Description

Energy supplementing nutritional paste and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of animal nutrition products, in particular to an energy supplementing nutrition paste and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The sugar, fat and protein are three important nutrients needed by the human and animal bodies and are also main substances of human and animal energy sources, 1g of sugar provides about 4kcal of energy, 1g of fat provides about 9kcal of energy, 1g of protein provides about 4kcal of energy, and the energy data shows that the fat can provide the highest energy under the same mass.
The nutrient paste is a nutrient supplement which has high absorption and high energy and can quickly supplement electrolyte, vitamins and trace element minerals, has the advantages of easy absorption and easy digestion, is an important animal nutrient, is widely applied at present, and is particularly taken as a nutritional health-care product for pets to be popular with consumers.
At present, the nutrient paste for pets on the market also adopts a formula taking saccharides, fat and protein as energy bases, wherein the maximum addition amount of fat is 20 parts, because the molecular weight of the fat is relatively large and is limited by the existing production process, too much fat cannot be added, oil-water separation is easy to occur after a long time, and the phenomena of diarrhea, dyspepsia and the like can occur when the pets eat too much long-chain fat.
Patent application No. CN201610922090.9 discloses a nutritional paste for animals, which combines calcium accelerator casein phosphopeptide CPP and a mixture of fatty acid linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid, and although the combination of the two can better provide the animals with needed nutrition, the nutritional paste still has the technical problems that the molecular weight of fat is relatively large, oil-water separation is easy to occur after long-term standing, and diarrhea, dyspepsia and the like are easy to occur after the animals take the nutritional paste for a long time. Therefore, the development of a high-fat, high-energy and easily-absorbed energy supplementing nutritional paste is urgently needed.
