背景技术
动物皮革(如牛皮、猪皮、羊皮等)常是人类制作各种革类面料的主要材料;由于具有良好的强度以及动物皮革的自然花纹,所以用这类材料制作的用品结实耐用,美观大方;同时由于这类面料还具有良好的使用舒适、阻燃耐刮及耐水洗水解,其使用寿命长。
由于动物皮革资源有限,人类对革类面料及其制品的需求不断增长,造成动物皮革的资源短缺,于是人们逐渐更多的使用合成材料作为革类面料的替代品来制造各类产品;合成革成本低廉,用其制作对应产品的价格也便宜,而且美观大方,所以通过合成革面料制造的各类产品得到人们的喜爱;然而,现有技术的合成革材料的存在强度低、不防水和不透气等问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的是提供一种防水透气高强度水性环保皮革及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种防水透气高强度水性环保皮革,包括面料层、中料层和底料层;所述面料层的配方按重量份计,包括聚四氢呋喃(PTMEG)70-80份、二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯(MD I)15-20份、流平剂1-3份和耐黄变剂1-3份;所述中料层的配方按重量份计,包括TPU粒70-80份、二乙基甲酰胺(DEF)10-20份、乙酯5-10份、流平剂1-3份和耐黄变剂1-3份。

步骤一,制备面料层原料,把聚四氢呋喃(PTMEG)70-80份、二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯(MD I)15-20份、流平剂1-3份和耐黄变剂1-3份送入真空搅拌机一中,确认投料量后,再把真空搅拌机一升温至60-80℃,搅拌35mi n,再把真空搅拌机一的物料输送至发泡机一进行发泡,以得到面料层原料;
步骤二,制备中料层原料,把TPU粒70-80份、二乙基甲酰胺(DEF)10-20份、乙酯5-10份、流平剂1-3份和耐黄变剂1-3份送入真空搅拌机二中,确认投料量后,把真空搅拌机二升温至60-80℃,搅拌35mi n,再把真空搅拌机二的物料输送至发泡机二进行发泡,以得到中料层原料;
步骤三,面料层成型的具体包括以下步骤:
S31,通过涂布机将将步骤一中制备所得面料层原料在离型纸上进行涂布处理,使面料层原料粘贴在离型纸;
S32,涂覆有面料层原料的离型纸由涂布机导出,并进入第一段烘干机中,在90℃的环境内持续加热20mi n,使得离型纸上的面料层湿度降低,提高面料层的粘附性能;
S33,经具体步骤S32进行湿度控制后,再次送入第二段烘干机内,在温度为120-130℃的环境下持续烘干30mi n,使得离型纸上的面料层成型,然后输出冷却,备用;
步骤四,中料层成型,将步骤二中制备所得中料层原料均匀涂覆在底料层上,经烘干机在120℃的条件下持续烘干20mi n,导出冷却并收卷备用;
步骤五,防水透气高强度水性环保皮革的合成,包括以下步骤:
S51,将步骤四制得的带有中料层的底料层通过涂布台与冷却后的带有面料层的离型纸进行贴合,并通过压合机构进行挤压粘合,然后粘合后输入第三段烘干机内,在温度为120-130℃的环境下持续烘干10mi n,使得离型纸上的面料层与底料层上的中料层成型,得到带有离型纸的防水透气高强度水性环保皮革,然后输出冷却,备用;
S52,在冷却后,带有离型纸的防水透气高强度水性环保皮革经过分离机,将离型纸剥离面料层,然后防水透气高强度水性环保皮革继续进入第四段烘干机内,在温度为120-130℃的环境下持续烘干35mi n,使得面料层与中料层黏贴,并在高温下逐渐一体成型,最后输出第四段烘干机,冷却后通过收卷设备进行卷收保存。

从表1可以发现,本防水透气高强度水性环保皮革的表面颜色牢度、耐黄变均满足GB/T8949-2008聚氨酯干法人造革中的A级标准,本防水透气高强度水性环保皮革的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和撕裂强度均优于GB/T8949-2008聚氨酯干法人造革中的A级标准,本防水透气高强度水性环保皮革还具有良好的透气性能和拒水性能。
本发明技术效果主要体现:采用聚四氢呋喃、二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯、流平剂和耐黄变剂制成面料层;采用TPU粒、二乙基甲酰胺、乙酯、流平剂和耐黄变剂制成中料层,采用弹性布料层为底料,在经过成型、贴合、分离离型纸的工序下,最终制得水性环保皮革,相较于普通的合成面料,具有防水性能好、透气性能好、拉伸强度高和撕裂强度高的优点。

步骤一,制备面料层原料,把聚四氢呋喃(PTMEG)70-80份、二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯(MDI)15-20份、流平剂1-3份和耐黄变剂1-3份送入真空搅拌机一中,确认投料量后,再把真空搅拌机一升温至60-80℃,搅拌35min,再把真空搅拌机一的物料输送至发泡机一进行发泡,以得到面料层原料;
步骤二,制备中料层原料,把TPU粒70-80份、二乙基甲酰胺(DEF)10-20份、乙酯5-10份、流平剂1-3份和耐黄变剂1-3份送入真空搅拌机二中,确认投料量后,把真空搅拌机二升温至60-80℃,搅拌35min,再把真空搅拌机二的物料输送至发泡机二进行发泡,以得到中料层原料;
步骤三,面料层成型的具体包括以下步骤:
S31,通过涂布机将将步骤一中制备所得面料层原料在离型纸上进行涂布处理,使面料层原料粘贴在离型纸;
S32,涂覆有面料层原料的离型纸由涂布机导出,并进入第一段烘干机中,在90℃的环境内持续加热20min,使得离型纸上的面料层湿度降低,提高面料层的粘附性能;
S33,经具体步骤S32进行湿度控制后,再次送入第二段烘干机内,在温度为120-130℃的环境下持续烘干30min,使得离型纸上的面料层成型,然后输出冷却,备用;
步骤四,中料层成型,将步骤二中制备所得中料层原料均匀涂覆在底料层上,经烘干机在120℃的条件下持续烘干20min,导出冷却并收卷备用;
步骤五,防水透气高强度水性环保皮革的合成,包括以下步骤:
S51,将步骤四制得的带有中料层的底料层通过涂布台与冷却后的带有面料层的离型纸进行贴合,并通过压合机构进行挤压粘合,然后粘合后输入第三段烘干机内,在温度为120-130℃的环境下持续烘干10min,使得离型纸上的面料层与底料层上的中料层成型,得到带有离型纸的防水透气高强度水性环保皮革,然后输出冷却,备用;
S52,在冷却后,带有离型纸的防水透气高强度水性环保皮革经过分离机,将离型纸剥离面料层,然后防水透气高强度水性环保皮革继续进入第四段烘干机内,在温度为120-130℃的环境下持续烘干35min,使得面料层与中料层黏贴,并在高温下逐渐一体成型,最后输出第四段烘干机,冷却后通过收卷设备进行卷收保存。

3.如权利要求1所述的一种防水透气高强度水性环保皮革,其特征在于:所述面料层的配方按重量份计,包括聚四氢呋喃(PTMEG)80份、二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯(MDI)15份、流平剂1份和耐黄变剂1份;所述中料层的配方按重量份计,包括TPU粒80份、二乙基甲酰胺(DEF)10份、乙酯5份、流平剂1份和耐黄变剂1份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防水透气高强度水性环保皮革,其特征在于:包括聚四氢呋喃(PTMEG)75份、二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯(MDI)16份、流平剂2份和耐黄变剂2份;所述中料层的配方按重量份计,包括TPU粒75份、二乙基甲酰胺(DEF)15份、乙酯7份、流平剂2份和耐黄变剂2份。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种防水透气高强度水性环保皮革,其特征在于:包括聚四氢呋喃(PTMEG)70份、二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯(MDI)20份、流平剂3份和耐黄变剂3份;所述中料层的配方按重量份计,包括TPU粒70份、二乙基甲酰胺(DEF)20份、乙酯10份、流平剂3份和耐黄变剂3份。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种防水透气高强度水性环保皮革,其特征在于:所述步骤一的真空搅拌机一的真空度≤-0.1Mpa。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种防水透气高强度水性环保皮革,其特征在于:所述步骤二的真空搅拌机二的真空度≤-0.1Mpa。
