技术领域
本发明涉及工业清洗技术领域,具体涉及一种微乳液型液晶清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
显示用液晶材料是由多种有机化合物组成的,现已发展成很多种类,例如各种联苯腈、酯类、环己基(联)苯类、含氧杂环苯类、嘧啶环类、二苯乙炔类、乙基桥键类和烯端基类等。液晶生产企业通常生产多种液晶材料,在更换品种和批次之间必须对反应釜等生产系统进行彻底清洗,避免残留物影响产品纯度。目前,清洗液晶所用清洗剂通常为有机溶剂,其中丙酮是使用最多的有机溶剂,丙酮虽然能够清洗反应系统中残留液晶材料,但存在易燃、有毒,污染环境等问题。另外,近年来有开发的水基液晶清洗剂,主要以表面活性剂为主,但存在的主要问题是对液晶的清洗效果不佳,液晶残留难以达标,同时泡沫高,不容易漂洗干净。
发明内容
为解决以上问题,在本发明提供了一种微乳液型液晶清洗剂组合物,所得的清洗剂组合物对各种液晶均具有高清洗效率,其中所采用的所有原料均可100%生物降解,无毒无害,不产生VOC污染,不含无机强碱,对环境友好。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种微乳液型液晶清洗剂组合物,所述组合物由以下质量百分比的原料制备所得:
3~8%的α-烯烃;1~4%的乙氧基化椰子油;3~10%的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(1309);2~8%的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(1305);8~15%的三乙醇胺;0.5~5%的二乙醇胺;5~12%的2,4-二甲基异戊二醇;其余为水。
优选地,所述组合物由以下质量百分比的原料制备所得:5~7%的α-烯烃;2~4%的乙氧基化椰子油;7~9%的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(1309);3~5%的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(1305);8~12%的三乙醇胺;1~3%的二乙醇胺;5~8%的2,4-二甲基异戊二醇;其余为水。
在一些示例中,所述α-烯烃为C14-C16-α-烯烃。
在一些示例中,所述乙氧基化椰子油的平均环氧乙烷加成(EO)数为30。
在一些示例中,所述异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(1309)的平均环氧乙烷加成(EO)数为9。
在一些示例中,所述异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(1305)的平均环氧乙烷加成数为5。
本发明还提供了上述一种微乳液型液晶清洗剂组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺混合均匀后,向其中加入异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(1305)和α-烯烃,搅拌至完全溶解,得混合物A;
S2、将水加热至45~50℃,向其中依次加入乙氧基化椰子油、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(1309),搅拌至完全溶解,得混合物B;
S3、搅拌状态下,向混合物A中加入混合物B,继续搅拌乳化20~30分钟,得混合物C;
S4、向混合物C中加入2,4-二甲基异戊二醇,搅拌均匀,得到所述微乳液型液晶清洗剂产品。
上述方案中,采用微乳液技术将对各种液晶材料有高效分散、溶解、清除作用的C14-16-α-烯烃在表面活性剂水溶液中进行微乳化,同时配方中所选的特殊结构表面活性剂和极性助溶剂不仅可以使α-烯烃微乳化,而且对清洗液晶有协同增效作用;所得的微乳液型液晶清洗剂组合物对各种液晶均具有高清洗效率,其中所采用的所有原料均可100%生物降解,无毒无害,不产生VOC污染,不含无机强碱,对环境友好。

本发明实施例公开了一种微乳液型液晶清洗剂组合物的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺混合均匀,向其中加入异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(1305)和α-烯烃,搅拌至完全溶解;
(2)将水加热至45-50℃,向其中依次加入乙氧基化椰子油、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(1309),搅拌至完全溶解;
(3)搅拌(1)中得到的混合物,向其中加入(2)中得到的混合物,搅拌乳化20-30分钟;
(4)向(3)中得到的混合物中加入2,4-二甲基异戊二醇,搅拌均匀,得到所述微乳液型液晶清洗剂产品。

实施例1:微乳液型液晶清洗剂的制备
在本实施例中,制备了具有如下所示组分制备所得的微乳液型液晶清洗剂:

性能检测
在70L液晶反应釜中分别加入45kg液晶材料(其组成如下表所示),均匀搅拌10分钟,随后将该液晶组合物排出。
使用实施例1中制备的液晶清洗剂清洗如上所得的反应釜,清洗程序如下:
1)向液晶反应釜中加入60L去离子水,2kg实施例1制备的液晶清洗剂;
2)在25℃对反应釜循环喷淋15分钟;
3)用60L去离子水循环淋洗15分钟,重复两遍;
4)用氮气吹扫5分钟。
5)清洗完成后,采用气相色谱法检测反应釜中液晶残留浓度。
经检测,液晶反应釜中液晶材料1、2、3的有机残留分别为3ppm、4 ppm、4ppm,符合标准低于10 ppm的要求。

1.一种微乳液型液晶清洗剂组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物由以下质量百分比的原料制备所得:
3~8%的α-烯烃;
1~4%的乙氧基化椰子油;
3~10%的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(1309);
2~8%的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(1305);
8~15%的三乙醇胺;
0.5~5%的二乙醇胺;
5~12%的2,4-二甲基异戊二醇;
其余为水。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种微乳液型液晶清洗剂组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物由以下质量百分比的原料制备所得:
5~7%的α-烯烃;
2~4%的乙氧基化椰子油;
7~9%的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(1309);
3~5%的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(1305);
8~12%的三乙醇胺;
1~3%的二乙醇胺;
5~8%的2,4-二甲基异戊二醇;
其余为水。

4.如权利要求1所述的一种微乳液型液晶清洗剂组合物,其特征在于:所述乙氧基化椰子油的平均环氧乙烷加成数为30。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种微乳液型液晶清洗剂组合物,其特征在于:所述异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(1309)的平均环氧乙烷加成数为9。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种微乳液型液晶清洗剂组合物,其特征在于:所述异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(1305)的平均环氧乙烷加成数为5。
7.一种制备如权利要求1~5中任一项所述的微乳液型液晶清洗剂组合物的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺混合均匀后,向其中加入异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(1305)和α-烯烃,搅拌至完全溶解,得混合物A;
S2、将水加热至45~50℃,向其中依次加入乙氧基化椰子油、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(1309),搅拌至完全溶解,得混合物B;
S3、搅拌状态下,向混合物A中加入混合物B,继续搅拌乳化20~30分钟,得混合物C;
S4、向混合物C中加入2,4-二甲基异戊二醇,搅拌均匀,得到所述微乳液型液晶清洗剂产品。
