In the step (3), the volume fraction of the ethanol concentration is 60-80%, and the alcohol precipitation time is 8-12 h.
The spina date seed extract prepared by the method can be used for preparing a nerve-soothing and sleep-aiding beverage.
The nerve-soothing sleep-aiding beverage is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-15% of wild jujube kernel oil, 10-15% of wild jujube seed extract and 70-80% of milk.
The wild jujube kernel oil is used as an embedding material, and the wild jujube kernel oil containing the wild jujube kernel oil is embedded by adopting an outer wall material; the outer wall material adopts protein or soluble starch; the embedding mass ratio is 10-30%.
The preparation method of the sleep-aiding and nerve-soothing beverage provided by the invention comprises the steps of blending, homogenizing and sterilizing to obtain the sleep-aiding and nerve-soothing beverage containing the spina date seeds.
The sterilization condition is 100-105 ℃, and the sterilization lasts for 10-15 min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects:
the invention efficiently utilizes the active ingredients of the spina date seeds, including bioactive substances such as oil, saponin and the like of the spina date seeds, thereby reducing the waste of resources;
the preparation process of the active substance is simple to operate, the operation process is pollution-free, and only ethanol is used in the treatment process of the active ingredients of the spina date seeds, so that the preparation method is safe and controllable and has no harm to human bodies;
the wild jujube kernel oil is embedded, so that the problem of oil-water separation of the final beverage is solved, and the final beverage is more palatable.
The spina date seed sleep-aiding and nerve-soothing beverage provided by the invention combines the milk drinking habit of insomnia people, is added with safe and healthy spina date seed active ingredients without toxic or side effect, has definite curative effect, and can be used for treating insomnia symptoms caused by various reasons (fatigue, tension, pressure and the like).

(1) crushing spina date seeds to obtain spina date seed powder, directly cold-pressing the spina date seed powder, and refining to obtain spina date seed oil;
(2) carrying out hot water extraction on the spina date seed dregs subjected to oil frying in the step (1), extracting twice, merging, concentrating and filtering to obtain a filtrate 1;
(3) and (3) carrying out alcohol precipitation, centrifugation and rotary evaporation on the filtrate 1 prepared in the step (2) to remove residual alcohol, and collecting the filtrate to obtain the spina date seed extract.
In the step (2), the leaching temperature is 80 ℃, and the leaching time is 2 hours.

Example 6
The invention explains the effect of the sleep-aiding and nerve-soothing beverage by the following specific embodiments:
1. study object and method of use
1.1 study object
Staff of food therapy technology limited in river were selected, and 12 volunteers were selected, and the inclusion criteria were as follows:
the inclusion criteria selects the patients with poor sleep quality or different insomnia degrees, i.e. the patients with difficulty falling asleep, difficulty keeping sleep, feeling of inadequate rest after waking, complaining of various sleep conditions such as excessive sleep, prolonged sleep time, sleep onset during daytime, and the like, who last more than one month, have no organic diseases, do not take other insomnia drugs, and have the self-filled SRSS scale of more than 20 points (see appendix 2 for quantitative representation). The people aged 18-65 years can understand the self-rating scale of sleep condition, know the love and can cooperate with follow-up visits.
1.2 eating method
The trial groups took 100ml of sleep-aiding and mind-tranquilizing beverage prepared in examples 1-5 randomly, which was self-provided in the dietetic laboratory in Jiangzhong, lot number 20200311. The original diet habit of the subject was not changed during the test period, and the subject was on a normal diet.
1.3 methods of investigation
Adopts a self-rating scale method of sleep condition. The subjects used the SRSS scale for self-evaluation, and the change before and after the test of each group of subjects was completed within 20 min. The SRSS has a total of 10 questions, each of which is rated on a 5-point scale (1-5 points), 10 points minimum (essentially no sleep problems), and 50 points maximum (most severe). The 10 questions correspond to various aspects of poor sleep quality respectively: insufficient sleep time; the sleep quality is not high; insufficient sleep or arousal; sleep time; difficulty in falling asleep; the sleep is unstable; early waking; dreaminess or night terrors; the condition of taking medicine; sleep attitude and psychophysiological reactions after insomnia. The self-appraiser is assessed once before the test feeding is started, and the subject is assessed once again after the test feeding is finished, so that the sleep state change of the self-appraiser is analyzed through the total score change.
1.4 statistical methods
The experimental data were analyzed by one-way anova, and the results were expressed as Mean ± error (Mean ± SD), with p < 0.05 as significant difference.
2. Results
2.1 Change of sleep status after eating trial sleep-aiding and nerve-soothing beverage
The trial eating of the sleep-aiding and nerve-soothing beverage can improve the index of insufficient sleep time, namely the problem of insufficient sleep time can be obviously improved by trial eating for one week, two weeks and four weeks, and the difference has significance (p is less than 0.05) (table 1 and figure 1). The rest quality problem (p is less than 0.05) of the test taker can be remarkably improved by taking the sleep-aiding and nerve-soothing beverage for four weeks (table 1 and figure 2).

Indicates that the difference was significant compared to the control group.
2.2 Change in total score of SRSS before and after tasting
As can be seen from Table 2 and FIG. 3, after a month of taking the sleep-aiding and tranquilizing beverage, the total SRSS score after the trial also decreased compared to that before the trial.

2.3 therapeutic efficacy judgment
According to the criterions about invalidity, effectiveness and clinical healing of efficacy tests (see an attachment I) of the crouch restless rice rare population, after the drink is taken for one month, the score changes as shown in the following table 3, after the drink is taken for 1 month, the effective rate reaches 30 percent, the symptom is improved, and the number of people with the score reduced by more than or equal to 30 percent accounts for 30 percent of the total number of people.

Conclusion
In comparison before and after taking the sleep-aiding and nerve-soothing beverage for trial, 2 sleep condition indexes of the trial group are obviously improved, namely insufficient time and rest quality, wherein the problem of insufficient time has an obvious effect (p is less than 0.05) after taking the sleep-aiding and nerve-soothing beverage for 1 week; the rest quality has obvious effect (p is less than 0.05) after taking the sleep-aiding and nerve-soothing beverage for 4 weeks. The result indicates that the sleep-aiding and nerve-soothing beverage can improve the sleep condition, and particularly effectively improves 2 indexes of insufficient time and rest quality in the sleep condition of a human body.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
