背景技术
地毯是一种地面装饰材料,通常铺设在家庭、单位、宾馆、写字楼以及会议室的地面,目前的阻燃地毯均是在表层浸渍有阻燃材料,但在长时间使用中,阻燃材料易发生脱落,进而降低了整体的阻燃效果,不能从根本上实现阻燃效果,实用性不强,不能满足人们的使用需求,鉴于以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,有必要将其进一步改进,使其更具备实用性,才能符合实际使用情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高性能阻燃工程毯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的不能从根本上实现阻燃效果,实用性不强的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高性能阻燃工程毯,包括簇绒地毯和PVC底层,所述簇绒地毯与PVC底层粘接为一体,且簇绒地毯上均匀的开设有用于固定柱插入的第一通孔,所述PVC底层上开设有相连通的第一通槽和第二通槽,且PVC底层壁体内开设有孔槽,所述第一通槽和第二通槽贯穿PVC底层,且第一通槽槽壁与其两侧的孔槽相连通,所述固定柱底端插入至第一通槽内并与第一通槽槽壁密封粘接,且固定柱下半部侧壁开设有与孔槽相连通的第二通孔,所述固定柱上半部侧壁形成有褶皱部,且固定柱顶部内壁与顶板外圆壁密封粘接,所述顶板的底面中心处焊接连接有竖杆,且竖杆的底端焊接连接有底板,所述褶皱部上半部开设有喷孔,所述竖杆上套有与其焊接连接的套环,且竖杆的下半段套有弹力弹簧,所述弹力弹簧的两端与套环和固定柱底端内壁均为粘接,所述底板通过玻璃柱与固定柱底端内壁相连接。
进一步的,所述簇绒地毯顶端所处水平面高于固定柱顶端所处水平面,且簇绒地毯由阻燃弯头纱线制成。
进一步的,所述孔槽设置有多段,且孔槽整体形成盘旋状,并且孔槽内充入有高压干粉。
进一步的,所述第一通槽的内径大于第二通槽的内径,且第一通槽、第二通槽和第一通孔个数相同并一一对应。
进一步的,所述固定柱为中空的圆柱形结构,且固定柱顶端呈开状,固定柱为PVC材质,且固定柱与第一通槽和第二通槽共轴心线。
进一步的,所述褶皱部下半部壁体水平向外延伸形成有凸块,褶皱部折叠后呈水平状并且凸块插入至喷孔内,所述喷孔的内径和凸块直径一致,且喷孔在褶皱部上呈环形分布。
进一步的,所述弹力弹簧呈压缩状,且弹力弹簧的形变量等于褶皱部的高度。
进一步的,所述底板中间部分呈拱形,其两端呈水平状并与固定柱底部贴合,所述玻璃柱顶部位于底板的拱形部分内并与底板固定粘接,且玻璃柱底部嵌入至固定柱底部壁体内并与固定柱壁体固定粘接。
一种高性能阻燃工程毯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、纺丝工艺:
将阻燃切片料经过熔融纺丝工艺制得原丝,其中阻燃切片料为共聚型原生磷系共聚型的阻燃剂、共聚型的聚酯切片的混合物,各成份占混合物的质量百分比分别是:共聚型原生磷系阻燃剂<30-40%、共聚型的聚酯切片<60-70%,同时采用熔融纺切片工艺:纺切片工艺温度220-250℃,
还加入有共混型阻燃母粒的混合物、共混型的色母粒,各成份占本混合物的质量百分比分别是:共混型阻燃母粒的混合物<97%-98%、色母粒2-3%,并且采用熔融纺丝工艺:纺丝工艺温度260-295℃;
步骤二、加捻定型工艺:
将单股规格为1500tex/120F的膨化丝进行加捻,通过加捻机成规格为1500dtx/120F的两股直捻纱,再将直捻弯头纱1500dtx/120F*2股加捻定型为3300dtx/120F*2股,最后经过隧道定型机进行加压成弯头效果的纱线,再处理定型机进行固纱;
步骤三、簇绒工艺:
将得到的弯纱线通过簇绒设备进行簇绒工艺,得到簇绒地毯;
步骤四、印花复底工艺:
将得到的簇绒地毯通过印刷设备进行印花,接着再进行毯面复底工艺,最后得到成品阻燃工程毯。
进一步的,所述步骤二中采用170-190度的定纱工艺。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该高性能阻燃工程毯是将阻燃切片料经过熔融纺丝工艺制得原丝,原丝经过加捻定性工艺后制成簇绒地毯,这样地毯本身具有永久阻燃效果,阻燃性能达到B1级,而绒头丰满,弯头错综有序,整体质感优异,适用于家居、会议室、公寓、酒店客房等场所;
同时设置有PVC的底层,PVC的底层充入有高压干粉,当地毯表面存在火源时,固定柱会自动弹起,从而高压干粉可以从固定柱上的喷孔中喷出,这样可以将地毯表面的火源扑灭,这样在配合阻燃材料设计,极大的提高了整体的安全性,实用性强。

进一步的,孔槽4设置有多段,且孔槽4整体形成盘旋状,并且孔槽4内充入有高压干粉,这样多段孔槽4通过第一通槽5可以连接为一体,并且通过第二通孔16,孔槽4和固定柱7可以连通,这样两者内部都可以充满高压干粉。
进一步的,第一通槽5的内径大于第二通槽6的内径,且第一通槽5、第二通槽6和第一通孔3个数相同并一一对应,固定柱7为中空的圆柱形结构,且固定柱7顶端呈开状,固定柱7为PVC材质,且固定柱7与第一通槽5和第二通槽6共轴心线,当人们踩踏到顶板8时,顶板8会通过竖杆9下压底板14,最后底板14和玻璃柱15挤压固定柱7底部,固定柱7的材质设计,使其具有一定强度,而且材料柔软,这样底板14和玻璃柱15移动时,会使得固定柱7发生形变,而第二通槽6的设计,使得固定柱7有一个形变的空间,进而避免将玻璃柱15压碎。
进一步的,褶皱部11下半部壁体水平向外延伸形成有凸块17,褶皱部11折叠后呈水平状并且凸块17插入至喷孔12内,喷孔12的内径和凸块17直径一致,且喷孔12在褶皱部11上呈环形分布,当固定柱7处于常态下,褶皱部11是折叠的,这样凸块17可以将喷孔12封堵住,从而避免干粉从喷孔12中喷出,保证了孔槽4和固定柱7内处于一个高压状态,结构合理。
进一步的,底板14中间部分呈拱形,其两端呈水平状并与固定柱7底部贴合,玻璃柱15顶部位于底板14的拱形部分内并与底板14固定粘接,且玻璃柱15底部嵌入至固定柱7底部壁体内并与固定柱7壁体固定粘接,底板14受到竖杆9的压力时,压力会通过底板14两侧水平部分传递给固定柱7底部,部分压力会通过玻璃柱15传递给固定柱7底部,这样可以减少玻璃柱15受到的压力,避免玻璃柱15损坏,同时玻璃柱15内部注入有有机溶剂,如煤油,这样当玻璃柱15受热至一定温度时,就会发生爆裂。
当簇绒地毯1存在火源时,由于顶板8为金属材质,这样火焰的温度会传递给附近的顶板8,顶板8在通过竖杆9传递给底板14,最后底板14会将热量传递给玻璃柱15,玻璃柱15受热后发生爆裂,这样竖杆9与固定柱7底部分离开,由于弹力弹簧13呈压缩状,且弹力弹簧13的形变量等于褶皱部11的高度,这样在弹力弹簧13的弹力作用下,会通过套环10带动竖杆9向上移动,竖杆9带动顶板8向上移动,这样顶板8可以向上拉伸固定柱7,进而可以将固定柱7上的褶皱部11拉伸开,此时褶皱部11上的凸块17与喷孔12分离开,孔槽4和固定柱7内部的高压干粉就会从喷孔12中喷出,可以将簇绒地毯1表面的火焰扑灭,这样提高了整体的安全性。
实施例二
一种高性能阻燃工程毯的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一、纺丝工艺:
将阻燃切片料经过熔融纺丝工艺制得原丝,其中阻燃切片料为共聚型原生磷系共聚型的阻燃剂、共聚型的聚酯切片的混合物,各成份占混合物的质量百分比分别是:共聚型原生磷系阻燃剂<30-40%、共聚型的聚酯切片<60-70%,同时采用熔融纺切片工艺:纺切片工艺温度220-250℃,
还加入有共混型阻燃母粒的混合物、共混型的色母粒,各成份占本混合物的质量百分比分别是:共混型阻燃母粒的混合物<97%-98%、色母粒2-3%,并且采用熔融纺丝工艺:纺丝工艺温度260-295℃;
步骤二、加捻定型工艺:
将单股规格为1500tex/120F的膨化丝进行加捻,通过加捻机成规格为1500dtx/120F的两股直捻纱,再将直捻弯头纱1500dtx/120F*2股加捻定型为3300dtx/120F*2股,最后经过隧道定型机进行加压成弯头效果的纱线,再处理定型机进行固纱,
在加捻定型过程中,采用170-190度的定纱工艺,解决常规产品150度以下的定纱工艺,解决涤纶纱丝抗倒伏问题;目前传统的产品是尼龙产品或改性涤纶产品,加捻纱线后定型工艺130-150度以下的定纱工艺,通过生产工艺调整,满足普涤纱线加捻定型工艺高温170度定纱工艺;
步骤三、簇绒工艺:
普涤簇绒印花密度代替传统尼龙簇绒密度的突破;通过设备更新:由传统的1/8割绒,设计1/10割绒,针距由3.18mm到2.54mm加密,第二次提高涤纶抗倒伏问题;通过纱线的旦尼尔控制涤纶与尼龙的材料的比重问题:尼龙密度为1.15克/立方厘米,普涤密度为1.38克/立方厘米,通过纱线的旦尼尔进行调整:如尼龙纱线2400dtx/144f,涤纶纱线改为2400dtx/196f,双股捻尼龙纱线1500dtx/96f*2股,涤纶纱线改为1500dtx/144f*2股,变更生产工艺设计,
将得到的弯纱线通过簇绒设备进行簇绒工艺,得到簇绒地毯;
步骤四、印花复底工艺:
将得到的簇绒地毯通过印刷设备进行印花,接着再进行毯面复底工艺,最后得到成品阻燃工程毯,得到成品阻燃有色弯头纱满铺毯具有永久阻燃效果,阻燃性能符合国家铺地材料阻燃要求B1级,图案丰富,色彩鲜艳,绒头丰满,弯头错综有序,适用于家居、会议室、公寓、酒店客房等场所。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例;对于本领域的普通技术人员而言;可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型;本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (10)
1.一种高性能阻燃工程毯,包括簇绒地毯(1)和PVC底层(2),其特征在于:所述簇绒地毯(1)与PVC底层(2)粘接为一体,且簇绒地毯(1)上均匀的开设有用于固定柱(7)插入的第一通孔(3),所述PVC底层(2)上开设有相连通的第一通槽(5)和第二通槽(6),且PVC底层(2)壁体内开设有孔槽(4),所述第一通槽(5)和第二通槽(6)贯穿PVC底层(2),且第一通槽(5)槽壁与其两侧的孔槽(4)相连通,所述固定柱(7)底端插入至第一通槽(5)内并与第一通槽(5)槽壁密封粘接,且固定柱(7)下半部侧壁开设有与孔槽(4)相连通的第二通孔(16),所述固定柱(7)上半部侧壁形成有褶皱部(11),且固定柱(7)顶部内壁与顶板(8)外圆壁密封粘接,所述顶板(8)的底面中心处焊接连接有竖杆(9),且竖杆(9)的底端焊接连接有底板(14),所述褶皱部(11)上半部开设有喷孔(12),所述竖杆(9)上套有与其焊接连接的套环(10),且竖杆(9)的下半段套有弹力弹簧(13),所述弹力弹簧(13)的两端与套环(10)和固定柱(7)底端内壁均为粘接,所述底板(14)通过玻璃柱(15)与固定柱(7)底端内壁相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能阻燃工程毯,其特征在于:所述簇绒地毯(1)顶端所处水平面高于固定柱(7)顶端所处水平面,且簇绒地毯(1)由阻燃弯头纱线制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能阻燃工程毯,其特征在于:所述孔槽(4)设置有多段,且孔槽(4)整体形成盘旋状,并且孔槽(4)内充入有高压干粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能阻燃工程毯,其特征在于:所述第一通槽(5)的内径大于第二通槽(6)的内径,且第一通槽(5)、第二通槽(6)和第一通孔(3)个数相同并一一对应。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能阻燃工程毯,其特征在于:所述固定柱(7)为中空的圆柱形结构,且固定柱(7)顶端呈开状,固定柱(7)为PVC材质,且固定柱(7)与第一通槽(5)和第二通槽(6)共轴心线。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能阻燃工程毯,其特征在于:所述褶皱部(11)下半部壁体水平向外延伸形成有凸块(17),褶皱部(11)折叠后呈水平状并且凸块(17)插入至喷孔(12)内,所述喷孔(12)的内径和凸块(17)直径一致,且喷孔(12)在褶皱部(11)上呈环形分布。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能阻燃工程毯,其特征在于:所述弹力弹簧(13)呈压缩状,且弹力弹簧(13)的形变量等于褶皱部(11)的高度。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能阻燃工程毯,其特征在于:所述底板(14)中间部分呈拱形,其两端呈水平状并与固定柱(7)底部贴合,所述玻璃柱(15)顶部位于底板(14)的拱形部分内并与底板(14)固定粘接,且玻璃柱(15)底部嵌入至固定柱(7)底部壁体内并与固定柱(7)壁体固定粘接。
9.一种高性能阻燃工程毯的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一、纺丝工艺:
将阻燃切片料经过熔融纺丝工艺制得原丝,其中阻燃切片料为共聚型原生磷系共聚型的阻燃剂、共聚型的聚酯切片的混合物,各成份占混合物的质量百分比分别是:共聚型原生磷系阻燃剂<30-40%、共聚型的聚酯切片<60-70%,同时采用熔融纺切片工艺:纺切片工艺温度220-250℃,
还加入有共混型阻燃母粒的混合物、共混型的色母粒,各成份占本混合物的质量百分比分别是:共混型阻燃母粒的混合物<97%-98%、色母粒2-3%,并且采用熔融纺丝工艺:纺丝工艺温度260-295℃;
步骤二、加捻定型工艺:
将单股规格为1500tex/120F的膨化丝进行加捻,通过加捻机成规格为1500dtx/120F的两股直捻纱,再将直捻弯头纱1500dtx/120F*2股加捻定型为3300dtx/120F*2股,最后经过隧道定型机进行加压成弯头效果的纱线,再处理定型机进行固纱;
步骤三、簇绒工艺:
将得到的弯纱线通过簇绒设备进行簇绒工艺,得到簇绒地毯;
步骤四、印花复底工艺:
将得到的簇绒地毯通过印刷设备进行印花,接着再进行毯面复底工艺,最后得到成品阻燃工程毯。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种高性能阻燃工程毯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中采用170-190度的定纱工艺。
