A municipal rainwater collection system which is characterized in that: the water collecting device comprises a water collecting barrel (1) buried in a road, wherein a grid plate (10) is erected at the top of the water collecting barrel (1), a filter plate (2) is coaxially erected in the water collecting barrel (1), the filter plate (2) is in a conical plate shape with the pointed end upwards, the bottom of the water collecting barrel (1) is communicated with a water outlet pipe (12), one end, far away from the water collecting barrel (1), of the water outlet pipe (12) is communicated with a spray head (13), and a water outlet pump (121) is further installed on the water outlet pipe (12);
the bottom side of the filter plate (2) is coaxially communicated with an annular collecting groove (21), and the annular collecting groove (21) is arranged around the edge of the filter plate (2); the bottom of the annular collecting tank (21) is provided with a water filtering hole (211);
the grille plate (10) is provided with a plurality of water inlets (102), the water inlets (102) are vertically and downwards communicated with a plurality of drainage hoses (101), and the inner diameter of each drainage hose (101) is gradually reduced towards the direction far away from the grille plate (10);
a foam plastic plate (3) is coaxially arranged in the water collecting cylinder (1), the foam plastic plate (3) is positioned below the filter plate (2), a plurality of water permeable holes (31) are formed in the foam plastic plate (3), a plurality of connecting pipes (32) are vertically and upwards arranged on the foam plastic plate (3), and the top ends of the connecting pipes (32) penetrate through the filter plate (2); the drainage hoses (101) correspond to the drainage pipes one by one, the drainage hoses (101) and the connecting pipes (32) are uniformly distributed in a circumferential manner around the axis of the water collecting barrel (1), when the drainage hoses (101) are in a vertical state, the projections of the drainage hoses (101) on the horizontal plane are positioned in the inner peripheral side of the projections of the connecting pipes (32) on the horizontal plane, and the top ends of the connecting pipes (32) are connected with the bottom ends of the corresponding drainage hoses (101) through connecting pieces (33);
a plurality of filter holes (321) are uniformly formed in the peripheral wall of the connecting pipe (32).

The municipal rainwater collection system according to claim 1, wherein: the water collecting cylinder (1) is further communicated with an overflow pipe (11), the overflow pipe (11) is communicated with an underground drainage pipeline, and the overflow pipe (11) is located between the annular collecting tank (21) and the foam plastic plate (3).
