s5: adding the flame retardant and the preservative into the reaction tank while stirring, stirring the flame retardant and the preservative by using stirring blades for fully dissolving the flame retardant and the preservative, wherein the stirring time is 14min, the stirring speed is 190r/min, and preparing the cigarette adhesive after fully stirring and mixing the raw materials.
The preparation method is adopted to prepare the environment-friendly flame-retardant cigarette adhesive, and the prepared environment-friendly flame-retardant cigarette adhesive is subjected to the following quality detection:
1. the flame retardant performance of the cigarette adhesive is detected (according to the relevant regulations of GB 10707-1989)
Placing a test sample on a detection table, igniting a test blowtorch, adjusting the total height of flame to 125mm, adjusting the height of a blue inner cone to 40mm, moving the blowtorch to the central line position of the test sample, adjusting the height of the blowtorch to ensure that the distance between the blue inner cone flame and the interior of the test sample table is 40mm, starting timing, wherein the flame supply time is 30 seconds, continuously swinging the blowtorch left and right during the timing of 30 seconds, burning for 30 seconds, then removing the blowtorch, observing the continuous burning condition of the test sample, recording the continuous burning time of the test sample by using a stopwatch, taking down the test sample after the continuous burning of the test sample is finished, wiping the surface of the test sample by using cotton cloth, measuring the carbonization length of the test sample by using a steel ruler, carrying out the same test on the rest 4 groups of test samples according to the same method, and recording the carbonization length.
2. Detection of cigarette adhesive anti-corrosive Property (according to GB/T1763-89 regulations)
Adding distilled water into the bottom of a working chamber of a corrosion test box, taking the height of an overflow hole rubber at the bottom of the working chamber as a reference to prevent the box body from aging, adding distilled water into a sealing groove at the periphery of the upper part of the box body before a test, wherein the distilled water is not overfilled, preferably, salt mist does not overflow after a box cover is closed, adding distilled water or deionized water into an air saturator, wherein the water level deviation is 4/5 at the upper part of a glass tube of a liquid level meter, when the distilled water is added, a water inlet valve at the upper part of the saturator is opened, when the water is added to a specified water level, a valve is closed, after a long-time test, the water content of the saturator is consumed, the water level is reduced to a 1/5 lower part, supplementing water in time, burning out a heating element in the saturator after water shortage is prevented, connecting a water inlet at the bottom of the salt mist box and the spraying tower in the working chamber by a rubber tube, putting the prepared salt solution into a water storage tank at the back of the salt mist box, salt water automatically flows into the spraying tower by means of balance due to the effect of atmospheric pressure, the salt water cannot be lower than the lower limit mark of the water storage tank, salt mist discharged from a mist discharge pipe at the rear part of the box body influences indoor facilities, the mist discharge pipe is allowed to be lengthened by a user, the discharged salt mist is discharged outdoors, meanwhile, the air pressure is adjusted, a funnel frame inside the box body is placed well, rubber pipes on the mist collector are connected with corresponding funnels respectively, in the test, the box cover does not need to be opened, the salt mist settlement inside the box body can be read from the mist collector outside, the time for the test is set, the sample is placed in a corrosion test box to be started for detection, the test is repeated for 5 times, and records are respectively made.
3. Detection of cigarette adhesive Property (according to the regulations of GB 50411-2007)
The sample that will coat with the cigarette glue is placed on examining test table, carries out tensile experiment to the sample through the stretcher to judge the adhesive property that the cigarette glued, repeated experiment 5 times is done the record respectively.
After the detection, the detection results of the prepared environment-friendly flame-retardant cigarette adhesive are shown in the following table:
