The size of the second pushing plate 312 is substantially the same as the size of the outer box pushing hole 313, so that the outer box in the outer box pushing hole 313 can be pushed out by one action of the second pushing plate 312, no omission occurs, the overall second pushing plate 312 is in an L-shaped arrangement, the second supporting part 315 is arranged in such a structure, when the second pushing part/the second supporting part 315 is driven by the second driving component to move, because the second supporting part 315 is connected with the top of the second pushing part, when the second pushing part pushes the whole row of outer boxes at the lowest layer of the outer box storage cabinet 311, the whole row of outer boxes at the next lower layer falls into the top of the second supporting part 315, the second supporting part 315 plays a supporting role on the whole row of outer boxes at the next lower layer, and simultaneously prevents the whole row of outer boxes at the next lower layer from falling into the outer box pushing hole 313 to block the retraction of the second pushing plate 312, when the second pushing part pushes the whole row of outer boxes at the lowest layer of the outer box storage cabinet 311 onto the outer box conveyor belt, the second driving assembly drives the second pushing portion and the second supporting portion 315 to return to the original positions, at this time, the entire row of the outer boxes of the next lower layer of the outer box storage cabinet 311 originally located at the top of the second supporting portion 315 becomes the lowest layer and falls into the outer box pushing hole 313, and the second driving assembly drives the second pushing plate 312 again to perform the pushing action, so as to perform the reciprocating cycle. The second baffle plate 62 is arranged, when the rows of inner boxes are pushed out to the inner box conveying belt 22 from the inner box pushing holes 213 rightwards by the first pushing plate 212 under the driving of the first driving assembly, the second baffle plate 62 can prevent the first pushing plate 212 from being pushed excessively to push the inner boxes out of the inner box conveying belt 22 by the first pushing plate 212, and the second baffle plate 62 plays a role in limiting and protecting. The end of the outer box conveyor belt 32 is provided with a third baffle 63 for limiting the longitudinal movement of the outer box, the third baffle 63 is used for preventing the outer box from excessively longitudinally moving forwards, the outer box pushing-out port 34 is positioned at the side edge of the third baffle 63, and the outer box pushing-out mechanism 33 can push the outer box positioned on the outer box conveyor belt 32 leftwards along the outer box pushing-out port 34 onto the assembly conveyor belt 41. The third baffle 63 can stop the chain of the outer box conveyor 32 from moving to stopping and generate inertia when the outer box conveyor 32 moves to a proper position, and the chain of the outer box conveyor 32 stops rotating due to the inertia, so that the outer box positioned thereon is excessively moved forward to be dropped, the third baffle 63 can preliminarily position the position of the outer box moved in place, the outer box pushing-out opening 34 is located at the side of the third baffle 63, and when the row of outer boxes is moved to the right position, the cartridge pushing-out mechanism 33 pushes out one of the cartridges corresponding to the cartridge pushing-out port 34 leftward onto the assembly conveyer 41, when the outer box pushing mechanism 33 is restored to the original position, the outer box conveyor belt 32 continues to move to transport the next outer box to the position corresponding to the outer box pushing outlet 34, and the outer box pushing mechanism 33 repeats the pushing action to push the outer box out. The side edge of the outer box conveyor belt 32 is provided with a fourth baffle 64 for limiting the lateral movement of the outer box, the fourth baffle 64 is used for preventing the outer box from moving to the left excessively, and the fourth baffle 64 is positioned at the other side opposite to the outer box pushing hole 313. The fourth baffle 64 is arranged, when the second pushing plate 312 pushes the row of outer boxes out of the outer box pushing hole 313 to the outer box conveying belt 32 under the driving of the second driving assembly, the fourth baffle 64 can prevent the second pushing plate 312 from being pushed excessively to push the outer boxes out of the outer box conveying belt 32 by the second pushing plate 312, and the fourth baffle 64 plays a role in limiting and protecting.

As a preferred embodiment, at least one of the material pushing mechanism 13, the inner box pushing mechanism 23, the outer box pushing mechanism 33 and the discharging pushing mechanism 52 is an air cylinder pushing mechanism or a crank link pushing mechanism, wherein the inner box pushing mechanism 23, the outer box pushing mechanism 33 and the discharging pushing mechanism 52 are all air cylinder pushing mechanisms, the structure of the air cylinder pushing mechanism is not described herein, the material pushing mechanism is a crank link pushing mechanism, the material pushing mechanism 13 comprises a rotating disc 1, a connecting rod, a swinging rod 133, a slider 134, a sliding rail 135, a push rod 136 and a fourth driving component capable of driving the rotating disc 1 to rotate, the lower end of the swinging rod 133 is hinged with a frame of a boxing machine for boxing, the upper end of the swinging rod 133 is hinged with the slider 134, one end of the connecting rod is eccentrically arranged with the rotating disc 1 and hinged together, the other end of the connecting rod is hinged with the swinging rod 133, the sliding block 134 is slidably connected to the sliding rail 135, the push rod 136 is located on one side of the sliding block 134 and moves synchronously with the sliding block 134, the rotating disk 1 rotates to drive the connecting rod to swing, the connecting rod swings to drive the swing rod 133 to reciprocate and can push the sliding block 134 to slide on the sliding rail 135 in a reciprocating manner, and the push rod 136 can push the material located on the first tray 12 to the inner box in the second tray 42 on the assembly conveying belt 41 under the action of the sliding block 134.

(4) The first stop 61 is provided to stop the inner cassette transport belt 22 during its movement, because inertia is generated when the inner box conveyor belt 22 moves to a stop, when the inner box conveyor belt 22 stops after moving to a position, the inner box conveyor belt also rotates due to inertia, so that the inner box located thereon is moved excessively forward to be dropped, the first shutter 61 can preliminarily position the position of the inner box moved in place, and the inner box push-out opening 24 is positioned at the side of the first baffle 61, when the row of inner boxes is moved to the right position, the inner-cartridge push-out mechanism 23 pushes out one of the inner cartridges corresponding to the inner-cartridge push-out port 24 onto the assembly conveyor 41, when the inner box pushing mechanism 23 returns to the original position, the inner box conveyor belt 22 continues to move to convey the next inner box to the position corresponding to the inner box pushing outlet 24, and the inner box pushing mechanism 23 repeatedly realizes the pushing action to push out the inner box; the second baffle plate 62 is arranged, when the first pushing plate 212 pushes the inner boxes in a row out of the inner box pushing hole 213 to the inner box conveying belt 22 under the driving of the first driving component, the second baffle plate 62 can prevent the first pushing plate 212 from excessively pushing so that the first pushing plate 212 outwards pushes the inner boxes out of the inner box conveying belt 22, and the second baffle plate 62 plays a role in limiting and protecting.
(5) The third baffle 63 is provided to stop the outer box conveyor 32 during the movement, because the chain of the outer box conveyor belt 32 generates inertia from moving to stopping, when the outer box conveyor belt 32 stops after moving to the right position, because the inertia is still rotating, so that the outer box positioned thereon is excessively moved forward to be dropped, the third baffle 63 can preliminarily position the position of the outer box moved in place, the outer box pushing-out opening 34 is located at the side of the third baffle 63, and when the row of outer boxes is moved to the right position, the cartridge pushing-out mechanism 33 pushes out one of the cartridges corresponding to the cartridge pushing-out port 34 onto the assembly conveyer 41, when the outer box pushing mechanism 33 returns to the original position, the outer box conveyer belt 32 continues to move to convey the next outer box to the position corresponding to the outer box pushing outlet 34, and the outer box pushing mechanism 33 repeatedly realizes the pushing action to push the outer boxes; the fourth baffle 64 is arranged, when the second pushing plate 312 pushes the row of outer boxes out of the outer box pushing hole 313 to the outer box conveying belt 32 under the driving of the second driving assembly, the fourth baffle 64 can prevent the second pushing plate 312 from being pushed excessively to push the outer boxes out of the outer box conveying belt 32 by the second pushing plate 312, and the fourth baffle 64 plays a role in limiting and protecting.

A boxing machine for box packing is characterized by comprising a material conveying device, an inner box feeding device, an outer box feeding device and an assembly conveying device, wherein the material conveying device comprises a material conveying belt, a plurality of first trays arranged on the material conveying belt and a material pushing-out mechanism capable of pushing out materials in the first trays, and a material pushing-out port corresponding to the material pushing-out mechanism is arranged at the tail end of the material conveying belt; the inner box supply device comprises an inner box storing and taking mechanism, an inner box conveying belt and an inner box pushing mechanism capable of pushing the inner box on the inner box conveying belt out, and the tail end of the inner box conveying belt is provided with an inner box pushing outlet corresponding to the inner box pushing mechanism; the outer box supply device comprises an outer box storing and taking mechanism, an outer box conveying belt and an outer box pushing mechanism capable of pushing the outer box on the outer box conveying belt out, wherein the tail end of the outer box conveying belt is provided with an outer box pushing outlet corresponding to the outer box pushing mechanism; the assembly conveying device comprises an assembly conveying belt and a plurality of second trays which are uniformly arranged on the assembly conveying belt at intervals; the material conveyer belt, interior box conveyer belt, outer box conveyer belt all set up with assembly conveyer belt parallel side by side, and interior box pushes away the export, the material pushes away the export and pushes away the side that the export all is located the assembly conveyer belt with outer box and set gradually after to in the past, and interior box pushes away the export, the material pushes away the export and pushes away the interval between two arbitrary adjacent second tray intervals with outer box.

The box packing machine for boxes according to claim 1, further comprising an output conveyor, wherein the output conveyor comprises an output conveyor belt and an output pushing mechanism capable of pushing the assembled finished products from the assembling conveyor belt to the output conveyor belt, the side edge of the output conveyor belt is provided with an output pushing opening corresponding to the output pushing mechanism, and the output pushing opening is arranged behind the outer box pushing opening.

The box packing machine for the box according to claim 1, wherein the inner box storing and taking mechanism comprises an inner box storage cabinet for storing the inner box, a first push plate, and a first driving assembly capable of driving the first push plate to perform the pushing/retracting action, a lower portion of the inner box storage cabinet is provided with an inner box pushing hole penetrating through left and right sides thereof, the first push plate comprises a first pushing portion and a first supporting portion, the first supporting portion is horizontally and fixedly connected to a top end of the first pushing portion and extends in a direction away from the inner box conveying belt, the first push plate is located at one side of the inner box pushing hole and is capable of passing through the inner box pushing hole by the driving of the first driving assembly, thereby can store the whole row of interior box propelling movement of cabinet lower floor to interior box conveyer belt through first promotion portion with interior box to other interior boxes in the cabinet are stored to interior box through first supporting part support.

The box packing machine for boxes according to claim 1, wherein the box accessing mechanism comprises a box storage cabinet for storing boxes, a second pushing plate, and a second driving assembly capable of driving the second pushing plate to perform an ejecting/retracting action, the lower portion of the box storage cabinet is provided with a box ejecting hole penetrating through the left and right sides thereof, the second pushing plate comprises a second pushing portion and a second supporting portion, the second supporting portion is horizontally and fixedly connected to the top end of the second pushing portion and extends in a direction away from the box conveying belt, the second pushing plate is located at one side of the box ejecting hole and is capable of passing through the box ejecting hole under the driving of the second driving assembly, therefore, the whole row of outer boxes at the lowest layer of the outer box storage cabinet can be pushed to the outer box conveying belt through the second pushing part, and other outer boxes in the outer box storage cabinet are supported through the second supporting part.
