the third fixing seat (5511) and the fourth fixing seat (5512) are vertically arranged on the outer side of the supporting frame (51), and the third fixing seat (5511) and the fourth fixing seat (5512) are respectively positioned at two ends of the rectangular through hole (52);
the guide cross rod (5513) horizontally spans between the third fixed seat (5511) and the fourth fixed seat (5512);
the sliding rail (5514) is arranged outside the supporting frame (51) in parallel along the long side direction of the rectangular through hole (52) and is positioned above the rectangular through hole (52);

the pedal element (552) comprises a slider (5521), a rotating pedal (5522) and a pedal table (5523);

the two groups of adjusting and supporting units (43) are arranged, and the two groups of adjusting and supporting units (43) are respectively corresponding to the first adjusting element (41) and the second adjusting element (42) and are used for supporting the turnover frame (4);
