Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及残余消毒产品,更具体地说,涉及具有残余消毒性质的擦拭物。
背景技术
传统消毒剂在接触时立即起作用;然而,一旦触摸,表面被皮肤生物体和潜在的病原体再次污染。残余消毒剂在接触时立即提供杀灭,并且即使在重复触摸之后也继续提供消毒。经由喷雾或气溶胶的施用提供了一种形式,其被定位以产生没有干扰化合物的均匀膜。
将相同的残余制剂放置在擦拭物构造体或基材上引入了新的障碍。擦拭物基材本身可能潜在地吸收和隔绝可能影响功效的活性成分。另外,加入到擦拭物的液体的量影响功效和消费者使用模式。人们必须考虑基材的吸收容量、干扰擦拭物化学物质、过量液体含量和擦拭物组成。
因此,需要克服上述缺点的具有残余消毒性质的擦拭物产品。
发明内容
在本发明的实施方案中,提供了具有残余消毒性质的擦拭物形式的基材。所述擦拭物克服与其它消毒产品相关的已知问题。

具体实施方式
本发明的实施方案的以下描述本质上仅是示例性的,并且决不旨在限制本发明、其应用或使用。本文仅通过实例的方式提供以下描述,用于提供本发明的能够实现的公开的目的,但不限制本发明的范围或实质。
在本发明的实施方案中,提供了具有残余消毒性质或功效的擦拭物。在本发明的上下文中提到的残余消毒剂即使在多次触摸后也提供等于或大于5 log的细菌减少。
具有残余消毒功效的擦拭物提供了超过传统消毒产品的独特的益处。传统消毒产品仅在加入后立即提供消毒功效。残余消毒产品在产品施用后提供长时间的消毒。
在本发明的实施方案中,擦拭物包含天然材料、合成材料或其组合。合成材料的实例包括但不限于聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚酯、尼龙、人造丝、丙烯酸类、氨纶及其组合。天然材料的实例包括但不限于木材、纸浆、纤维素、棉、亚麻、丝、羊毛、大麻、亚麻及其组合。优选地,擦拭物包含合成材料的共混物。
基材可以是织造或非织造的。非织造织物可以通过多种制造方法来制备,包括但不限于熔喷、适形、纺粘、气流成网、水刺、射流喷网、粘结、梳理、层压或其组合。基材可以包含熔喷聚合物材料。
擦拭物用具有残余消毒性质或功效的液体制剂处理,或含有具有残余消毒性质或功效的液体制剂。适用于本发明的残余消毒制剂的实例包含聚合物粘结剂和杀生物化合物,其中所述聚合物粘结剂为噁唑啉均聚物。

单体QAC的组合优选用于本发明。QAC组合的具体实例是N-烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(40%);N-辛基癸基二甲基氯化铵(30%);二-正癸基二甲基氯化铵(15%);和二-正二辛基二甲基氯化铵(15%)。所述百分比是基于共混的QAC组合物总重量的单个QAC的重量百分比。
适用于本发明的再另一种聚合物QAC是聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵或聚DADMAC。
可用于本发明的又另一类QAC是在分子中具有双胍部分的那些化合物。这类阳离子抗微生物剂的实例包括但不限于PHMB和氯己定。
可商购获得的季铵化合物的实例包括但不限于得自Lonza的Bardac 205M和208M,以及得自Stepan Company的BTC885。

适用于本液体制剂的其它杀生物化合物跨越宽范围的抗微生物剂、杀生物剂、消毒杀菌剂和消毒剂。优选水溶性或水分散性杀生物化合物,尽管可以替代地采用溶于醇的杀生物剂。
适用于本制剂的杀生物化合物的非穷举性列表包括三氯生、吡啶硫酮锌、金属盐和氧化物、酚、植物性物质、卤素、过氧化物、杂环抗微生物剂、醛和醇。
制剂中杀生物化合物的浓度可以在0.05%至20%的范围内,基于液体组合物的重量。对于用于保健应用的液体制剂,优选在0.1%至20%的范围内,并且更优选在0.5%至3%的范围内。对于用于多用途和浴室清洁剂的液体制剂,优选在0.05%至10%的范围内。对于保护剂的制剂,优选在0.05%至2%的范围内。
本发明的液体制剂的载体或介质可以是挥发性的并在环境条件下易于蒸发的任何溶剂。液体载体的实例包括但不限于水和低分子量醇(例如C1-C8烷醇)。具体实例包括但不限于乙醇、异丙醇、丁醇、戊醇及其组合。
用于本发明的另一类溶剂包括亚烷基二醇醚。实例包括但不限于乙二醇单丙醚、乙二醇单丁醚、乙二醇单己醚、乙二醇单己醚、二甘醇单甲醚、二甘醇单乙醚、二甘醇单丁醚、二甘醇单己醚、三甘醇单甲醚、三甘醇单乙醚、三甘醇单丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯、丙二醇正丁醚、二丙二醇正丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯、丙二醇正丙醚、二丙二醇正丙醚和三丙二醇甲醚。
用于本发明的另一类溶剂基于萜烯及其衍生物,例如萜烯醇、萜烯酯、萜烯醚或萜烯醛。溶剂的实例包括但不限于松油、柠檬油、柠檬烯、蒎烯、伞花烃、月桂烯、茴香酮、冰片、诺卜醇、桉树脑、紫罗兰酮等。

在本发明的实施方案中,提供了制备具有残余消毒功效的擦拭物的方法。所述方法包括将具有残余消毒功效的液体制剂施用到擦拭物。可以通过浸轧、辊涂或本领域普通技术人员已知的任何其它施用机制来施用液体。
液体制剂以一定的液体制剂的重量与擦拭物基材的重量的比率存在。优选地,液体制剂的重量与擦拭物基材的重量比在1:1至10:1的范围内。例如,液体制剂的重量与擦拭物基材的重量的比率为5:1,优选4:1,并且更优选<4:1。
液体制剂中乙醇或季铵化合物的活性浓度可以在施用到擦拭物之前和之后经由能够检测季铵化合物和/或乙醇的任何方法来测量。实例包括但不限于用于乙醇的GC-MS和用于季铵化合物的自动滴定器。一旦施用到擦拭物基材上,乙醇和/或一种或多种季铵化合物的活性浓度通常变化不超过5%。不希望所述浓度的活性物结合并隔绝到基材。
擦拭物基材将1-5 mg/cm2的液体递送至表面以产生残余功效。这可以作为重量沉积测量,以施用到表面上的液体制剂的mg计。
如果所施用的液体的粘度增加,则可以改变施用到擦拭物的液体的量。所施用的液体的粘度与放置在擦拭物上的液体的量成反比。这样的一个实例是聚噁唑啉均聚物增加至液体重量的至多10%。液体的粘度随着聚噁唑啉浓度的增加而显著增加,并且因此擦拭物上的负载水平可以减少一半以递送相同的功效。
残余功效可以用从EPA 01-1A获得的残余功效方案进行测试。
实施例
所测试的残余消毒制剂的实例含有乙醇与季铵活性成分、表面活性剂和聚噁唑啉聚合物。鉴定重量为2-3 mg/in2的干膜递送残余消毒功效。使用喷雾产品施用残余消毒制剂。首先评价所有擦拭物基材在表面上的沉积。确定含有50%或更多合成纤维(例如聚酯(PET))组成的产品提供制剂在表面上的最佳沉积。具有大部分PET的擦拭物能够以液体制剂重量与擦拭物重量的3:1至6:1的比率负载。另外,擦拭物的合成性质允许活性材料(例如季铵化合物)从擦拭物中的稳健释放。这对应于在表面上的残余消毒活性。

Claims (11)

施用到所述基材的具有残余消毒性质的液体制剂,其中所述擦拭物在多次触摸后具有等于或大于5 log的细菌减少。
2.根据权利要求1所述的擦拭物,其中所述液体制剂包含乙醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的擦拭物,其中所述液体制剂包含季铵化合物或季铵化合物的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的擦拭物,其中所述擦拭物将1-5 mg/cm2的所述液体制剂递送至表面以提供残余功效。
5.具有残余消毒性质的擦拭物,所述擦拭物包含:
基材,和
施用到所述基材的具有残余消毒性质的液体制剂,其中所述液体制剂以1:1至10:1范围内的液体制剂重量与基材重量的比率存在。
6.根据权利要求5所述的擦拭物,其中所述液体制剂包含乙醇。
7.根据权利要求5所述的擦拭物,其中所述液体制剂包含季铵化合物或季铵化合物的混合物。
8.根据权利要求5所述的擦拭物,其中所述液体制剂的重量与所述擦拭物的重量的比率为5:1。
9.根据权利要求5所述的擦拭物,其中所述液体制剂的重量与所述擦拭物的重量的比率为4:1。
10.根据权利要求5所述的擦拭物,其中所述液体制剂的重量与所述擦拭物的重量的比率<4:1。
11.根据权利要求5所述的擦拭物,其中所述擦拭物将1-5 mg/cm2的所述液体制剂递送至表面以提供残余功效。
