Abstract
The present application relates to multi-ply impregnated paper and board. The multilayer impregnated paper described herein comprises: a substrate layer of gummed paper; polishing the upper surface of the substrate layer of the gummed paper to form a burr surface on the surface; evenly smearing ecological glue on the surface of the bur; drying the substrate layer of the impregnated paper covered with the ecological glue for the first time, wherein the drying temperature is less than 100 ℃; cooling the gummed paper base material layer after primary drying to room temperature, so that a stable glue solution coating is covered on the upper surface of the gummed paper base material layer; spraying a formaldehyde adsorbent on the surface of the glue solution coating; uniformly coating ecological glue on the glue solution layer, and performing secondary drying at the drying temperature of less than 90 ℃; and after the second drying, ventilating and cooling the base layer of the impregnated paper to room temperature. The paper and the plate with the multi-layer impregnated glue have the advantages of reducing volatilization and diffusion of substances such as formaldehyde and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to impregnated paper and sheets, and more particularly to multi-layer impregnated paper and sheets.
Background
In the traditional sheet material coated with the impregnated paper, materials such as glue solution or interface agent exist in the processing process, so that substances such as formaldehyde exist in the sheet material or the artificial composite board, and the consumption will be influenced for consumers. Therefore, in the prior art, from the viewpoint of removing aldehyde, the problem is mainly solved by adding an aldehyde removing agent during the processing, or by performing surface treatment on the board by the aldehyde removing agent after the processing is completed. In any way, the method has the problems of high cost and complex process, so that the aldehyde removal is difficult and the method is not suitable for wide application.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on this, the present application aims to provide a multi-layer impregnated paper and sheet material having an advantage of reducing the cost of removing aldehydes.
In one aspect of the present application, a multi-layer impregnated paper is provided, comprising a substrate layer of impregnated paper;
polishing the upper surface of the substrate layer of the gummed paper to form a burr surface on the surface;
evenly smearing ecological glue on the surface of the bur;
drying the substrate layer of the impregnated paper covered with the ecological glue for the first time, wherein the drying temperature is less than 100 ℃;
cooling the gummed paper base material layer after primary drying to room temperature, so that a stable glue solution coating is covered on the upper surface of the gummed paper base material layer;
spraying a formaldehyde adsorbent on the surface of the glue solution coating;
uniformly coating ecological glue on the glue solution layer, and performing secondary drying at the drying temperature of less than 90 ℃;
and after the second drying, ventilating and cooling the base layer of the impregnated paper to room temperature.
The paper of multilayer gumming, through coating and form the glue solution coating on gumming paper substrate layer to be convenient for follow-up with the laminating of paper on panel, and be convenient for follow-up other operations of carrying on.
Furthermore, a plurality of micro round holes with the aperture smaller than 3mm are formed on the glue solution coating.
Further, the gum dipping paper base layer is formed by compounding multiple layers of gum film paper.

In another aspect of the present application, there is provided a sheet material with multiple layers of impregnated paper, including a base plate, the multiple layers of impregnated paper described in any one of the above aspects, and a thin film cover layer;
respectively attaching the multi-layer impregnated paper to the upper surface and the lower surface of the bottom plate through hot pressing; and the side with the glue solution coating faces the outside of the bottom plate;
smearing ecological glue on the glue solution coating to enable liquid ecological glue to be smeared on the surface of the glue solution coating and in the micro-circular holes;
opening and flattening the film covering layer, and tightly covering the opened film covering layer on the glue solution coating with the liquid ecological glue;
the film covering layer is gradually covered on the glue solution coating and is pressed flatly by a roller, so that the film covering layer is tightly covered on the glue solution coating;
and obtaining the coated plate body.
Further, the film-coated plate body is placed in a dry environment for plate drying, and the humidity requirement is 45% -65%; the airing time is not less than 24 hours; and preparing a coated dry plate.
Further, adhering edge sealing strips to the corresponding side edges of the bottom plate by using an edge sealing machine for the four side edges of the bottom plate;
when the edge bonding machine works, the aldehyde removing agent is added into the glue solution.
Further, the film covering layer is a plastic film layer.
Further, printing is carried out on the surface of the thin film covering layer by using a high-speed ink-jet printer so as to form a pattern covering layer on the thin film covering layer.
Further, the ecological glue is MDI glue.

Detailed Description
In the description of the present application, it is to be understood that the terms "center," "longitudinal," "lateral," "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," and the like are used in the orientation or positional relationship indicated in the drawings for convenience in describing the present application and for simplicity in description, and are not intended to indicate or imply that the referenced devices or elements must have a particular orientation, be constructed in a particular orientation, and be operated in a particular manner, and are not to be considered limiting of the present application. In the description of the present application, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
In the drawing, a base plate 10, a substrate layer 20 of gummed paper, a glue solution coating layer 30, a film covering layer 40, a pattern covering layer 50 and an edge banding 60.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an exemplary multi-layered impregnated paper of the present application includes a substrate layer of impregnated paper;
polishing the upper surface of the substrate layer of the impregnated paper to form a burr surface on the surface;
evenly smearing ecological glue on the surface of the bur;
drying the substrate layer of the impregnated paper covered with the ecological glue for the first time, wherein the drying temperature is less than 100 ℃;
after the first drying, cooling the gummed paper base material layer to room temperature, so that a stable glue solution coating covers the upper surface of the gummed paper base material layer;
spraying a formaldehyde adsorbent on the surface of the glue solution coating;
uniformly coating ecological glue on the glue solution layer, and performing secondary drying at the drying temperature of less than 90 ℃;
and after the second drying, ventilating and cooling the base layer of the impregnated paper to room temperature.
Polishing the substrate layer of the gummed paper to increase the roughness of the upper surface of the substrate layer of the gummed paper, so that the ecological glue can be better adhered to the substrate layer of the gummed paper; after the glue solution coating is formed, a formaldehyde adsorbent is sprayed to remove formaldehyde volatilized from the dipped substrate layer. After removing aldehyde, drying the ecological glue to ensure that a stable glue solution coating structure is formed; coating the ecological glue again, and drying again to further ensure the stable structure of the formed glue solution coating. So as to facilitate the subsequent covering of the film.
In some preferred embodiments, a plurality of micro-circular holes with the aperture smaller than 3mm are formed on the glue solution coating. The micro round holes are formed to increase the surface area and reduce bubbles during subsequent film covering when liquid glue is filled. Furthermore, a plurality of micro round holes are uniformly distributed. Furthermore, the depth of the micro round holes is smaller than the thickness of the glue solution coating layer, so that the micro round holes are prevented from penetrating through the substrate layer of the gummed paper when being formed.
In some preferred embodiments, the gummed paper base layer is formed by compounding multiple layers of gummed paper. The substrate layer of the gummed paper in the application can be one of multi-layer gummed paper in the prior art, and can also be formed by gluing single-layer paper.
In some preferred embodiments, after the second drying, a formaldehyde adsorbent is sprayed on the surface of the glue solution coating. After the second drying, further removing aldehyde to further reduce the volatile formaldehyde and remove the formaldehyde.
In some preferred examples, an aldehyde removing agent is mixed in the ecoglue to reduce the amount of volatile formaldehyde.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, an exemplary sheet material with multiple layers of impregnated paper includes a base sheet, multiple layers of impregnated paper according to any of the above embodiments, and a thin film cover layer;
firstly, preparing the multilayer impregnated paper in any scheme;
respectively attaching the multi-layer impregnated paper to the upper surface and the lower surface of the bottom plate through hot pressing; and the side with the glue solution coating faces the outside of the bottom plate;
smearing ecological glue on the glue solution coating to enable liquid ecological glue to be smeared on the surface of the glue solution coating and in the micro-circular holes;
opening and flattening the film covering layer, and tightly covering the opened film covering layer on the glue solution coating with the liquid ecological glue;
the film covering layer is gradually covered on the glue solution coating and is pressed flatly by a roller, so that the film covering layer is tightly covered on the glue solution coating;
and obtaining the coated plate body.
In the application, after the paper with multiple layers of gum dipping is prepared, liquid ecological glue is coated on the glue solution coating, so that the film can be conveniently covered, and the effect of reducing bubbles is achieved. In addition, in order to reduce bubbles when the film is covered, a plurality of micro-round holes are formed in the glue solution coating, ecological glue coated in the micro-round holes can break large bubbles to form small bubbles, the ecological glue has fluidity and can flow into the small bubbles to extrude the possibly formed bubbles, and the close-fitting effect of the film and the glue solution coating is further ensured. If the surface of glue solution coating is smooth plane, the covering effect of its coating ecological glue back film is not good, and is not as good as the glue solution coating structure that has little round hole in this application, and the glue solution coating of this application, can be more abundant with the bubble discharge, guarantee the effect of hugging closely of film.
In the application, on one hand, the coverage of the film and the glue solution coating is required to be ensured to be compact, bubble-free or bubble-less and clinging; on the other hand, it is necessary to ensure that the film does not break. This can exert the maximum effect of the film. After the film is attached, a film covering layer is formed on the glue solution coating.
In some preferred embodiments, the film-coated plate body is placed in a dry environment for plate drying, and the humidity requirement is 45% -65%; the airing time is not less than 24 hours; and preparing a coated dry plate. The drying treatment is to prevent the plate from having high humidity, and the volatilization of water can be influenced after the film is covered, so that the effect of the plate can be influenced, therefore, the drying treatment is carried out on the plate before the film is covered, and the drying treatment is favorable for subsequent plate finished products.
In some preferred embodiments, edge banding is applied to four sides of the bottom panel by an edge banding machine to the corresponding sides of the bottom panel;
when the edge bonding machine works, the aldehyde removing agent is added into the glue solution. The edge banding is adhered to the side face of the bottom plate through the edge banding machine, so that the wrapping and sealing effects of the plate are improved.
In some preferred examples, the bottom plate is an artificial composite plate or an artificial composite plate.
In some preferred embodiments, the film cover is a plastic film layer. The plastic film can be a PP plastic film, a PE plastic film or other plastic films. Set up plastic film layer to guarantee the sealed effect of panel, reduce harmful substance's volatilization.
In some preferred embodiments, the thin film cover layer surface is printed using a high speed ink jet printer to form a patterned cover layer on the thin film cover layer. The surface of the pattern covering layer can be pure color, and can also be provided with patterns or pattern patterns.
Printing is carried out on the surface of the film covering layer, so that a pattern covering layer is formed, and the surface of the film has a good pattern. On the one hand, the effect of the surface pattern and the color of the plate is ensured, on the other hand, the film covering layer is well protected, and the film covering layer is prevented from being damaged.
In some preferred embodiments, the ecoglue is MDI glue. The glue solution has the advantage of low formaldehyde content, so that the release amount of formaldehyde is small.
The present application illustrates a method of making a panel having multiple layers of treated paper:
briefly, firstly, preparing a plurality of layers of impregnated paper, and hot-pressing and attaching the paper to a bottom plate; then, coating ecological glue on the glue solution coating to ensure that the film is tightly adhered to the glue solution coating; finally, ink-jet printing is carried out on the film covering layer to form a pattern covering layer.
The plate with the multiple layers of the gum dipping paper is coated with the installation film to prevent the release and volatilization of harmful substances in the bottom plate; the ecological glue reduces the release of formaldehyde; spraying an aldehyde removing agent, and adding the aldehyde removing agent into the glue solution to comprehensively remove substances such as formaldehyde and the like. Furthermore, the combination of various efficacies reduces the release amount of aldehyde substances such as formaldehyde, and the test and detection results show that the release amount of formaldehyde is effectively reduced by more than 95% in unit time.
The sheet material with the multilayer impregnated paper has the advantages that the used amount of the ecological glue is small, a new formaldehyde removing agent does not need to be developed, the comprehensive cost is low, the processing procedure is also within a controllable range, the processing cost of the whole sheet material is controllable and not high, the release of formaldehyde is reduced, the cost is controlled, and the sheet material is suitable for industrial popularization and use.

Claims (10)
1. A multi-ply impregnated paper characterized by: comprises a substrate layer of gummed paper;
polishing the upper surface of the substrate layer of the gummed paper to form a burr surface on the surface;
evenly smearing ecological glue on the surface of the bur;
drying the substrate layer of the impregnated paper covered with the ecological glue for the first time, wherein the drying temperature is less than 100 ℃;
cooling the gummed paper base material layer after primary drying to room temperature, so that a stable glue solution coating is covered on the upper surface of the gummed paper base material layer;
spraying a formaldehyde adsorbent on the surface of the glue solution coating;
uniformly coating ecological glue on the glue solution layer, and performing secondary drying at the drying temperature of less than 90 ℃;
and after the second drying, ventilating and cooling the base layer of the impregnated paper to room temperature.
2. The multi-ply impregnated paper as recited in claim 1, wherein: and a plurality of micro round holes with the aperture smaller than 3mm are formed on the glue solution coating.
3. The multi-ply impregnated paper as recited in claim 2, characterized in that: the gum dipping paper base layer is formed by compounding multiple layers of gum film paper.

smearing ecological glue on the glue solution coating to enable liquid ecological glue to be smeared on the surface of the glue solution coating and in the micro-circular holes;
opening and flattening the film covering layer, and tightly covering the opened film covering layer on the glue solution coating with the liquid ecological glue;
the film covering layer is gradually covered on the glue solution coating and is pressed flatly by a roller, so that the film covering layer is tightly covered on the glue solution coating;
and obtaining the coated plate body.
6. The panel with multiple plies of treated paper as claimed in claim 5, wherein: placing the film-coated plate body in a dry environment for plate drying, wherein the humidity requirement is 45% -65%; the airing time is not less than 24 hours; and preparing a coated dry plate.
