wherein, the acne controlling formula comprises: 0.018% of caryophyllin, 0.012% of peach phenol, 0.09% of o-cymene-5-ol, 0.8978% of PPG-26-Butanethol-260.045%, 0.045% of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.045% of water, 1.38% of glycerol, and 1.365% of propylene glycol.

2. The composition for acne treatment and repair according to claim 1, wherein the centella asiatica is a mixture of asiaticoside, madecassoside, madecassic acid, asiatic acid and centella asiatica extract.

3. The composition for acne treatment repair according to claim 1, which is prepared by the following steps:

(1) weighing the above substances according to the weight percentage, pre-dispersing xanthan gum by using glycerol, putting dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and allantoin into an emulsification tank, heating to 80-90 ℃ under stirring, sequentially adding shea butter, bisabolol, meadowfoam seed oil, vitamin E, ethylhexyl palmitate and caprylic/capric triglyceride, stirring, then adding acrylamide-dimethyltaurate/VP copolymer and compound Sepiplus S while homogenizing until no particles exist, preserving heat, stirring for 20 minutes, and then cooling to 45 ℃;
