背景技术
图1和图2图示了常规的推力轴承保持架10和滚柱12。图1是示意图,而图2是横截面图。每个滚柱12保持在由保持架限定的凹穴中。图3图示了图1和图2的保持架和滚柱可以如何在两个同轴的轴14与16之间使用。滚柱12将轴14和16的端面轴向地分开并且在轴之间传递轴向力。端面可以包括用于滚柱的硬化座圈。当在轴14与16之间存在相对旋转时,保持架10以中间速度旋转。因此,滚柱与轴端面之间的接触相对于滑动接触而言主要为滚动接触并且对旋转引入非常小的阻力。保持架10使滚柱12围绕圆周定位。为了使滚柱适当地定位,保持架本身必须与轴同心地定位。在本申请中,保持架10的径向定位通过两个轴中的一个轴的导向特征部18来实现。两个轴中的仅一个轴包括导向特征部。如果两个轴都具有导向特征部,则特征部将太短以至于不能适当地实现导向功能或者特征部将彼此干涉。

发明内容
一种轴承,该轴承包括保持架以及由保持架保持的多个滚柱。滚柱可以是筒形的。保持架包括导向唇状部,该导向唇状部轴向延伸超过滚柱。导向唇状部可以限定有至少一个孔以允许润滑剂流动。导向唇状部可以围绕保持架的整个圆周延伸。导向唇状部可以位于保持架的外径处。替代性地,导向唇状部可以位于保持架的内径处。
一种组件,该组件包括第一轴和第二轴、保持架以及多个滚柱。滚柱由保持架保持并且分别支承抵靠第一轴的第一端部和和第二轴的第二端部。保持架包括导向唇状部,该导向唇状部轴向延伸超过第一轴向端部。导向唇状部可以限定有至少一个孔以允许润滑剂流动。导向唇状部可以位于保持架的外径处并且可以延伸超过第一端部的外径。滚柱可以是筒形的。滚柱可以直接支承抵靠第一端部和第二端部。

Claims (12)

7.一种组件,包括:
第一轴,所述第一轴具有第一轴向端部;
第二轴,所述第二轴具有第二轴向端部;
保持架;以及
多个滚柱,所述多个滚柱由所述保持架保持并且支承抵靠所述第一轴向端部和所述第二轴向端部;其中
所述保持架包括导向唇状部,所述导向唇状部轴向延伸超过所述第一轴向端部,所述导向唇状部与所述第一轴或所述第二轴的内表面或外表面干涉实现所述保持架的径向定位。
8.根据权利要求7所述的组件,其中,所述导向唇状部限定有至少一个孔以允许润滑剂流动。
9.根据权利要求7所述的组件,其中,所述导向唇状部位于所述保持架的外径处并且延伸超过所述第一轴向端部的外径。
