The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and the detailed description.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the medical protective clothing removing device comprises a base 1, a bracket 2, a backing plate 4, a foot pad plate 6, a bracket driving mechanism 3, a backing plate driving mechanism 5, a foot pad plate driving mechanism 7 and a removing mechanism 8; the base 1 is horizontally arranged; the support 2 is vertically arranged and positioned above the base 1, the support 2 is hinged with the base 1, and the support driving mechanism 3 can drive the support 2 to rotate to be horizontal; the backing plate 4 is vertically arranged in front of the bracket 2, and the backing plate driving mechanism 5 is connected with the bracket 2 and can drive the backing plate 4 to move up and down; the foot pad plate 6 is horizontally arranged below the back pad plate 4 and hinged with the bracket 2, and the foot pad plate driving mechanism 7 is connected with the bracket 2 and can drive the foot pad plate 6 to rotate to be in the same direction as the bracket 2; the number of the take-off mechanisms 8 is two, the take-off mechanisms 8 are arranged in the vertical direction and are connected with the support 2, the take-off mechanisms 8 comprise protective clothing clamps 81, the protective clothing clamps 81 are located in front of the backing plate 4, the protective clothing clamps 81 of the two take-off mechanisms 8 are located on two sides of the backing plate 4 respectively, and the protective clothing clamps 81 can move along the length direction of the backing plate 4.
The protective clothing taking-off method comprises the following steps of: A. as shown in fig. 5, the wearer stands on the foot pad plate 6, and the back pad plate driving mechanism 5 drives the back pad plate 4 to move upwards, the wearer pulls the zipper 91 of the protective suit 9 open, removes the cap of the protective suit 9, and opens the upper end of the protective suit 9 to the outside of the shoulder; then the back cushion plate driving mechanism drives the back cushion plate 4 to move downwards, the back cushion plate is inserted between the protective clothing 9 and the back of the wearer, and finally, the wearer can move to match the lower insertion of the back cushion plate 4 after the back cushion plate 9 is padded on the back and the buttocks of the wearer; the left and right ends of the top of the protective garment 9 are clamped by the garment clamps 81. B. As shown in fig. 6, the bracket driving mechanism 3 drives the bracket 2 to rotate to be horizontal, the back plate 4 and the foot pad plate 6 drive the wearer to lie flat, and then the foot pad plate driving mechanism 7 drives the foot pad plate 6 to rotate to be horizontal. C. As shown in fig. 7, the removing mechanism 8 is operated, and the protective garment clip 81 is moved toward the leg of the wearer, so that the protective garment 9 is pulled down by the protective garment clip 81, that is, the protective garment 9 is removed. Then, the wearer can sit up and remove the backing plate 4 and take down the protective suit 9, and the medical protective suit take-off device is reset to take off the protective suit 9 next time.
It can be seen that the present invention allows the protective garment 9 to be removed with little manipulation by the wearer, and without cumbersome handling of the rolled protective garment 9. The protective clothing 9 is automatically turned outwards in the process of taking off, when the protective clothing 9 is taken off, the whole protective clothing 9 is completely turned outwards, and other articles cannot be polluted on the outer surface of the protective clothing 9.
If the wearer directly pulls down the protective clothing by adopting the take-off mechanism 8 in a standing state, the protective clothing clip 81 can only move down to the ground at most, and the protective clothing 9 can only be taken off to the buttocks normally; the wearer stands up very high to remove the protective garment completely, but this is not safe. Therefore, the support 2 and the backing plate 4 can rotate to be horizontal, so that the protective clothing is transversely pulled by the removing mechanism 8, the moving range of the protective clothing is not limited, and the protective clothing can be directly and completely removed. The backing plate 4 supports the buttocks of the wearer, which can keep the legs straight.
The footplate 6 is used to support the wearer and to prevent the wearer from slipping down during rotation of the bracket 2 and the backing plate 4. The backing plate drive mechanism 5 particularly preferably comprises a second telescopic cylinder 51 and two guide structures 52, wherein the guide structures 52 comprise a guide sleeve 521 and a guide rod 522 matched with the guide sleeve 521, the two guide structures 52 are arranged at intervals and connected with the support 2 and the backing plate 4, and the second telescopic cylinder 51 is positioned between the two guide structures 52 and connected with the support 2 and the backing plate 4.
The footplate drive mechanism 7 is particularly preferably a third telescopic cylinder which is articulated with the bracket 2 and the footplate 6.
The release mechanism 8 specifically preferably includes a fourth telescopic cylinder 82 and a connecting rod 83, the fourth telescopic cylinder 82 is connected to the bracket 2, and the connecting rod 83 is connected to the fourth telescopic cylinder 82 and the protective clothing clip 81. The protective garment clip 81 has a clip structure of the prior art, and can firmly clip the protective garment.
The telescopic distance of the fourth telescopic cylinder 82 is longer, and in order to avoid the overlarge occupied area of the invention caused by overlong cylinder barrels of the fourth telescopic cylinder 82, the fourth telescopic cylinder 82 is preferably a multi-stage cylinder. This is advantageous in that the four telescopic cylinders 82 are reduced in occupied space while ensuring sufficient telescopic distance.
The fourth telescopic cylinder 82 adopts a cylinder, and the first telescopic cylinder, the second telescopic cylinder 51 and the third telescopic cylinder also adopt cylinders for exploitation and supply air by means of the same air pump.
For safety, the invention is not suitable for the automatic operation of all parts, and preferably the operation of all parts is controlled by a wearer.
