本发明涉及水泥板技术领域,具体说是一种改性发泡水泥板。
背景技术
随着建筑行业的快速发展,墙体保温材料也得到了快速发展。有机泡沫塑料保温材料大量应用于墙体保温中,然而该类有机泡沫塑料保温材料极易燃烧,且燃烧时伴随大量毒气和烟气产生,给灭火救援工作带来了严重困难。相比于有机泡沫塑料保温材料,无机保温材料应用于前提保温中的效果更好,因其具有防火性能好,变形系数小、抗老化性能强和性能稳定等优点,而被广泛应用于外墙和屋顶的保温材料中。改性发泡水泥板是目前逐渐兴起的一种保温材料,是国家大力提倡的一种新型材料,它具有不易老化、与建筑物同寿命、容重轻、耐火时间长以及在高温下不会产生有毒气体等优点。
目前,现有的改性发泡水泥板在实际使用时通常会遇到以下问题:a.现有的改性发泡水泥板在安装或运输时,容易因为碰撞导致改性发泡水泥板自身出现破裂现象,导致无法使用或使用后保温效果较差,从而降低了用户的使用体验;b.现有的改性发泡水泥板安装困难,相邻的两块改性发泡水泥板之间连接稳定性较差,使得连接处不稳定,从而导致整个屋面保温板的整体性能较差。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种改性发泡水泥板。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种改性发泡水泥板,包括基板、网格龙骨架、阻燃板、外饰板、内饰板、对位机构和卡接机构,上述改性发泡水泥板在制作时的具体方法如下;
S1、基板浇筑:通过现有的浇筑模具将基板浇注成型,浇筑前将网格龙骨架张紧并放入浇筑模具内,待基板凝固后进行脱模处理,脱模后,在基板左右两端进行对位机构和卡接机构的安装处理;
S2、阻燃板卡装:上述S1结束后,通过人工将阻燃板嵌合至基板上下两侧;
S3:内外饰板粘接:上述S2结束后,通过人工利用粘接砂浆分别将外饰板和内饰板粘接至基板上下两端面上,从而制得改性发泡水泥板成品;
其中,所述的基板内部设置有网格龙骨架,基板上下两侧嵌合有阻燃板,基板上端面粘接有外饰板,基板下端面粘接有内饰板,基板左端内部设置有卡接机构,基板右端粘接有对位机构;
所述的对位机构包括对位杆、限位孔、挡板,其中基板右侧壁中部固定粘接有对位杆,对位杆上从前至后均匀开设有限位孔,限位孔内上下对称安装有挡板;
所述的卡接机构包括挤压杆、活塞、柱形槽、海绵块、挤压弹簧、橡胶气管、矩形槽、弹性气囊、T形卡杆、卡接板和连接弹簧,其中基板左端一体成型有凹形槽,凹形槽右侧的基板内部开设有柱形槽,柱形槽内安装有海绵块,海绵块内部设置有挤压弹簧,海绵块左侧壁滑动贴合有活塞,活塞左侧壁中部固定连接有挤压杆,挤压杆左端延伸至凹形槽内,凹形槽上下两侧的基板内部对称开设有矩形槽,矩形槽内部安装有弹性气囊,柱形槽上下两侧对称设置有橡胶气管,橡胶气管的一端和柱形槽内部相互连通,橡胶气管的另一端和弹性气囊相互连通,弹性气囊相对的侧壁上粘接有T形卡杆,T形卡杆和矩形槽之间为滑动配合,T形卡杆的相近端中部通过销轴转动连接有卡接板,卡接板相背的侧壁和T形卡杆之间设置有连接弹簧。

(3)本发明所述的一种改性发泡水泥板,本发明所述的集流槽和泄流槽相互配合,能够快速对外饰板上端面上的雨水进行收集并快速向下排出,减少了雨水停留在外饰板上端面的时间,避免雨水堆积在外饰板上端面造成腐蚀问题,从而延长了外饰板的使用寿命。

参阅图1至图10,一种改性发泡水泥板,包括基板1、网格龙骨架2、阻燃板3、外饰板4、内饰板5、对位机构6和卡接机构7,上述改性发泡水泥板在制作时的具体方法如下;
S1、基板浇筑:通过现有的浇筑模具将基板1浇注成型,浇筑前将网格龙骨架2张紧并放入浇筑模具内,待基板1凝固后进行脱模处理,脱模后,在基板1左右两端进行对位机构6和卡接机构7的安装处理;
S2、阻燃板卡装:上述S1结束后,通过人工将阻燃板3嵌合至基板1上下两侧;
S3:内外饰板粘接:上述S2结束后,通过人工利用粘接砂浆分别将外饰板4和内饰板5粘接至基板1上下两端面上,从而制得改性发泡水泥板成品;
其中,所述的基板1内部设置有网格龙骨架2,基板1上下两侧嵌合有阻燃板3,基板1上端面粘接有外饰板4,基板1下端面粘接有内饰板5,基板1左端内部设置有卡接机构7,基板1右端粘接有对位机构6;
所述的基板1前侧壁上下对称安装有L形板11,L形板11的竖板内侧壁中部开设有半柱形滑槽12,所述的基板1后侧壁中部固定连接有T型滑板13,T型滑板13的横板上端面上下对称安装有半柱形滑杆14,所述的半柱形滑杆14的弧形侧壁上均匀设置有滚珠,滚珠能够减小半柱形滑杆14和半柱形滑槽12之间的摩擦,从而有利于人工推动上方的改性发泡水泥板。具体工作时,通过人工将上方改性发泡水泥板下端面T型滑板13上的半柱形滑杆14和下方改性发泡水泥板上端面L形板11上的半柱形滑槽12相互对齐,横向推动上方改性发泡水泥板,从而带动T型滑板13卡接至L形板11内侧,进而完成上下两块相邻成品改性发泡水泥板之间的安装过程。

所述的对位机构6包括对位杆61、限位孔62、挡板63,其中基板1右侧壁中部固定粘接有对位杆61,对位杆61上从前至后均匀开设有限位孔62,限位孔62内上下对称安装有挡板63,所述的挡板63相对的侧壁前端对称安装有限位齿。具体工作时,通过人工推动成品改性发泡水泥板带动对位杆61向另一块成品改性发泡水泥板的卡接机构7运动,通过卡接机构7和挡板63的相互配合完成两块成品改性发泡水泥板之间的对位安装过程。
所述的卡接机构7包括挤压杆71、活塞72、柱形槽73、海绵块74、挤压弹簧75、橡胶气管76、矩形槽77、弹性气囊78、T形卡杆79、卡接板710和连接弹簧711,其中基板1左端一体成型有凹形槽,凹形槽右侧的基板1内部开设有柱形槽73,柱形槽73内安装有海绵块74,海绵块74内部设置有挤压弹簧75,海绵块74左侧壁滑动贴合有活塞72,活塞72左侧壁中部固定连接有挤压杆71,挤压杆71左端延伸至凹形槽内,凹形槽上下两侧的基板1内部对称开设有矩形槽77,矩形槽77内部安装有弹性气囊78,柱形槽73上下两侧对称设置有橡胶气管76,橡胶气管76的一端和柱形槽73内部相互连通,橡胶气管76的另一端和弹性气囊78相互连通,弹性气囊78相对的侧壁上粘接有T形卡杆79,T形卡杆79和矩形槽77之间为滑动配合,T形卡杆79的相近端中部通过销轴转动连接有卡接板710,所述的卡接板710下端相背的侧壁上设置有卡接齿,卡接齿能够和限位齿相互配合,从而提高了相邻两块改性发泡水泥板之间的稳定性,卡接板710相背的侧壁和T形卡杆79之间设置有连接弹簧711。具体工作时,通过人工推动成品改性发泡水泥板带动对位杆61向另一块成品改性发泡水泥板的凹形槽内运动,此时对位杆61会挤压挤压杆71并带动挤压杆71向压缩,挤压杆71又带动活塞72向柱形槽73内运动,从而带动海绵块74和挤压弹簧75压缩,海绵块74内部的空气被挤出并通过橡胶气管76进入到弹性气囊78内部,从而带动弹性气囊78膨胀并将挤压T形卡杆79,从而带动T形卡杆79和卡接板710向限位孔62内运动,当卡接板710接触到挡板63后,在挤压力的作用下,连接弹簧711会带动卡接板710转动,当卡接板710运动至挡板63之间后,连接弹簧711的反作用力会带动挡板63复位,此时挡板63上的限位齿会和卡接板710上的卡接齿相互卡合,从而完成左右相邻两块成品改性发泡水泥板之间的对位安装过程。
本发明中成品改性发泡水泥板在安装时的具体步骤:
第一步:通过本发明所述的改性发泡水泥板制作方法制得成品改性发泡水泥板;
第二步:安装时,先将两块成品改性发泡水泥板对齐,再通过人工推动其中一块成品改性发泡水泥板向另一块成品改性发泡水泥板的凹形槽内运动,此时对位杆61会挤压挤压杆71并带动挤压杆71向压缩,挤压杆71又带动活塞72向柱形槽73内运动,从而带动海绵块74和挤压弹簧75压缩,海绵块74内部的空气被挤出并通过橡胶气管76进入到弹性气囊78内部,从而带动弹性气囊78膨胀并将挤压T形卡杆79,从而带动T形卡杆79和卡接板710向限位孔62内运动,当卡接板710接触到挡板63后,在挤压力的作用下,连接弹簧711会带动卡接板710转动,当卡接板710运动至挡板63之间后,连接弹簧711的反作用力会带动挡板63复位,此时挡板63上的限位齿会和卡接板710上的卡接齿相互卡合,从而完成左右相邻两块成品改性发泡水泥板之间的对位安装过程;
第三步:通过人工将上方改性发泡水泥板下端面T型滑板13上的半柱形滑杆14和下方改性发泡水泥板上端面L形板11上的半柱形滑槽12相互对齐,横向推动上方改性发泡水泥板,从而带动T型滑板13卡接至L形板11内侧,进而完成上下两块相邻成品改性发泡水泥板之间的安装过程;
第四步:通过人工和现有的机械相互配合的方式将安装完成的改性发泡水泥面与墙体进行粘接,从而作为屋顶的保温板使用。

Claims (10)

1.一种改性发泡水泥板,包括基板(1)、网格龙骨架(2)、阻燃板(3)、外饰板(4)、内饰板(5)、对位机构(6)和卡接机构(7),其特征在于:上述改性发泡水泥板在制作时的具体方法如下;
S1、基板浇筑:通过现有的浇筑模具将基板(1)浇注成型,浇筑前将网格龙骨架(2)张紧并放入浇筑模具内,待基板(1)凝固后进行脱模处理,脱模后,在基板(1)左右两端进行对位机构(6)和卡接机构(7)的安装处理;
S2、阻燃板卡装:上述S1结束后,通过人工将阻燃板(3)嵌合至基板(1)上下两侧;
S3:内外饰板粘接:上述S2结束后,通过人工利用粘接砂浆分别将外饰板(4)和内饰板(5)粘接至基板(1)上下两端面上,从而制得改性发泡水泥板成品;
其中,所述的基板(1)内部设置有网格龙骨架(2),基板(1)上下两侧嵌合有阻燃板(3),基板(1)上端面粘接有外饰板(4),基板(1)下端面粘接有内饰板(5),基板(1)左端内部设置有卡接机构(7),基板(1)右端粘接有对位机构(6);
所述的对位机构(6)包括对位杆(61)、限位孔(62)、挡板(63),其中基板(1)右侧壁中部固定粘接有对位杆(61),对位杆(61)上从前至后均匀开设有限位孔(62),限位孔(62)内上下对称安装有挡板(63);
所述的卡接机构(7)包括挤压杆(71)、活塞(72)、柱形槽(73)、海绵块(74)、挤压弹簧(75)、橡胶气管(76)、矩形槽(77)、弹性气囊(78)、T形卡杆(79)、卡接板(710)和连接弹簧(711),其中基板(1)左端一体成型有凹形槽,凹形槽右侧的基板(1)内部开设有柱形槽(73),柱形槽(73)内安装有海绵块(74),海绵块(74)内部设置有挤压弹簧(75),海绵块(74)左侧壁滑动贴合有活塞(72),活塞(72)左侧壁中部固定连接有挤压杆(71),挤压杆(71)左端延伸至凹形槽内,凹形槽上下两侧的基板(1)内部对称开设有矩形槽(77),矩形槽(77)内部安装有弹性气囊(78),柱形槽(73)上下两侧对称设置有橡胶气管(76),橡胶气管(76)的一端和柱形槽(73)内部相互连通,橡胶气管(76)的另一端和弹性气囊(78)相互连通,弹性气囊(78)相对的侧壁上粘接有T形卡杆(79),T形卡杆(79)和矩形槽(77)之间为滑动配合,T形卡杆(79)的相近端中部通过销轴转动连接有卡接板(710),卡接板(710)相背的侧壁和T形卡杆(79)之间设置有连接弹簧(711)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性发泡水泥板,其特征在于:所述的基板(1)前侧壁上下对称安装有L形板(11),L形板(11)的竖板内侧壁中部开设有半柱形滑槽(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性发泡水泥板,其特征在于:所述的基板(1)后侧壁中部固定连接有T型滑板(13),T型滑板(13)的横板上端面上下对称安装有半柱形滑杆(14)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种改性发泡水泥板,其特征在于:所述的半柱形滑杆(14)的弧形侧壁上均匀设置有滚珠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性发泡水泥板,其特征在于:所述的网格龙骨架(2)由纤维材料或者金属材料制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性发泡水泥板,其特征在于:所述的外饰板(4)上端面从左至有均匀开设有集流槽(41),集流槽(41)底部开设有泄流槽(42)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种改性发泡水泥板,其特征在于:所述的集流槽(41)截面呈内凹的弧形状。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种改性发泡水泥板,其特征在于:所述的泄流槽(42)从前至后逐渐向下倾斜。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性发泡水泥板,其特征在于:所述的挡板(63)相对的侧壁前端对称安装有限位齿。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性发泡水泥板,其特征在于:所述的卡接板(710)下端相背的侧壁上设置有卡接齿。
