Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型轮边集成系统,涉及汽车底盘技术领域,包括电机、传动轴承、主轴承和中间轴,传动轴承套设在中间轴上,传动轴承上设置外圈齿轮,电机输出端与外圈齿轮啮合传动,传动轴承外圈套有太阳齿轮,太阳齿轮的外圆周啮合有若干行星齿轮,各行星齿轮与设置在壳体上的内齿轮啮合;主轴承的主轴承外圈上集成有行星架和制动盘,行星架上设置行星轮轴,行星轮轴与对应的行星齿轮连接传动。本发明通过设计轴承单元用于车辆运行中电机转动的动能传递。在其外圈上设有齿轮,轴向外侧面上设有键槽,用于传动。同时,在空间上将电机偏置,达到驱动力偏置的目的,同时减小了轮边电机占用空间,有利于安装的合理化。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车底盘技术的领域,具体涉及一种新型轮边集成系统。
背景技术
随着资源紧缺与环境污染问题不断加深,以及电机驱动技术与电池技术的发展,目前电动车已经成为世界新能源汽车发展的主要方向,而电动车轮内驱动布置形式已经逐渐被人们看作是电动车发展的重要方向之一,相比于集中式驱动电动汽车,轮内驱动电动汽车直接将动力总成安装在轮内,取消了差速器、半轴等部件,具有结构紧凑,传动效率高的优势;另外,其各驱动轮转矩独立可控,同时配合独立转向系统,除实现前轮转向及四轮转向外,还能够完成原地转向,横向行驶等多样行驶模式。当下汽车智能化成为研究热点,电动车轮内驱动布置形式也更加受到瞩目。不过,现有的轮内驱动电动汽车通常采用驱动力(电机)中置的方案,空间利用效率不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种新型轮边集成系统,结构简单、传动效率高、安全可靠的优势。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的:这种新型轮边集成系统,包括电机、传动轴承、主轴承和中间轴,所述传动轴承套设在中间轴上,传动轴承的传动轴承外圈背离主轴承的一侧端面沿径向向外延伸形成延伸部,在延伸部的外圆周设置外圈齿轮,电机的输出端通过一级齿轮与外圈齿轮啮合传动,在传动轴承外圈的外圆周上套设有太阳齿轮,太阳齿轮的外圆周啮合有若干行星齿轮,各行星齿轮与设置在壳体上的内齿轮啮合;壳体套设在传动轴承外周;主轴承套设在中间轴的端部,主轴承的主轴承外圈上集成有行星架和制动盘,所述行星架上与各行星齿轮相对应位置处设置行星轮轴,行星轮轴与对应的行星齿轮连接传动,从而带动主轴承外圈转动;所述制动盘固定在汽车车轮上用于带动车轮转动。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述电机偏置在中间轴的一侧。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述壳体的一侧设置第一密封组件,第一密封组件配合密封在传动轴承外圈的外圆周上;壳体的另一侧设置第二密封组件,第二密封组件配合密封在主轴承外圈的密封面上。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述传动轴承的传动轴承内圈套设在中间轴上,在传动轴承内圈与传动轴承外圈之间设置双列传动轴承滚动体,传动轴承滚动体通过传动轴承保持架保持。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述传动轴承内圈的两侧与传动轴承外圈之间均设置传动轴承密封组件。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述主轴承的主轴承内圈套设在中间轴上,在主轴承内圈与主轴承外圈之间设置双列主轴承滚动体。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述主轴承内圈与主轴承外圈二者靠近传动轴承的一侧设置主轴承密封组件。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述中间轴的端部固定有螺栓,螺栓将主轴承内圈背离传动轴承的一侧压紧;所述主轴承外圈背离传动轴承的一侧罩设有端盖,端盖盖在螺栓外。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述行星齿轮的数量为3~5个。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述传动轴承外圈的外圆周上还开设有键槽,所述键槽通过键与太阳齿轮固定连接。
本发明的有益效果为:通过设计轴承单元用于车辆运行中电机转动的动能传递。在其外圈上设有齿轮,轴向外侧面上设有键槽,用于传动。同时,在空间上将电机偏置,达到驱动力偏置的目的,同时减小了轮边电机占用空间,有利于安装的合理化。

实施例:如附图1~2所示,这种新型轮边集成系统,包括电机1、传动轴承、主轴承和中间轴17,所述传动轴承套设在中间轴17上,优选地,传动轴承与主轴承相邻且贴合布置。参考附图2,传动轴承的传动轴承外圈16背离主轴承的一侧端面沿径向向外延伸形成延伸部16-1,在延伸部16-1的外圆周设置外圈齿轮7,电机1的输出端通过一级齿轮2与外圈齿轮7啮合传动,在传动轴承外圈16的外圆周上套设有太阳齿轮6,太阳齿轮6的外圆周啮合有若干行星齿轮4,各行星齿轮4与设置在壳体3上的内齿轮5啮合;壳体3套设在传动轴承外周;主轴承套设在中间轴17的端部,主轴承的主轴承外圈10上集成有行星架和制动盘,所述行星架上与各行星齿轮4相对应位置处设置行星轮轴15,行星轮轴15与对应的行星齿轮4连接传动,从而带动主轴承外圈10转动;所述制动盘固定在汽车车轮上用于带动车轮转动。
进一步的,所述壳体3的一侧设置第一密封组件19,第一密封组件19配合密封在传动轴承外圈16的外圆周上;壳体3的另一侧设置第二密封组件20,第二密封组件20配合密封在主轴承外圈10的密封面10-1上。
进一步的,所述传动轴承的传动轴承内圈9套设在中间轴17上,如图2所示,在传动轴承内圈9与传动轴承外圈16之间设置双列传动轴承滚动体8,传动轴承滚动体8通过传动轴承保持架23保持。所述传动轴承内圈9的两侧与传动轴承外圈16之间均设置传动轴承密封组件21。
进一步的,所述主轴承的主轴承内圈12套设在中间轴17上,在主轴承内圈12与主轴承外圈10之间设置双列主轴承滚动体11。所述主轴承内圈12与主轴承外圈10二者靠近传动轴承的一侧设置主轴承密封组件22。
密封组件的设置有效避免各结构中的润滑油脂泄露和外界灰尘入侵。
进一步的,所述中间轴17的端部固定有螺栓13,螺栓13将主轴承内圈12背离传动轴承的一侧压紧固定;所述主轴承外圈10背离传动轴承的一侧罩设有端盖14,端盖14盖在螺栓13外,端盖14起到保护主轴承的作用,同时防止泥水入侵。
优选地,如图1所示,电机1偏置在中间轴17的一侧。实现驱动力偏置的目的,同时减小了轮边电机占用空间,有利于安装的合理化。
优选地,所述行星齿轮4的数量为3~5个。
优选地,所述传动轴承外圈16的外圆周上还开设有键槽16-2,所述键槽16-2通过键18与太阳齿轮6固定连接。
本发明的工作过程:当电机1开始运行时,电机1的输出端带动一级齿轮2旋转,输出动能。与一级齿轮2啮合的外圈齿轮7开始转动,带动传动轴承外圈16转动。传动轴承外圈16上通过键连接安装有用太阳齿轮6,因此太阳齿轮6也被带动旋转。行星齿轮4在太阳齿轮6的带动下,并在内齿轮5的固定下,同时进行自转和公转。由于行星架、制动盘与主轴承外圈10集成一体化,各行星齿轮4带动行星架上的行星轮轴15转动,在行星轮轴15的带动下主轴承外圈10开始旋转。进而实现轮边电机驱动。

1.一种新型轮边集成系统,其特征在于:包括电机(1)、传动轴承、主轴承和中间轴(17),所述传动轴承套设在中间轴(17)上,传动轴承的传动轴承外圈(16)背离主轴承的一侧端面沿径向向外延伸形成延伸部(16-1),在延伸部(16-1)的外圆周设置外圈齿轮(7),电机(1)的输出端通过一级齿轮(2)与外圈齿轮(7)啮合传动,在传动轴承外圈(16)的外圆周上套设有太阳齿轮(6),太阳齿轮(6)的外圆周啮合有若干行星齿轮(4),各行星齿轮(4)与设置在壳体(3)上的内齿轮(5)啮合;壳体(3)套设在传动轴承外周;主轴承套设在中间轴(17)的端部,主轴承的主轴承外圈(10)上集成有行星架和制动盘,所述行星架上与各行星齿轮(4)相对应位置处设置行星轮轴(15),行星轮轴(15)与对应的行星齿轮(4)连接传动,从而带动主轴承外圈(10)转动;所述制动盘固定在汽车车轮上用于带动车轮转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型轮边集成系统,其特征在于:所述电机(1)偏置在中间轴(17)的一侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型轮边集成系统,其特征在于:所述壳体(3)的一侧设置第一密封组件(19),第一密封组件(19)配合密封在传动轴承外圈(16)的外圆周上;壳体(3)的另一侧设置第二密封组件(20),第二密封组件(20)配合密封在主轴承外圈(10)的密封面(10-1)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型轮边集成系统,其特征在于:所述传动轴承的传动轴承内圈(9)套设在中间轴(17)上,在传动轴承内圈(9)与传动轴承外圈(16)之间设置双列传动轴承滚动体(8),传动轴承滚动体(8)通过传动轴承保持架(23)保持。

6.根据权利要求1所述的新型轮边集成系统,其特征在于:所述主轴承的主轴承内圈(12)套设在中间轴(17)上,在主轴承内圈(12)与主轴承外圈(10)之间设置双列主轴承滚动体(11)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的新型轮边集成系统,其特征在于:所述主轴承内圈(12)与主轴承外圈(10)二者靠近传动轴承的一侧设置主轴承密封组件(22)。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的新型轮边集成系统,其特征在于:所述中间轴(17)的端部固定有螺栓(13),螺栓(13)将主轴承内圈(12)背离传动轴承的一侧压紧;所述主轴承外圈(10)背离传动轴承的一侧罩设有端盖(14),端盖(14)盖在螺栓(13)外。
