一种显示面板及其制造方法、显示装置。显示面板包括:衬底基板(11),包括显示区(111)和周边区(112);多个子像素(12),位于显示区(111);多条栅极线(13),位于显示区(111);栅极驱动电路(21),位于显示区(111),包括多级栅极驱动单元(211),一级或多级栅极驱动单元(211)包括由第一组子像素(P1)的像素驱动电路(122)间隔开的第一栅极驱动子电路(211A1)和第二栅极驱动子电路(211A2);栅极驱动子电路连接线(23),位于显示区(111),电连接至第一栅极驱动子电路(211A1)和第二栅极驱动子电路(211A2);第一组子像素(P1)中的至少一个的像素驱动电路(122)包括:第一像素驱动子电路(122A),包括驱动晶体管(M3),驱动晶体管(M3)包括第一有源层(M34);第二像素驱动子电路(122B);连接件(122C),电连接至第一像素驱动子电路(122A)和第二像素驱动子电路(122B);连接件(122C)与栅极驱动子电路连接线(23)在衬底基板(11)上的正投影交叠,连接件(122C)与第一有源层(M34)位于不同层。
