本发明涉及汽车零部件的领域,具体涉及一种带垫片车轮轴承结构。
背景技术
现有技术在车轮轴承制造过程中为了保持产品良好的可靠性,普遍对法兰采用旋铆工艺。然而旋铆工艺的实施要求旋铆部位硬度一般不高于280HB。因此在现有技术中车轮法兰旋铆部位与等速驱动轮花键半轴接触常常存在以下问题:
1法兰旋铆部位硬度不足,使用一段时间后,材料表面塑性变形,磨损严重,导致车轮等速驱动轮中心螺母预紧衰减,车辆性能下降;
2车辆启动时,法兰与半轴间产生相对蠕动磨损,导致车辆启动或转弯异响发生,带来客户抱怨。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种带垫片车轮轴承结构,能够解决车轮轴承上与等速半轴贴合面部位硬度不足导致车辆性能下降的技术难题;同时解决车轮轴承上与等速半轴贴合面部位耐磨不足导致车辆异响的技术难题。

本发明的有益效果为:
1、在轴承结构中新增垫片,垫片做为独立子部件,可进行热处理硬化,硬度高于旋铆部位,解决了车轮轴承上与等速半轴贴合面部位硬度不足导致车辆性能下降的技术难题。
2、可对垫片表面进行PTFE涂覆处理提升耐磨性,解决了车轮轴承上与等速半轴贴合面部位耐磨不足导致车辆异响的技术难题;
3、垫片采用锁扣结构使其巧妙稳定的固定于旋铆部位,保持结构的稳定性;
4、垫片锁扣附近增设缺口,解决旋铆外径尺寸不稳定带来压装困难问题,使其应用工艺难度降低(当不增设缺口,垫片凸点将于旋铆外径过盈配合,过小过盈降低使用安全,过大过盈存在压装铁削残余问题,增加缺口设计,使得垫片凸点内径对旋铆外径公差要求降低,旋铆制造工艺难度下降,合格率提升)。

每一凸点9-3的两侧均开设有缺口9-4,缺口9-4的宽度大于等于1mm。缺口9-4的设置能够解决旋铆外径2-1尺寸不稳定带来的压装困难问题,使其应用工艺难度降低(若不增设缺口9-4,垫片凸点9-3将与旋铆外径2-1过盈配合,过小过盈降低使用安全,而过大过盈存在压装铁削残余问题,增加缺口设计,使得垫片凸点内径对旋铆外径公差要求降低,旋铆制造工艺难度下降,合格率提升)。
