The suspended fertilizer is generally applied abroad, but the reports about the biogas-based suspended fertilizer at present in China are few, so that the development of the novel suspended liquid fertilizer is significant. The biogas slurry contains various bioactive substances which can provide nutrition for plants, regulate and control the growth of the plants and kill certain plant diseases and insect pests. Humic acid has better effects on improving the physical and chemical properties of soil, improving the soil fertility, improving the quality of seeds and the like. Aiming at the problems that research on preparing the suspension type humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer by biogas slurry is less, an empirical method for preparing a liquid compound fertilizer is mostly adopted, the water-insoluble substance content in the product is high, the nutrient content is low, the humic acid content is low, the commodity is poor and the like, and the method becomes a bottleneck for restricting the industrial development of the biogas slurry-based humic acid-containing water-soluble liquid fertilizer. Therefore, the development of the biogas-based suspension type humic acid-containing suspension fertilizer has good market prospect.
At present, researches on preparation of humic acid water-soluble liquid fertilizer from biogas slurry are few, 2 process methods are mainly adopted for improving the content of total nutrients and humic acid in the liquid fertilizer and reducing the content of water insoluble substances, one process is a concentration method, the moisture content in the biogas slurry is reduced and the content of nutrient substances such as humic acid in the biogas slurry is improved by technical means such as low-temperature evaporation and/or membrane concentration of the biogas slurry, and the like. The invention aims to explore a suitable process for the humic acid liquid fertilizer with high humic acid content and low water insoluble substances by preparing the suspension type biogas base humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer, and provide technical support for developing high-quality humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer by utilizing biogas slurry.

(3) adding xanthan gum into the solution obtained in the step (2), metering the volume with the filtered biogas slurry, and continuously stirring for 30min to obtain the xanthan gum.

Raw materials: urea, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium nitrate, sodium humate, xanthan gum and biogas slurry.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: and (3) placing 507ml of filtered biogas slurry into a constant-temperature stirring tank at 40 ℃, adding 4g of sodium humate, 217.33g of urea, 49.18g of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and 217.38g of potassium nitrate while stirring, after completely dissolving, adding 1g of xanthan gum, fixing the volume to 1L by using the filtered biogas slurry, stirring for 30min, and barreling to obtain the suspension type humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer product.
The basic indexes of the prepared suspension type biogas-based humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer are shown in table 1:

The basic indexes of the prepared suspension type biogas-based humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer are shown in table 2:

wherein the inorganic salt comprises urea, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and potassium nitrate.

43-217 g/L of urea, 49-66 g/L of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, 108-218 g/L of potassium nitrate, 4-6 g/L of sodium humate and 1-3 g/L of xanthan gum, wherein the water-soluble fertilizer is prepared by taking biogas slurry as a base solution.

(1) filtering the biogas slurry;
(2) putting the biogas slurry obtained in the step (1) into a constant-temperature stirring tank, sequentially adding sodium humate, urea and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, and stirring to completely dissolve all raw materials;
(3) adding xanthan gum into the solution obtained in the step (2), metering the volume with the filtered biogas slurry, and continuously stirring for 30min to obtain the xanthan gum.
5. The preparation method of the suspended type biogas-based humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer as claimed in claim 7, wherein in the step (2), the biogas slurry obtained in the step (1) is placed in a stirring tank with a constant temperature of 40 ℃.
