On the basis of the embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 11, a draining unit is further included; the right part of the upper surface of the bearing plate 2 is connected with a draining unit; the draining unit comprises a second fixing plate 401, a second electric rotating disc 402, a vibrating wheel 403, a second fixing ring 404 and a second spring rod 405; two second fixing plates 401 are fixedly connected to the right part of the upper surface of the bearing plate 2; a second electric rotating disc 402 is arranged at the upper parts of the two second fixing plates 401; the rotating parts of the two second electric rotating discs 402 are fixedly connected with a vibration wheel 403; two second spring rods 405 are connected to the right part of the upper surface of the bearing plate 2 and between the two second fixing plates 401; a second fixing ring 404 is fixedly connected between the upper parts of the two second spring rods 405; the second fixed ring 404 is in contact with two of the vibrator wheels 403.
The second fixing ring 404 is provided with a groove at the upper part for placing the screen drum 206.
The working principle is as follows: during operation, after the biomass raw material is soaked and deinsectized, the screen drum 206 is moved to the upper part of the second fixing ring 404 by the same working principle and is supported by the second fixing ring 404, then, the two second electric turntables 402 are activated to drive the two vibration wheels 403 to rotate, the two vibration wheels 403 rotate to squeeze the second fixing ring 404 and move it downward, so that the second fixing ring 404 moves downwards to extrude the two second spring rods 405, and the screen drum 206 moves downwards, thereby driving the biomass raw material to move downwards, then, when the two vibration wheels 403 rotate without pressing the second fixing ring 404, the second fixing ring 404 is moved upward by the reverse elastic force of the two second spring rods 405, and then the screen drum 206 moves up and down in a reciprocating manner, and then vibration is generated to shake off the solution remained after the biomass raw material is soaked, so that the biomass raw material is drained.

A biomass energy raw material separation type processing device comprises a support leg (1) and a bearing plate (2); the upper parts of the four support legs (1) are fixedly connected with bearing plates (2); the method is characterized in that: also comprises a separation unit and a soaking unit; the upper part of the bearing plate (2) is connected with a separation unit for vibrating and separating biomass raw materials; the middle part of the upper surface of the bearing plate (2) is connected with a soaking unit for soaking and deinsectizing the biomass raw materials.

The biomass energy source material separation type processing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the separating unit comprises a supporting frame (201), an electric sliding rail (202), an electric sliding block (203), a fixing rod (204), a first electric reel (205), a sieve cylinder (206), a cylinder (207), a first fixing ring (208), a first spring rod (209), a first fixing plate (210), an electric push rod (211), a fixing frame (212), an electric cam (213), a fixing disc (214), a connecting frame (215), a second electric reel (216), a connecting rod (217), a sieve disc (218), a top plate (219) and a limiting rod (220); the upper surface of the bearing plate (2) is fixedly connected with a support frame (201); two electric slide rails (202) are fixedly connected to the upper part of the support frame (201); two opposite sides of the two electric slide rails (202) are both connected with an electric slide block (203) in a sliding way; a fixed rod (204) is fixedly connected between the opposite sides of the two electric sliding blocks (203); two first electric reels (205) are mounted in the middle of the fixing rod (204); a screen drum (206) is connected between the two first electric reels (205) through ropes; a cylinder (207) is fixedly connected to the left part of the upper surface of the bearing plate (2); the cylinder (207) is connected with the screen drum (206) in a sliding way; a first fixing ring (208) is fixedly connected to the upper part of the cylinder (207); two first spring rods (209) are connected to the upper part of the first fixing ring (208); the two first spring rods (209) are fixedly connected with the screen drum (206); a first fixing plate (210) is fixedly connected to the middle of the left side of the supporting frame (201); two electric push rods (211) are fixedly connected to the right part of the first fixing plate (210); the telescopic parts of the two electric push rods (211) are fixedly connected with a fixed frame (212); two electric cams (213) are arranged at the right part of the fixed frame (212); the upper part of the screen cylinder (206) is fixedly connected with a fixed disc (214); two connecting frames (215) are fixedly connected to the lower part of the fixed disc (214); a second electric reel (216) is arranged at the lower part of each of the two connecting frames (215); a connecting rod (217) is connected between the two second electric reels (216) through a rope; the middle part of the connecting rod (217) is rotatably connected with two sieve trays (218); a top plate (219) is fixedly connected between the two connecting frames (215) and at the lower part of the fixed disc (214); two limiting rods (220) are fixedly connected to the bottom of the inner side of the screen drum (206).
3. The biomass energy feedstock separation type processing apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the front side and the rear side of the top plate (219) are provided with a plurality of lugs at equal intervals.
4. The biomass energy feedstock separation type processing apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the upper part of the limiting rod (220) is provided with a convex block.
5. The biomass energy and raw material separation type processing equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein: a torsion spring is arranged at the joint of the sieve tray (218) and the connecting rod (217).

The biomass energy feedstock separation type processing apparatus of claim 5, wherein: the soaking unit comprises a soaking barrel (301), a first electric rotating disc (302), a transmission shaft (303), a straight gear (304), a toothed ring (305), a baffle (306) and a clamping plate (307); the middle part of the upper surface of the bearing plate (2) is fixedly connected with an immersion barrel (301); a first electric turntable (302) is arranged in the middle of the upper surface of the bearing plate (2) and positioned on the right side of the soaking cylinder (301); a transmission shaft (303) is fixedly connected with the rotating part of the first electric turntable (302); a spur gear (304) is fixedly connected to the upper part of the transmission shaft (303); the upper part of the soaking cylinder (301) is rotationally connected with a toothed ring (305); the bottom of the inner side of the soaking cylinder (301) is annularly and rotationally connected with four baffles (306) at equal intervals; four detachable clamping plates (307) are annularly and equidistantly arranged at the lower part of the gear ring (305).
7. The biomass energy feedstock separation type processing apparatus of claim 6, wherein: a torsion spring is arranged at the joint of the baffle plate (306) and the soaking cylinder (301).
8. The biomass energy feedstock separation type processing apparatus of claim 6, wherein: a plurality of clamping rods are arranged in the middle of the clamping plate (307) at equal intervals and used for intercepting leaked biomass raw materials.

The biomass energy feedstock separation processing plant of claim 8, wherein: also comprises a draining unit; the right part of the upper surface of the bearing plate (2) is connected with a draining unit; the draining unit comprises a second fixing plate (401), a second electric rotating disc (402), a vibrating wheel (403), a second fixing ring (404) and a second spring rod (405); two second fixing plates (401) are fixedly connected to the right part of the upper surface of the bearing plate (2); a second electric rotating disc (402) is arranged at the upper parts of the two second fixing plates (401); the rotating parts of the two second electric turntables (402) are fixedly connected with a vibration wheel (403); two second spring rods (405) are connected to the right part of the upper surface of the bearing plate (2) and between the two second fixing plates (401); a second fixing ring (404) is fixedly connected between the upper parts of the two second spring rods (405); the second fixed ring (404) is in contact with the two vibration wheels (403).
10. The biomass energy feedstock separation type processing apparatus of claim 9, wherein: the upper part of the second fixing ring (404) is provided with a groove for placing the screen drum (206).
