率1%~40%之间进行调光玻璃窗的透光率调节。手势调光时可以逐级进行透光率调节,对应可观察到车窗外景物的明暗也逐级变化。
为了保证调光玻璃窗的结构稳定性,同时,实现较好的防水防尘、防电磁辐射作用、降低调光功能被干扰的风险,如图4和图5所示,一种具体实现方式中,调光玻璃窗可以包括夹设于内玻璃组件1与外玻璃组件2之间的内框9和包覆于玻璃单元外边缘的外框10。具体地,为了在保证强度的同时减轻重量,内框9和外框10均可以为铝制框体。
进一步地,内玻璃组件1与外玻璃组件2之间的容纳空间100中充填有氩气等,以达到隔音隔热的效果。
一种可选的技术方案中,控制单元包括与触控功能层3连接的触控控制单元5以及与调光功能层4连接的调光控制单元6,触控控制单元5和调光控制单元6均通过导线200与调光控制器400连接。
将触控控制单元5和调光控制单元6分开设置,能够减小控制单元的厚度,不但便于触控控制单元5和调光控制单元6在内玻璃组件1与外玻璃组件2之间的容纳空间100中的设置,而且对调光玻璃窗厚度的影响更小。
如图6所示,一种可选的技术方案中,内玻璃组件1的边缘设有丝印区11,触控控制单元5和调光控制单元6在内玻璃组件1上的正投影均位于丝印区11内,以使丝印区11能够遮挡触控控制单元5和调光控制单元6,从而改善用户的使用体验。
如图7所示,一种可选的技术方案中,调光玻璃窗包括透光率指示灯7,透光率指示灯7与调光控制器400连接,以显示调光玻璃窗的透光率,便于用户了解调光玻璃窗当前的透光率等级。
具体设置上述透光率指示灯7时,透光率指示灯7可以包括超薄的mini LED背光源(mini LED背光的厚度一般在0.35mm左右),并包括长度依次递增的多个显示区,长度依次递增的多个显示区分别对应于调光玻璃窗的一个透光率等级。如图8所示,与调光玻璃窗的透光率等级对应的,透光率指示灯7包括由右至左长度依次递增的5个显示区,右边第一个显示区亮时,调光玻璃窗对应的透光率最低;右边两个显示区同时亮时,调光玻璃窗对应的透光率高于仅右边第一个显示区亮时,调光玻璃窗对应的透光率。以此类推。
当然,在其他实现方式中,透光率指示灯7可以通过其他方式显示调光玻璃窗的透光率,例如:通过进度条显示等。
为了降低调光玻璃窗的厚度,如图8所示,一种具体实现方式中,透光率指示灯7与触控功能层3同层设置。
为了使得调光玻璃窗的调光方式更为多样化,从而满足不同用户的需求,如图9所示,一种可选的实现方式中,调光玻璃窗还包括用于透光率调节的触控按键8和与触控按键8连接的触控按键8控制单元,触控按键8控制单元与调光控制器400连接,以实现调光玻璃窗的透光率调节。
为了降低调光玻璃窗的厚度,一种具体实现方式中,触控按键8与触控功能层3同层设置。
可选地,触控功能层3的保护层在触控按键8及透光率指示灯7的位置进行掏空,触控按键8及透光率指示灯7设置在触控功能层3的掏空位置。触控按键8及透光率指示灯7通过网纹胶层14与第一玻璃板12贴合在一起。
触控按键8的控制单元与透光率指示灯7的控制单元可以集成为一体,为按键指示灯控制单元300,按键指示灯控制单元300以及触控控制单元5均可以粘贴在第二玻璃板13背离第一玻璃板12的面上,同时,触控按键8的控制单元与透光率指示灯7的控制单元集成一体后的控制单元以及触控控制单元5在第一玻璃板12上的正投影均位于丝印区11内,且均通过RS232接口线缆与调光控制器400连接。
如图10示出了本实施例提供的调光玻璃窗的控制系统的连接关系示意图。
本实施例提供的一种交通工具设置有上述内容所述的调光玻璃窗。
本实施例提供的交通工具,设置有上述调光玻璃窗,因而至少能够达到上述调光玻璃窗所能够达到的技术效果,即,触控功能层3和调光功能层4位于内玻璃组件1与外玻璃组件2之间,与触控功能层3及调光功能层4连接的控制单元位于内玻璃组件1与外玻璃组件2之间形成的容纳空间100中,从而使得各功能层与控制单元连接的FPC位于内玻璃组件1与外玻璃组件2之间,能够避免各功能层与控制单元连接的FPC在车窗安装过程中被外界破坏。
当然,本实施例提供的调光玻璃窗也可以用于其他场合,例如:建筑物的窗户等。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (12)

1.一种调光玻璃窗,其中,包括:
玻璃单元,包括相对设置的内玻璃组件和外玻璃组件,所述内玻璃组件与所述外玻璃组件之间形成有容纳空间;
设置于所述内玻璃组件与所述外玻璃组件之间的触控功能层和调光功能层,所述触控功能层位于所述调光功能层的内侧;
位于所述容纳空间中、与所述触控功能层及所述调光功能层连接的控制单元;
设置于所述玻璃单元外部的调光控制器,所述调光控制器通过导线与所述控制单元连接,以与所述控制单元、所述触控功能层及所述调光功能层配合实现所述调光玻璃窗的透光率调节。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调光玻璃窗,其中,所述控制单元包括与所述触控功能层连接的触控控制单元以及与所述调光功能层连接的调光控制单元,所述触控控制单元和所述调光控制单元均通过导线与所述调光控制器连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的调光玻璃窗,其中,所述内玻璃组件的边缘设有丝印区,所述触控控制单元和所述调光控制单元在所述内玻璃组件上的正投影均位于所述丝印区内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的调光玻璃窗,其中,包括透光率指示灯,所述透光率指示灯与所述调光控制器连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的调光玻璃窗,其中,所述透光率指示灯与所述触控功能层同层设置。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的调光玻璃窗,其中,包括用于透光率调节的触控按键和与所述触控按键连接的触控按键控制单元,所述触控按键控制单元与所述调光控制器连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的调光玻璃窗,其中,所述触控按键与所述触控功能层同层设置。
8.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的调光玻璃窗,其中,包括内框和外框,所述内框夹设于所述内玻璃组件与所述外玻璃组件之间,所述外框包覆于所述玻璃单元的外边缘。
9.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的调光玻璃窗,其中,所述内玻璃组件包括由内向外依次设置的第一玻璃板和第二玻璃板,所述触控功能层位于所述第一玻璃板和所述第二玻璃板之间,并与二者中的至少一个粘接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的调光玻璃窗,其中,所述第一玻璃板与所述触控功能层之间设有网纹胶层,所述第一玻璃板与所述触控功能层通过所述网纹胶层粘接。
11.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的调光玻璃窗,其中,所述外玻璃组件包括由内向外依次设置的第三玻璃板和第四玻璃板,所述调光功能层粘贴于所述第三玻璃板背离所述第四玻璃板的面上。
12.一种交通工具,其中,设置有权利要求1-11任一项所述的调光玻璃窗。
