The detergent is a disposable detergent, namely, the detergent is added once every time the detergent is washed, so that the step of adding the detergent is carried out every time the detergent is washed. There is also no detergent in the prior art that can be used multiple times.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a long-acting solid laundry detergent ball and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problem that a detergent which can be used for multiple times is lacked in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a long-acting solid laundry detergent ball, including:
a solid precursor particle comprising the following starting materials: a mineral and a first surfactant; and
a wrapping layer wrapping the solid mother particles, wherein the wrapping layer comprises the following raw materials: soap powder, biological enzyme, a second surfactant, a thickening agent, essence and mineral powder.
Optionally, the solid parent particle comprises the following raw materials: 0.1-1 parts by weight of a mineral and 0.1-3 parts by weight of a first surfactant;
the wrapping layer comprises the following raw materials: 1-8 parts of soap powder, 0.5-5 parts of biological enzyme, 0.1-1 part of second surfactant, 0.1-1 part of thickening agent, 0.05-0.5 part of essence and 0.1-1 part of mineral powder.
Optionally, the solid parent particle comprises the following raw materials: 0.3-0.7 parts by weight of a mineral and 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a first surfactant;
the wrapping layer comprises the following raw materials: 1-5 parts of soap powder, 1-3 parts of biological enzyme, 0.1-0.5 part of second surfactant, 0.3-0.7 part of thickening agent, 0.1-0.3 part of essence and 0.3-0.7 part of mineral powder.
Optionally, the mineral is selected from any one or a mixture of at least two of medical stone, talc, kaolinite, montmorillonite or zeolite.
Optionally, the mineral has a particle size of 50-150 mesh.
Optionally, the mineral powder is sepiolite powder.
Optionally, the first surfactant is selected from any one or a mixture of at least two of cocoyl diethanolamine, potassium cocoyl glycinate, sodium cocoyl glutamate and sodium lauroyl sarcosinate; the second surfactant is sodium tridecanoate or sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate; the essence is selected from any one of lavender essence, rose essence, jasmine essence or fruit essence or a mixture of at least two of the lavender essence, the rose essence, the jasmine essence and the fruit essence.
Optionally, the soap powder is a natural plant soap powder.
One or more technical schemes in the long-acting solid laundry and decontamination ball provided by the embodiment of the invention have at least one of the following technical effects:
1. the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball has the characteristic of being reusable, and through testing, the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball with the diameter of 12mm is mixed with 1L-2L of water (the amount of a washing solution in conventional washing), after water is added for many times, the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball is measured, and the diameter change of the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball used in each time of average water adding is calculated to be 0.05mm-0.1 mm; the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball can keep stable detergent power in 60-100 times of use; in practical application, the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball can be matched with an adding device and a washing machine, the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball is placed in the adding device, tap water is mixed with the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball through the adding device to release a detergent, and the detergent is added into the washing machine, so that the trouble that the detergent needs to be added every time of washing is avoided, and the use is more convenient;
2. the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball has excellent detergency, and the specific values of the detergency of the specified dirty cloth measured according to GB/T13174-2088 'determination of detergents for clothing and circulating washing performance' are respectively as follows: 1. carbon black greasy dirt cloth: 1.05; 2. protein-polluted cloth: 1.8; 3. sebum-stained cloth: 1.8;
3. the raw materials of the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball are environment-friendly and safe.
In order to achieve the above object, the preparation method of the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball provided by the embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps:
1) preparing solid mother particles: uniformly stirring the minerals and the first surfactant, pouring the mixture into a granulating tank of a granulator, and starting the granulator to mix materials until solid mother granules with the diameter of 1mm-5mm are formed; pouring out the solid mother particles, drying and cooling;
2) preparing a wrapping layer: weighing the raw materials of the wrapping layer: soap powder, biological enzyme, a second surfactant, a thickening agent, essence and mineral powder; and (2) reintroducing the completely cooled solid mother granules into a granulation tank of a granulator, starting the granulator, wetting the solid mother granules by using a sprayer, mixing the raw materials of the coating layer, adding the mixture into the granulation tank in a grading manner, wherein the raw materials of the coating layer are coated on the solid mother granules layer by layer at intervals of 2-8 seconds every time until granular spheres with diameters of 6-15 mm are formed, and drying the granular spheres to obtain the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball.
One or more technical schemes in the preparation method of the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball provided by the embodiment of the invention have at least one of the following technical effects: according to the preparation method of the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball, the solid mother particles are prepared by a granulating method of the granulator, then the raw materials of the coating layer are coated on the solid mother particles layer by layer to prepare the coating layer, and the prepared long-acting solid laundry detergent ball has a multilayer structure, so that the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball can be used for multiple times, and the properties and the performance of the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball are stable after the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball is used for multiple times.
In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for preparing a long-acting solid laundry detergent ball, including the following steps:
1) preparing solid mother particles: uniformly stirring the minerals and the first surfactant, pouring the mixture into a granulating tank of a granulator, and starting the granulator to mix materials until solid mother granules with the diameter of 1mm-5mm are formed; pouring out the solid mother particles, drying and cooling;
2) preparing a wrapping layer: weighing the raw materials of the wrapping layer: soap powder, biological enzyme, a second surfactant, a thickening agent, essence and mineral powder; and adding the mixed raw materials of the coating layer and the solid mother particles into a plodder for layering, and then dicing to prepare the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball.
One or more technical schemes in the preparation method of the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball provided by the embodiment of the invention have at least one of the following technical effects: the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball prepared by the preparation method of the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball through the plodder has the characteristics of high production effect and high production speed.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
In an embodiment of the present invention, illustrated in fig. 1-2, there is provided a long-lasting solid laundry detergent ball comprising a solid matrix particle 1 and a coating 2, it being understood that fig. 2 illustrates only the structure of the long-lasting solid laundry detergent ball and is not intended to be limiting as to its size and proportions. The solid mother particle 1 comprises the following raw materials: a mineral and a first surfactant. The coating layer 2 coats the solid mother particles 1, and the coating layer 2 comprises the following raw materials: soap powder, biological enzyme, a second surfactant, a thickening agent, essence and mineral powder.
In an embodiment of the invention, the solid mother particle 1 comprises the following raw materials: 0.1-1 parts by weight of mineral and 0.1-3 parts by weight of first surfactant.
The wrapping layer 2 comprises the following raw materials: 1-8 parts of soap powder, 0.5-5 parts of biological enzyme, 0.1-1 part of second surfactant, 0.1-1 part of thickening agent, 0.05-0.5 part of essence and 0.1-1 part of mineral powder.
In an embodiment of the invention, the solid mother particle 1 comprises the following raw materials: 0.3-0.7 parts by weight of mineral and 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of first surfactant.
The wrapping layer 2 comprises the following raw materials: 1-5 parts of soap powder, 1-3 parts of biological enzyme, 0.1-0.5 part of second surfactant, 0.3-0.7 part of thickening agent, 0.1-0.3 part of essence and 0.3-0.7 part of mineral powder.
In an embodiment of the invention, the mineral is selected from any one or a mixture of at least two of medical stone, talc, kaolinite, montmorillonite or zeolite. Furthermore, the mineral is preferably medical stone which is a natural silicate mineral and is non-toxic. The medical stone is a compound mineral which is non-toxic and harmless to organisms and has certain bioactivity, has strong adsorption force and water purification effect, and is particularly suitable for manufacturing the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball.
In the examples of the present invention, the mineral has a particle size of 50 to 150 mesh. The minerals having the above particle diameters are easy to mix and disperse, and are suitable as carriers.
In an embodiment of the invention, the mineral powder is sepiolite powder. Sepiolite powder is a water-containing magnesium-rich silicate clay mineral powder with a layer chain structure. Sepiolite powder is a very useful filter aid, and its filter aid capacity is combined with its adsorptive properties. Sepiolite powder can also be used as a purifying agent: can be used as softener for hard water, and cation of clay is used for exchanging calcium and magnesium ions in water. Sepiolite powder has a large active surface area, retains the active product and can be used as an excipient. In addition, the sepiolite powder also has multiple functions of a decolorizing agent, an additive carrier and the like. The sepiolite powder can greatly improve the efficiency of the invention.
In an embodiment of the invention, the essence is selected from any one of lavender essence, rose essence, jasmine essence or fruit essence or a mixture of at least two of the same. Specifically, the essence is lavender essence.
In an embodiment of the invention, the first surfactant is selected from any one of or a mixture of at least two of cocoyl diethanolamine, cocoyl potassium glycinate, sodium cocoyl glutamate and sodium lauroyl sarcosinate. The second surfactant is sodium tridecanoate or sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the soap powder is a natural plant soap powder. The natural plant soap powder has the characteristics of naturalness, strong decontamination, ultra-low foam, easy rinsing and the like, has low irritation to skin, protects fabrics, enables washed clothes to be fluffy and soft without using a softener, and solves the problems of dirt deposition, hardening, static electrification and the like of the fabrics after multiple times of washing.
In the embodiment of the invention, the biological enzyme is a macromolecular protein, and compared with a synthetic detergent, the biological enzyme only transfers stains from the surface of an article to a washing solution, the cleaning principle of the biological enzyme is to convert the stains into water-soluble small molecules by utilizing the biocatalytic decomposition effect, and the biological enzyme has the main characteristics of zero pollution, safety, no toxicity and high-efficiency cleaning.
Therefore, most of the raw materials of the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball are environment-friendly and safe raw materials, and the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball has little stimulation to human bodies.

1) preparation of solid mother granules 1: uniformly stirring the minerals and the first surfactant, pouring the mixture into a granulating tank of a granulator, starting the granulator to mix materials, and stabilizing the rotation speed of the granulator at 50-60 rpm/s until solid mother granules 1 with the diameter of 1-5 mm are formed; pouring out the solid mother particles 1, drying and cooling;
2) preparing a wrapping layer 2: weighing the raw materials of the wrapping layer 2: soap powder, biological enzyme, a second surfactant, a thickening agent, essence and mineral powder; and (2) reintroducing the completely cooled solid mother granules 1 into a granulation tank of a granulator, starting the granulator, wetting the solid mother granules 1 by using a sprayer, mixing the raw materials of the coating layer 2, adding the mixture into the granulation tank in batches at intervals of 2-8 seconds every time, coating the raw materials of the coating layer 2 on the solid mother granules 1 layer by layer until granular spheres with diameters of 6-15 mm are formed, and drying the granular spheres to obtain the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball.
In the embodiment of the invention, the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball can be prepared by adding a coagulant to avoid a drying step.
In an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided another preparation method of the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball, including the following steps:
1) preparation of solid mother granules 1: uniformly stirring the minerals and the first surfactant, pouring the mixture into a granulating tank of a granulator, and starting the granulator to mix materials until solid mother granules 1 with the diameter of 1mm-5mm are formed; pouring out the solid mother particles 1, drying and cooling;
2) preparing a wrapping layer 2: weighing the raw materials of the wrapping layer 2: soap powder, biological enzyme, a second surfactant, a thickening agent, essence and mineral powder; and adding the mixed raw materials of the coating layer 2 and the solid mother particles 1 into a plodder for layering, and then cutting into granules to prepare the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball.
For a further understanding of the invention, reference will now be made to the preferred embodiments of the invention by way of example, and it is to be understood that the description is intended to further illustrate features and advantages of the invention, and not to limit the scope of the claims.
The raw materials and the proportions used in examples 1 to 5 are shown in Table 1.
Examples 1 to 5
The method of making the long-lasting solid laundry detergent ball of examples 1-5, comprising the steps of:
1) preparation of solid mother granules 1: uniformly stirring the minerals and the first surfactant, pouring the mixture into a granulating tank of a granulator, starting the granulator to mix materials, and stabilizing the rotation speed of the granulator at 50-60 rpm/s until solid mother granules 1 with the diameter of 1-5 mm are formed; pouring out the solid mother particles 1, drying and cooling;
2) preparing a wrapping layer 2: weighing the raw materials of the wrapping layer 2: soap powder, biological enzyme and/or secondary surfactant, thickener, essence and mineral powder; and (2) reintroducing the completely cooled solid mother granules 1 into a granulation tank of a granulator, starting the granulator, wetting the solid mother granules 1 by using a sprayer, mixing the raw materials of the coating layer 2, adding the mixture into the granulation tank in batches at intervals of 2-8 seconds every time, coating the raw materials of the coating layer 2 on the solid mother granules 1 layer by layer until granular spheres with diameters of 6-15 mm are formed, and drying the granular spheres to obtain the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball.
Example 6
In this example, the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball (as shown in FIG. 1) prepared in example 3 was tested for its detergency and long-acting detergency according to GB/T13174-2088, measurement of laundry detergent and cycle washing performance, and the test results are shown in tables 2 and 3.

From the test results in table 2, it can be seen that the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball of the present invention has a higher detergency against various specified soiled cloths than the standard laundry detergent, and also laterally reflects that the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball of the present invention has a stronger detergency.
The long-acting dirt-removing capacity test method of the long-acting solid laundry dirt-removing ball comprises the following steps: the diameter of the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball is measured after the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball with the diameter of 12mm is mixed with 1L of water (the amount of a washing solution in conventional washing) and is dried after water is added for a plurality of times.

Calculating to obtain the diameter change of the long-acting solid washing and decontaminating ball used for washing clothes every time, which is 0.05mm-0.1 mm; namely, the detergent is not consumed after being added with water for many times, and the internal decontamination components are released continuously. The long-acting solid laundry detergent ball can keep stable detergent capacity at least in 60-100 times of use; in practical application, the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball can be matched with an adding device and a washing machine, the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball is placed in the adding device, tap water is mixed with the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball through the adding device to release a detergent, and the detergent is added into the washing machine, so that the trouble that the detergent needs to be added every time of washing is avoided, and the use is more convenient.

Claims (10)
1. A long-lasting solid laundry detergent ball comprising:
a solid precursor particle comprising the following starting materials: a mineral and a first surfactant; and
a wrapping layer wrapping the solid mother particles, wherein the wrapping layer comprises the following raw materials: soap powder, biological enzyme, a second surfactant, a thickening agent, essence and mineral powder.
2. The long-acting solid laundry detergent ball according to claim 1, wherein the solid parent particle comprises the following raw materials: 0.1-1 parts by weight of a mineral and 0.1-3 parts by weight of a first surfactant;
the wrapping layer comprises the following raw materials: 1-8 parts of soap powder, 0.5-5 parts of biological enzyme, 0.1-1 part of second surfactant, 0.1-1 part of thickening agent, 0.05-0.5 part of essence and 0.1-1 part of mineral powder.
3. The long-acting solid laundry detergent ball according to claim 1, wherein the solid parent particle comprises the following raw materials: 0.3-0.7 parts by weight of a mineral and 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a first surfactant;
the wrapping layer comprises the following raw materials: 1-5 parts of soap powder, 1-3 parts of biological enzyme, 0.1-0.5 part of second surfactant, 0.3-0.7 part of thickening agent, 0.1-0.3 part of essence and 0.3-0.7 part of mineral powder.
4. A long-acting solid laundry detergent ball as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the mineral is selected from any one or a mixture of at least two of medical stone, talc, kaolinite, montmorillonite or zeolite.
5. The long-acting solid laundry detergent ball according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the mineral has a particle size of 50-150 mesh.
6. The long-acting solid laundry detergent ball according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the mineral powder is sepiolite powder.
7. The long-acting solid laundry detergent ball according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the first surfactant is selected from any one or a mixture of at least two of coconut diethanol amide, potassium cocoyl glycinate, sodium cocoyl glutamate and sodium lauroyl sarcosinate; the second surfactant is sodium tridecanoate or sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate; the essence is selected from any one of lavender essence, rose essence, jasmine essence or fruit essence or a mixture of at least two of the lavender essence, the rose essence, the jasmine essence and the fruit essence.
8. The long-acting solid laundry detergent ball according to any of claims 1-3, wherein the soap powder is a natural plant soap powder.
9. A method of making a long-acting solid laundry detergent ball according to any of claims 1-8, comprising the steps of:
1) preparing solid mother particles: uniformly stirring the minerals and the first surfactant, pouring the mixture into a granulating tank of a granulator, and starting the granulator to mix materials until solid mother granules with the diameter of 1mm-5mm are formed; pouring out the solid mother particles, drying and cooling;
2) preparing a wrapping layer: weighing the raw materials of the wrapping layer: soap powder, biological enzyme, a second surfactant, a thickening agent, essence and mineral powder; and (2) reintroducing the completely cooled solid mother granules into a granulation tank of a granulator, starting the granulator, wetting the solid mother granules by using a sprayer, mixing the raw materials of the coating layer, adding the mixed raw materials into the granulation tank in a grading manner, wherein the interval of each time is 2-8 seconds, coating the raw materials of the coating layer on the solid mother granules layer by layer until granular spheres with the diameter of 6-15 mm are formed, and drying the granular spheres to obtain the long-acting solid laundry and decontamination ball.
10. A method of making a long-acting solid laundry detergent ball according to any of claims 1-8, comprising the steps of:
1) preparing solid mother particles: uniformly stirring the minerals and the first surfactant, pouring the mixture into a granulating tank of a granulator, and starting the granulator to mix materials until solid mother granules with the diameter of 1mm-5mm are formed; pouring out the solid mother particles, drying and cooling;
2) preparing a wrapping layer: weighing the raw materials of the wrapping layer: soap powder, biological enzyme, a second surfactant, a thickening agent, essence and mineral powder; and adding the mixed raw materials of the coating layer and the solid mother particles into a plodder for layering, and then dicing to prepare the long-acting solid laundry detergent ball.
