Abstract

本发明涉及一种含铬硬质合金,它由硬质相为碳化钨,占75-90%;粘结相为镍,钴,铬,占10-25%的组分组成。该合金具有强度高,红硬性高,耐磨损,热疲劳强度好,不易碎裂,制造成本低等特点。可广泛地应用于线材用轧辊,冲压模具及腐蚀条件下的耐磨零配件的制备上。

Description

含铬硬质合金
本发明涉及合金,特别是一种含铬的硬质合金。
目前,热加工采用的线材轧辊,冲压模具及其它耐磨零件,一般多采用工具钢和YG类硬质合金或WC-Ni类硬质合金。工具钢红硬性差,不耐磨,在500℃以上温度使用时,极易磨损,报废快。YG类硬质合金,如用于轧辊的YG18C(由82%WC和18%Co组成),虽然其耐磨性较好,但Co含量过高,抗高温氧化性能力低,使用于1100℃周期性激冷激热环境下,易出现龟裂,进面发展成环状裂纹,破损率高达20-30%;同时,由于贵重金属Co含量过高,增加了产品的制造成本。WC-Ni类硬质合金,Ni对WC的结合强度较低,用于高速线材轧辊,高温工作时,耐磨性不够,使用寿命短,满足不了生产需要。
本发明的目的是提供一种含铬硬质合金,它不仅强度高,红硬性高,耐磨损,热疲劳强度好,不易碎裂,而且制造成本低。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:硬质相为碳化钨,粘结相为镍,钴,铬;各元素百分组成如下:
WC    75-90%
Ni    9.5-17%
Co    0.3-6%
Cr    0.2-2%
将各元素按上述比例配比,采用粉末冶金工艺,配料后湿磨,掺蜡(或掺胶)压型、压坯经高温烧结后,即成合金烧结品。
本发明中碳化钨作为硬质相,如果含量不足75%,合金硬度偏低;如果含量超过90%,合金抗弯强度和冲击韧性都显著降低,脆性增大。作为粘结相的镍具有很强的耐热性能,含量不足9.5%时,合金强度低;如果镍的含量超过17%,合金硬度下降,耐磨性差,不适于制造轧辊之类对耐磨性要求较高的热加工工具。钴也起粘结相作用,钴和镍形成粘结相的合金结构,利于提高合金的强度和耐磨性;钴加入量不足0.3%时,效果不显著,如果超过6%时,抗高温性能变差,同时,生产成本增加。适量地加入铬可以提高合金的红硬性,改善合金的防腐性能,但铬的含量不足0.2%时,效果不大;相反如果超过2%,合金的强度和冲击韧性降低。综合以上论述,本发明选取碳化钨为75-90%,镍为9.5-17%,钴为0.3-6%,铬为0.2-2%,充分地考虑了各元素在合金中的能够发挥作用的有效含量,因此本合金具有强度高,红硬性高,耐磨损,热疲劳强度好,不易碎裂,而且制造成本低。
下面给出本发明的实施例。
实施例1    采用下述组份与百分比:
WC    75-90%
Ni    9.5-17%
Co    0.3-6%
Cr    0.2-2%
将上述组份配料后湿磨,掺蜡(或掺胶)压型、压坯经高温烧结后,即成合金烧结品。
实施例2    采用下述组份与百分比:
WC    79-87%
Ni    11.5-15%
Co    1.2-4.5%
Cr    0.3-1.5%
制备方法同前。

1.一种含铬硬质合金,其特征是:硬质相为碳化钨,粘结相为镍,钴,铬;各元素百分组成如下:
WC    75-90%
Ni    9.5-17%
Co    0.3-6%
Cr    0.2-2%
2.根据权种要求1所述的含铬硬质合金,其特征是:上述各组份的百分比可为:
WC    79-87%
Ni    11.5-15%
Co    1.2-4.5%
Cr    0.3-1.5%
