本发明公开了一种降脂降压的草本植物雾化精油及其制备方法,涉及草本植物精油技术领域;为了提升降脂降压的功效;其成分包括基础原料、调味原料、油性原料,所述基础原料包括青果、佛手、蒲公英、代代花、沙棘、橘红、鱼腥草;制备方法包括如下步骤:按重量份取各原料备用;将青果、佛手、蒲公英、代代花、沙棘、橘红、鱼腥草清洁后进行干燥处理,得到干料。本发明本发明通过添加包括代代花在内的各种基础原料,能够提升产品的降脂降压功效,其中,减肥是代代花的重要作用之一,它含有天然的活性成分,能抑制人体内脂肪的转换,也能让人体内积存的脂肪分解并排出体外;代代花能利尿消肿,它对人类的高血压和身体浮肿也有一定的缓解作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及草本植物精油技术领域,尤其涉及一种降脂降压的草本植物雾化精油及其制备方法。
背景技术
植物精油是萃取植物特有的芳香物质,取自于草本植物的花、叶、根、树皮、果实、种子、树脂等以蒸馏、压榨方式提炼出来的;由于香熏精油挥发性高,且分子小,很容易被人体吸收,并能迅速渗透人体内器官,将多余的成分排出体外,整个过程只需要几分钟;被广泛应用于人们的日常生活和护理治疗中。
目前的植物精油虽具备一定的调养身体的功效,但是,其主要作用多为安神、护肤等,在降脂降压方面其功效还有所欠缺,现如今,越来越多的人因其饮食习惯、生活作息不规律等因素导致体脂增多,甚至患上高血压等疾病,亟需一种能够降脂降压的草本植物雾化精油。
经检索,中国专利申请号为CN202011181361.2的专利,公开了一种具有美白修复、调理内分泌功效的多功能复合精油及其制备方法,属于护肤产品技术领域。包括玫瑰精油5~10份、檀香精油1~3份、甜橙精油2~5份、德甘精油5~8份、乳香精油3~8份、丝柏精油2~6份、胡萝卜籽精油1~5份、山茶籽油5~10份、复合增强剂1~5份和水20~30份。上述专利中的多功能复合精油存在以下不足:虽具备一定的调理功效,但是在降脂降压方面其功效还有所欠缺。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种降脂降压的草本植物雾化精油及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种降脂降压的草本植物雾化精油,包括基础原料、调味原料、油性原料,所述基础原料包括青果、佛手、蒲公英、代代花、沙棘、橘红、鱼腥草。
优选的:所述调味原料包括芹菜、木瓜。
进一步的:所述油性原料包括杏仁、枣仁、栀子、青刺果。
进一步优选的:所述基础原料的成分按重量份计,为青果15~20份、佛手15~20份、代代花10~15份、沙棘5~10份、橘红5~10份、蒲公英2~5份、鱼腥草5~8份。
作为本发明一种优选的:所述调味原料的成分按重量份计,为芹菜40~50份、木瓜15~20份。
作为本发明进一步优选的:所述油性原料的成分按重量份计,为青刺果15~20份、杏仁10~15份、枣仁5~10份、栀子5~8份。
一种降脂降压的草本植物雾化精油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:按重量份取各原料备用;
S2:将青果、佛手、蒲公英、代代花、沙棘、橘红、鱼腥草清洁后进行干燥处理,得到干料,备用;
S3:将杏仁、枣仁、栀子、青刺果分别进行压榨,将榨出的油进行混合,得到油料,备用;
S4:将芹菜、木瓜榨汁后过滤,取滤液;
S5:对得到的滤液进行浓缩,得到浓缩料,备用;
S6:将干料通过蒸馏法进行蒸馏,蒸馏后与浓缩料混合,得到粗制精油;
S7:将粗制精油进行二氧化碳超临界萃取;
S8:与油料混合搅拌,均质,即得。
在前述方案的基础上:所述S7步骤中,二氧化碳超临界萃取具体为:
S71:将粗制精油装入萃取器中,加热到40~48℃,萃取流速为22~25L·h-1;
S72:将二氧化碳和萃取出的精油的混合物输入分离器中;
S73:减至常压并降至室温,其中的二氧化碳与精油分离。
在前述方案的基础上优选的:所述S7步骤中,二氧化碳超临界萃取具体为:
S71:将粗制精油装入萃取器中,加热到46℃,萃取流速为22~25L·h-1;
S72:将二氧化碳和萃取出的精油的混合物输入分离器中;
S73:减至常压并降至室温,其中的二氧化碳与精油分离。
在前述方案的基础上进一步优选的:所述二氧化碳超临界萃取的萃取压力为22~26MPa,且二氧化碳超临界萃取的萃取时间为300~350min。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.本发明通过添加包括代代花在内的各种基础原料,能够提升产品的降脂降压功效,其中,减肥是代代花的重要作用之一,它含有天然的活性成分,能抑制人体内脂肪的转换,也能让人体内积存的脂肪分解并排出体外;代代花能利尿消肿,它对人类的高血压和身体浮肿也有一定的缓解作用;此外,代代花还能镇静强心,它能提高人类的心脏功能,也能提高心肌供血量,能预防心动过慢和心肌缺血以及心力衰竭等多种常见心脏病的发生。
2.本发明通过以芹菜、木瓜作为调味原料,改善了精油在雾化使用时的使用体验,同时芹菜中还含有药效成分的芹菜苷、佛手苷内酯和挥发油,具有降血压、降血脂、防治动脉粥样硬化的作用,进一步提升了产品功效。
3.本发明通过添加杏仁、枣仁、栀子、青刺果,使得产品具有一定的平喘止咳、清热泻火、养心补肝、宁心安神的功效,进一步提升了产品品质。

实施例1:
一种降脂降压的草本植物雾化精油,包括基础原料、调味原料、油性原料,所述基础原料包括青果、佛手、蒲公英、代代花、沙棘、橘红、鱼腥草。
其中,所述调味原料包括芹菜、木瓜。
其中,所述油性原料包括杏仁、枣仁、栀子、青刺果。
具体的,所述基础原料的成分按重量份计,为青果15~20份、佛手15~20份、代代花10~15份、沙棘5~10份、橘红5~10份、蒲公英2~5份、鱼腥草5~8份。
具体的,所述调味原料的成分按重量份计,为芹菜40~50份、木瓜15~20份。
具体的,所述油性原料的成分按重量份计,为青刺果15~20份、杏仁10~15份、枣仁5~10份、栀子5~8份。
实施例2:
一种降脂降压的草本植物雾化精油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:按重量份取各原料备用;
S2:将青果、佛手、蒲公英、代代花、沙棘、橘红、鱼腥草清洁后进行干燥处理,得到干料,备用;
S3:将杏仁、枣仁、栀子、青刺果分别进行压榨,将榨出的油进行混合,得到油料,备用;
S4:将芹菜、木瓜榨汁后过滤,取滤液;
S5:对得到的滤液进行浓缩,得到浓缩料,备用;
S6:将干料通过蒸馏法进行蒸馏,蒸馏后与浓缩料混合,得到粗制精油;
S7:将粗制精油进行二氧化碳超临界萃取;
S8:与油料混合搅拌,均质,即得。
其中,所述S7步骤中,二氧化碳超临界萃取具体为:
S71:将粗制精油装入萃取器中,加热到40~48℃,萃取流速为22~25L·h-1;
S72:将二氧化碳和萃取出的精油的混合物输入分离器中;
S73:减至常压并降至室温,其中的二氧化碳与精油分离。

实施例3:
一种降脂降压的草本植物雾化精油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:按重量份取各原料备用;
S2:将青果、佛手、蒲公英、代代花、沙棘、橘红、鱼腥草清洁后进行干燥处理,得到干料,备用;
S3:将杏仁、枣仁、栀子、青刺果分别进行压榨,将榨出的油进行混合,得到油料,备用;

实验一
为了提升产品质量,如图1所示,控制其余条件不变,改变萃取温度,进行制备,对得到的产品进行评测,得到以下结论:

降压效果 | 83.4 | 88.2 | 90.3 | 90.1 | 89.4 |
由上可知,萃取温度对产品的减脂效果与降压效果存在一定的关系,当萃取温度控制在44~46℃时,产品的降压效果较佳,当萃取温度控制在46℃时,产品的减脂效果较佳,因此,优选的,萃取温度应控制在46℃。
实验二
为了提升产品质量,如图2所示,控制其余条件不变,改变代代花的添加量,进行制备,对得到的产品进行评测,得到以下结论:

减脂效果 | 81.3 | 85.4 | 88.8 | 90.9 | 91.2 | 91.3 |
降压效果 | 85.2 | 88.2 | 90.1 | 90.3 | 89.6 | 89.4 |
由上可知,代代花添加量对产品的减脂效果与降压效果存在一定的关系,减脂效果随着代代花添加量提升而提升,当代代花添加量大于13份时,产品的减脂效果较佳;当代代花添加量在12~13份时,产品的降压效果较佳,因此,优选的,代代花添加量控制在13份。

1.一种降脂降压的草本植物雾化精油,其特征在于,包括基础原料、调味原料、油性原料,所述基础原料包括青果、佛手、蒲公英、代代花、沙棘、橘红、鱼腥草。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种降脂降压的草本植物雾化精油,其特征在于,所述调味原料包括芹菜、木瓜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种降脂降压的草本植物雾化精油,其特征在于,所述油性原料包括杏仁、枣仁、栀子、青刺果。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种降脂降压的草本植物雾化精油,其特征在于,所述基础原料的成分按重量份计,为青果15~20份、佛手15~20份、代代花10~15份、沙棘5~10份、橘红5~10份、蒲公英2~5份、鱼腥草5~8份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种降脂降压的草本植物雾化精油,其特征在于,所述调味原料的成分按重量份计,为芹菜40~50份、木瓜15~20份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种降脂降压的草本植物雾化精油,其特征在于,所述油性原料的成分按重量份计,为青刺果15~20份、杏仁10~15份、枣仁5~10份、栀子5~8份。
7.一种降脂降压的草本植物雾化精油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:按重量份取各原料备用;
S2:将青果、佛手、蒲公英、代代花、沙棘、橘红、鱼腥草清洁后进行干燥处理,得到干料,备用;
S3:将杏仁、枣仁、栀子、青刺果分别进行压榨,将榨出的油进行混合,得到油料,备用;
S4:将芹菜、木瓜榨汁后过滤,取滤液;
S5:对得到的滤液进行浓缩,得到浓缩料,备用;
S6:将干料通过蒸馏法进行蒸馏,蒸馏后与浓缩料混合,得到粗制精油;
S7:将粗制精油进行二氧化碳超临界萃取;
S8:与油料混合搅拌,均质,即得。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种降脂降压的草本植物雾化精油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S7步骤中,二氧化碳超临界萃取具体为:
S71:将粗制精油装入萃取器中,加热到40~48℃,萃取流速为22~25L·h-1;
S72:将二氧化碳和萃取出的精油的混合物输入分离器中;
S73:减至常压并降至室温,其中的二氧化碳与精油分离。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种降脂降压的草本植物雾化精油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S7步骤中,二氧化碳超临界萃取具体为:
S71:将粗制精油装入萃取器中,加热到46℃,萃取流速为22~25L·h-1;
S72:将二氧化碳和萃取出的精油的混合物输入分离器中;
S73:减至常压并降至室温,其中的二氧化碳与精油分离。
10.根据权利要求7-9任一所述的一种降脂降压的草本植物雾化精油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述二氧化碳超临界萃取的萃取压力为22~26MPa,且二氧化碳超临界萃取的萃取时间为300~350min。
