背景技术
近年来,由于以羊毛原料为主的毛毡具有特有的独特性和良好的价格功能,国内市场对低碳的需求量不断扩大,不同于普通的毡垫,羊毛毡以纯羊毛制作,冬天可以保暖,夏天可以隔热,具有明显的优势:干净、卫生,方便;
薰衣草属于双子叶植物纲、唇形科、薰衣草属的一种小灌木,薰衣草提取物是许多不同类型的芳香族化合物组成的复杂混合物,主要成分芳樟醇、乙酸芳樟酯、桉树脑、B-罗勤烯(包括顺式和反式)对、乙酸薰衣草酯、薰衣草醇、萜-4-醇和樟脑等等;薰衣草的主要功能作用有:镇静催眠、抗菌除臭、解痉降脂、神经保护等等作用;
传统对于羊毛毡与薰衣草的使用都是独立开的,二者的功效不能很好的结合起来,从而达不到最佳的使用效果。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种薰衣草羊毛毡枕头,可以有效解决背景技术中提到的问题。

一种薰衣草羊毛毡枕头及其制作工艺,薰衣草羊毛毡枕头主要由羊毛毡枕芯与枕套组成,所述枕套直接套在羊毛毡枕芯的外部;该薰衣草羊毛毡枕头的制作工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、优质羊毛筛选,根据羊毛品质进行筛选分类,同时去除羊毛中掺杂的杂质;
S2、羊毛精洗,利用水槽多次清洗羊毛;
S3、杀菌消毒,利用烘干机对洗净的羊毛进行烘干,并且同步利用紫外线进行杀菌消毒;
S4、梳理,利用梳理机对烘干的羊毛进行反复梳理;
S5、薰衣草液喷涂,在梳理羊毛的同时,利用喷雾设备对羊毛喷涂薰衣草液;
S6、铺网,铺设用于羊毛针刺的基网;
S7、预刺,通过粗针对羊毛进行初步针刺;
S8、主刺,对预刺的羊毛进行深处理操作,使其更加紧密;
S9、复合,对针刺后的絮状不整齐不规则半成品进行规格化处理,并将将不同厚度、不同规格的产品进行半成品的制作;
S10、裁切打磨,用裁切机对整个的半成品进行不同规格的裁切,并进行抛光打磨处理边角;
S11、整合,对枕芯的厚度与边角进行最后的修饰、填充;
S12、装罩,将整合好的枕芯套入配套的枕套内。
优选的,所述步骤S2中共设置4个清洗水槽,其中水槽一的水温控制在50℃上下,水槽二的水温控制在60℃~70℃,水槽三的水温控制在50℃~60℃,水槽四直接用常温水。
优选的,所述步骤S2中每个水槽中在清洗前都添加若干洗毛剂,并且洗毛剂的主要成分为非离子表面活性剂。
优选的,所述步骤S5中薰衣草液与羊毛的配比为:1千克毛毡喷涂薰衣草粉提取液1g。

需要说明的是,本发明主要采用针刺工艺、复合工艺、裁切、打磨、整合、外包装处理等关键技术;其中针刺工艺:使用专用针刺机,用带倒钩的戳针,通过手工操作去加固那些没有鳞片的化学纤维;戳针的针尖处有多个锋利的凹槽,在用戳针戳刺的过程中,会把上面的纤维带到下面;这样反复戳刺之后就会使纤维之间相互缠绕从而变得更加紧实,最终达到毡化效果。这种方法的优点在于,可以不断的补充羊毛进去,边设计变制作,随时可以做调整;同时,在梳理羊毛的时候将薰衣草提取液均匀喷涂在多层羊毛毡上,从而制得具有抗菌、抗静电、软硬适中、改善颈椎功效的多功能特色枕头。
