技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械行业神经介入治疗领域,尤其涉及一种可用于推送颅内取栓支架的神经血管球囊扩张导管。
背景技术
颅内血管狭窄或者急性取栓的治疗中,球囊导管的使用非常广泛,其作用主要为扩张血管或者封闭近端的血流。普遍的做法是先使用球囊导管,后将球囊取出后,再使用微导管,此过程操作繁琐,延长了手术的时间。
当前并没有一款产品可以同时起到球囊扩张导管和微导管的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种同时起到球囊扩张导管和微导管作用、能够用于取栓支架、颅内支架的输送和释放的球囊扩张导管。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种可用于推送颅内取栓支架的神经血管球囊扩张导管的具体技术方案为:
一种可用于推送颅内取栓支架的神经血管球囊扩张导管,包括:供操作的鲁尔接头;内管,内径为0.0165-0.021英寸,一端设置在鲁尔接头内,另一端与头端相连通,待输送的支架或药物可以从鲁尔接头通过内管输至头端;外管以及可膨胀、收缩的球囊,外管与球囊相连通的套设在内管的外部,外管、球囊与内部的内管之间形成有可供液体流动的流体腔,通过流体腔内液体的输送、抽出带动带动球囊膨胀、收缩进以实现支架或药物在内管的输送、释放。
进一步,鲁尔接头的内腔呈锥形,包括分别设置在两端、直径减缩的的进口端和出口端,出口端与内管相连通在一起,内径大于内管的内径,待输送支架、药物从鲁尔接头的进口端通过出口端进入到内管内。
进一步,远离鲁尔接头进口端的另一端相连接有鲁尔接口加强管,鲁尔接口加强管套设在外管的外部。
进一步,靠近鲁尔接头的出口端设置的外管的一端封闭设置在内管的外壁上,另一端与球囊相连通。
进一步,鲁尔接头的一侧设置有进液口,进液口与内管外部的外管相连通,内管与外管之间形成的腔体与进液口相连通形成流体腔,液体通过进液口进入到内管与外管之间的流体腔内,进而通入到球囊中。
进一步,球囊的一端与外管相连通,另一端封闭设置在内管的外壁上。
进一步,内管包括外层、中层以及内层,外层采用尼龙11,中层采用低密度聚乙烯,内层采用高密度聚乙烯,外层、中层以及内层的厚度比率为75:20:5~55:40:5,
进一步,头端与内管相连通,突出设置在球囊的端部。
进一步,球囊的名义压力在3~6atm范围内。
进一步,内管的外壁上设置有多个显影环,显影环用于标注球囊有效长度。

具体实施方式
为了更好的了解本发明的目的、结构及功能,下面结合附图,对本发明的一种可用于推送颅内取栓支架的神经血管球囊扩张导管做进一步详细的描述。
如图1至图6所示,其示为本发明的一种可用于推送颅内取栓支架的神经血管球囊扩张导管,用于向颅内病灶释放待输送的取栓支架或药物,包括依次相连接的鲁尔接头1、内管5和头端4,内管5的内径为0.0165-0.021英寸,优选0.021英寸,本发明的内管5具有较大的内径,能够用于较好的输送颅内支架、取栓支架等器械和药品。内管5的外部套设有可输送、抽出液体的外管2以及可膨胀、收缩的球囊3,外管2与球囊3相连通,待输送的支架或药物从鲁尔接头1进入内管5中,通过液体的输送、抽出带动球囊3膨胀、收缩进而推动、撤出头端4,以实现球囊扩张导管和微导管的作用,简化了医师在手术的操作,简化了流程,减少了手术时间,提高了安全性。
进一步,内管的长度为1480~1520mm,内管5、外管2、球囊3均采用高分子材料pebax或者尼龙。
此外,头端4的长度为5~12cm,内径为0.02~0.025mm,优选0.021mm,头端4的外径为0.6-0.8mm,头端4采用单层导管,以便于通过病变部位。头端采用具有可塑性的预塑形配件,使用可塑性材料的头端可采用高分子材料pebax或者尼龙,通过较长较柔软的头端材料能够在通过血管病变的时候更安全。
进一步,与头端4相连的内管5与球囊3形成双层球囊导管,内管5的外径大于头端4的外径,球囊3的内径大于内管5的外径。
进一步,如图5所示,鲁尔接头1的内腔呈锥形,包括分别设置在两端、直径减缩的进口端11和出口端12。鲁尔接头1的出口端12与内管5相连通在一起,出口端12的内径大于内管5的内径,待输送支架和/或药物从鲁尔接头1的进口端11通过出口端12进入到内管5内,进而从内管5输送至头端4进入病灶。其中,鲁尔接头1的出口端12与内管5通过胶粘连接在一起。越靠近出口端12的内管5的材质逐渐加硬,力量传导和支撑,以便于回收取栓支架或颅内支架。
进一步,远离鲁尔接头1进口端的另一端相连接有鲁尔接口加强管7,鲁尔接口加强管7套设在外管2的外部。
进一步,靠近鲁尔接头1的出口端12设置的外管2的一端封闭设置在内管5的外壁上,另一端与球囊3相连通。其中,外管2通过粘胶或者激光焊接的方式与内管5相连接。
进一步,鲁尔接头1的一侧设置有进液口13,进液口13与内管5外部的外管2相连通,内管5与外管2之间形成的腔体与进液口13相连通形成流体腔。外管2的另一端连接有可膨胀收缩的球囊3,液体通过进液口13进入到内管5与外管2之间的流体腔内,优选使用造影液,进而通入到球囊3中,通过液体的注入可以使球囊3膨胀充盈而扩张,球囊扩张后,与血管的内壁贴合,就关闭了血流的流动;这样在进行给药时,药物不会被血流冲走,能尽可能地增加药物滞留的时间,更重要的是,在合并颅内动脉粥样硬化狭窄的血管中行取栓手术时,可以在取栓支架远端锚定的同时,行闭塞部位的球囊扩张,不但可以避免血栓发生远端逃逸,而且可以将狭窄处改善从而将支架和血栓的复合体顺利取出体外。
进一步,球囊3的一端与外管2相连通,另一端封闭设置在内管5的外壁上。球囊3与内管5通过激光焊接或者胶粘的方式连接在一起。
进一步,如图6所示,内管5由三种硬度不同的高分子材料组成,包括外层51、中层52以及内层53,外层51采用尼龙11,中层52采用低密度聚乙烯,内层53采用高密度聚乙烯。其中,外层51、中层52以及内层53的厚度比率为75:20:5~55:40:5,优选75:20:5,通过多层复合材料保证内管5的柔顺性,使得本发明整个器械的柔顺性更好,便于器械可以到达病灶位置。
进一步,本发明中的外管2为硬度较高的高分子材料,如尼龙12、聚醚酰胺等,通过高硬度外管2的设计使得球囊3能够快速输送待输送支架或药物,减少手术时长。当从鲁尔接头1的进液口13注入造影液后,球囊3开始扩张。当抽出液体时,球囊3收缩,通过收缩是为了能实现器械的撤出。
进一步,头端4与内管5相连通,突出设置在球囊3的端部,头端4的长度为6mm~15mm,以保证不会影响球囊扩张导管输送颅内支架通过性的前提下,并且,优选头端为圆钝形的斜边,更容易通过病变部位,提高球囊扩张导管穿过颅内粥样动脉硬化斑块的能力。其中,头端4采用Pebax或者PU等高分子材料,通过更长更柔软的头端,适应颅内迂曲血管的解刨结构,能够实现在血管病变的时候更安全。
进一步,本发明采用的球囊3所需扩张的压力更小,名义压力在3~6atm范围内,以保证减小对颅内血管的损伤以及对周围组织的影响。
进一步,位于球囊3内的内管5的外壁上设置有多个显影环6,显影环6用于标注球囊有效长度,通过在荧光下显示出球囊3的有效长度,以标注球囊的有效长度,优选设置有两个,显影环6通过胶粘的方式固定在内管5上。
本发明的一种可用于推送颅内取栓支架的神经血管球囊扩张导管,可以用于取栓支架、颅内支架的输送和释放;简化了医师在手术的操作,简化了流程,减少了手术时间,提高了安全性。

供操作的鲁尔接头(1);
内管(5),内径为0.0165-0.021英寸,一端设置在鲁尔接头(1)内,另一端与头端(4)相连通,待输送的支架或药物能够从鲁尔接头(1)通过内管(5)输至头端(4);
外管(2)以及可膨胀、收缩的球囊(3),外管(2)与球囊(3)相连通的套设在内管(5)的外部,外管(2)、球囊(3)与内部的内管之间形成有可供液体流动的流体腔,通过流体腔内液体的输送、抽出带动球囊(3)膨胀、收缩进以实现支架或药物在内管(5)的输送、释放。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可用于推送颅内取栓支架的神经血管球囊扩张导管,其特征在于,鲁尔接头(1)的内腔呈锥形,包括分别设置在两端、直径减缩的进口端(11)和出口端(12),出口端与内管(5)相连通在一起,内径大于内管(5)的内径,待输送支架、药物从鲁尔接头(1)的进口端(11)通过出口端(12)进入到内管(5)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可用于推送颅内取栓支架的神经血管球囊扩张导管,其特征在于,头端(4)的长度为5~12cm,内径为0.02~0.025mm,外径为0.6-0.8mm,头端(4)为单层导管。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可用于推送颅内取栓支架的神经血管球囊扩张导管,其特征在于,与头端(4)相连的内管(5)与球囊(3)形成双层球囊导管,内管(5)的外径大于头端(4)的外径。
5.根据权利要求2所述的可用于推送颅内取栓支架的神经血管球囊扩张导管,其特征在于,远离鲁尔接头(1)进口端(11)的另一端相连接有鲁尔接口加强管(7),鲁尔接口加强管(7)套设在外管(2)的外部;靠近鲁尔接头(1)的出口端(12)设置的外管(2)的一端封闭设置在内管(5)的外壁上,另一端与球囊(3)相连通。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可用于推送颅内取栓支架的神经血管球囊扩张导管,其特征在于,鲁尔接头(1)的一侧设置有进液口(13),进液口(13)与内管(5)外部的外管(2)相连通,内管(5)与外管(2)之间形成的腔体与进液口(13)相连通形成流体腔,液体通过进液口(13)进入到内管(5)与外管(2)之间的流体腔内,进而通入到球囊(3)中;球囊(3)的一端与外管(2)相连通,另一端封闭设置在内管(5)的外壁上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的可用于推送颅内取栓支架的神经血管球囊扩张导管,其特征在于,内管(5)包括外层(51)、中层(52)以及内层(53),外层采用尼龙11,中层采用低密度聚乙烯,内层采用高密度聚乙烯,外层(51)、中层(52)以及内层(53)的厚度比率为75:20:5~55:40:5。
8.根据权利要求1所述的可用于推送颅内取栓支架的神经血管球囊扩张导管,其特征在于,头端(4)与内管(5)相连通,突出设置在球囊(3)的端部。
9.根据权利要求1所述的可用于推送颅内取栓支架的神经血管球囊扩张导管,其特征在于,球囊(3)的名义压力在3~6atm范围内。
10.根据权利要求1所述的可用于推送颅内取栓支架的神经血管球囊扩张导管,其特征在于,内管(5)的外壁上设置有多个显影环(6),显影环(6)用于标注球囊有效长度。
