Referring to fig. 1, the shielding assembly 15 includes a second servo motor 151 and a shielding plate 152, wherein one side of the shielding plate 152 is rotatably connected between two adjacent vertical bars 22 through a rotation shaft 16, the rotation shaft 16 is near the top end of the vertical bar 22, and the bottom side of the shielding plate 152 is against the bottom plate 21. The second servo motor 151 is fixed to the corresponding vertical rod 22 and is close to the corresponding rotating shaft 16, and an output shaft of the second servo motor 151 is connected to one end of the rotating shaft 16 so as to drive the rotating shaft 16 to rotate.
The implementation principle of the multifunctional novel sand table provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows:
before moving, the second servo motor 151 is controlled, the protection plate 152 is driven to turn to a vertical state through the output shaft of the second servo motor 151, the first servo motor 91 is controlled, the gear 92 is driven to rotate through the output shaft of the first servo motor 91, the gear 92 is matched with the rack 13 in a rotating way, the sliding block 12 on the connecting plate 101 is driven to slide along the sliding groove, the sand table body 1 is driven to descend, then the air cylinder 5 is controlled, the piston rod of the air cylinder 5 is shortened, and then the cylinder type cover body 6 and the sucker 8 are lifted, and then the sand table can move;
after moving to the corresponding position, firstly controlling the piston rod of the air cylinder 5 to extend, so that the descending cylinder cover 6 drives the sucker 8 to suck the ground, then controlling the first servo motor 91, and driving the gear 92 to rotate by the output shaft of the first servo motor 91, so that the sand table body 1 ascends until the top surface of the installation frame 2 is exposed, and realizing the display function;
when cleaning is needed, the first servo motor 91 is controlled to descend the sand table body 1 below the blower 41, the second servo motor 151 is controlled to turn the protection plate 152 to a certain angle, generally 20-45 degrees are formed between the protection plate 152 and the corresponding vertical rod 22, and then the blower 41 and the dust collector 42 are started for cleaning;
when cleaning is needed more efficiently and more strongly, under the condition that the blower 41 and the dust collector 42 are started, the first servo motor 91 is controlled, so that the bottom surface of the sand table body 1 is in collision with the elastic pad 141 in a reciprocating manner, and the first spring 102 and the second spring 142 are deformed and recovered in a reciprocating manner, so that the sand table body 1 vibrates in a reciprocating manner under the cooperation of the connecting plate 101 and the grooves, and sundries such as dust and the like are cleaned more effectively under the cooperation of the blower 41 and the dust collector 42 which work continuously.

Claims (7)
1. A novel multifunctional sand table is characterized in that: the sand table comprises a sand table body (1), a mounting frame (2), a displacement assembly (3) and a cleaning assembly (4), wherein the sand table body (1) is connected to the mounting frame (2) in a sliding manner, the sliding direction of the sand table body (1) is in a vertical direction, the sand table body (1) is connected with a lifting mechanism, the lifting mechanism is connected with the mounting frame (2), the sand table body (1) slides along the mounting frame (2) and in the vertical direction, and when the sand table body (1) slides to the top of the mounting frame (2), the sand table body (1) is arranged to be exposed out of the top surface of the mounting frame (2); the displacement assembly (3) is connected to the bottom surface of the installation frame (2) and is used for reducing friction between the bottom surface of the installation frame (2) and the ground; the cleaning assembly (4) is arranged on the installation frame (2), when the sand table body (1) is close to the top of the installation frame (2), the cleaning assembly (4) is positioned below the sand table body (1), and when the sand table body (1) is close to the bottom of the installation frame (2), the cleaning assembly (4) is positioned above the sand table body (1); the lifting mechanism comprises a driving assembly (9) and four connecting assemblies (10), the connecting assemblies (10) are connected to the sand table body (1), the four connecting assemblies (10) are respectively close to four corners of the sand table body (1), the mounting frame (2) comprises four vertical rods (22) which are arranged in a matrix, the sand table body (1) is positioned between the four vertical rods (22), the corresponding connecting assemblies (10) are slidably connected with the corresponding vertical rods (22), the driving assembly (9) is connected to one of the connecting assemblies (10), and the driving assembly (9) is connected with the corresponding vertical rod (22) and is used for driving the sand table body (1) to slide along the vertical rods (22) through the connecting assemblies (10); the driving assembly (9) comprises a first servo motor (91) and a gear (92), a vertical first bar-shaped groove is formed in the vertical rod (22) close to the driving assembly (9), a vertical rack (13) is arranged in the first bar-shaped groove, the first servo motor (91) is connected to the connecting assembly (10) and is close to the rack (13), an output shaft of the first servo motor (91) is horizontally arranged, the gear (92) is connected to the output shaft of the first servo motor (91) and is perpendicular to the output shaft of the first servo motor (91), a notch of the first bar-shaped groove faces the gear (92), and the gear (92) is meshed with the rack (13) through a notch of the first bar-shaped groove; the connecting assembly (10) comprises a connecting plate (101) and a first spring (102), grooves are formed in the positions, opposite to the vertical rods (22), of the side face of the sand table body (1), four grooves correspond to the four connecting plates (101) one by one, one end of each connecting plate (101) is connected with a dovetail block (11), a vertical dovetail groove is formed in the groove bottom of each groove, and the dovetail blocks (11) are connected in the dovetail grooves in a sliding mode, so that one end, with the dovetail blocks (11), of each connecting plate (101) is connected with the grooves in a sliding mode; the first servo motor (91) is connected to the connecting plate (101); the first springs (102) are positioned in the grooves and are vertically arranged, the bottom ends of the first springs (102) are fixed at the bottom ends of the grooves, and the top ends of the first springs (102) are connected with the bottom surfaces of the connecting plates (101); one end of the connecting plate (101) far away from the dovetail block (11) is connected with the corresponding vertical rod (22) in a sliding mode, and the connecting plate (101) slides along the length direction of the vertical rod (22).
