Technical Field

The drawings in the present specification are schematic views to assist in explaining the concept of the present invention, and schematically show the shapes of respective portions and their mutual relationships. Note that, in order to clearly show the structures of the respective members of the embodiments of the present invention, the same reference numerals are used to denote the same parts.
The invention relates to a structural schematic diagram of an auxiliary taking-off device of protective clothing, which comprises a protective cap execution device 10, a shoulder execution device 20, a knee execution device 30 and a pair of upright posts 40 as shown in figure 1. Fig. 2 is a top view of the auxiliary take-off device of the protective garment of the present invention. The person wearing the protective suit stands between the adjacent upright posts 40, and the helmet actuator 10, the shoulder actuator 20 and the knee actuator 30 act on different parts of the protective suit to complete the taking-off action of the protective suit.
In fig. 2, a first linear module 51 and a second linear module 52 are provided in the longitudinal direction of the column 40, the helmet actuator 10 is provided to the first linear module 51 by a slider, and the shoulder actuator 20 and the knee actuator 30 are provided to the second linear module 52 by a slider.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the helmet actuator 10 includes a support frame 11 and a helmet bonding roller 12, the support frame 11 is fixed to the first linear module 51 shown in fig. 2 through a slider, and the helmet bonding roller 12 is disposed on the support frame 11; the shoulder executing device 20 is arranged at the upper part of the knee executing device 30, the shoulder executing device 20 comprises a shoulder bonding roller 21 which is adjusted in position along the left-right direction and the up-down direction so as to be bonded with the shoulder of the protective clothing; the knee actuator 30 includes a knee bonding roller 31 that adjusts a position in a left-right direction and in a vertical direction in order to bond the knee of the protective garment.
In fig. 1, the helmet actuator 10 and the shoulder actuator 20 are moved along the length of the column 40 by a linear module. The linear motion performed by the linear module is a general technique, and is not described in detail herein.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the supporting frame 11 is a semi-ring, the first linear module 51 is disposed on a rear side surface of the upright 40, and the supporting frame 11 is slidably connected to the first linear module 51. The person wearing the protective suit stands in the space enclosed by the support frame 11 and the upright post 40 to perform the taking-off action of the protective suit.
In fig. 2, the helmet actuating device 10 further includes a fixing rod 13 and a helmet bonding roller moving cylinder 14, the fixing rod 13 is detachably connected to the middle of the supporting frame 11, the helmet bonding roller moving cylinder 14 is arranged on the fixing rod 13, and the helmet bonding roller 12 is fixed on the helmet bonding roller moving cylinder 14.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the shoulder actuator of the present invention, the shoulder actuator 20 further includes a shoulder left-right moving cylinder 22, a connecting plate 23, a shoulder front-back moving cylinder 24, and a fixing plate 25, the shoulder left-right moving cylinder 22 is connected to a slider at an upper end of the second linear module 52, the connecting plate 23 is disposed on a piston rod of the shoulder left-right moving cylinder 22, the shoulder front-back moving cylinder 24 is disposed on the connecting plate 23, the fixing plate 25 is fixed to a piston rod of the shoulder front-back moving cylinder 24, and the shoulder bonding roller 21 is disposed on the fixing plate 25. The axis of the shoulder bonding roller 21 is arranged in the vertical direction, and it can roll in the left-right direction by the shoulder actuator 20.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the shoulder forward and backward moving cylinder 24 is a bidirectional cylinder, and the piston rods at both ends of the bidirectional cylinder are provided with fixing plates 24. The shoulder bonding roller 21 is moved in the front-rear direction by the shoulder back-and-forth moving cylinder 24 so that the shoulder bonding roller 21 is coupled to the snap 61 at the shoulder of the protective suit 70.
In the present invention, the knee actuator 30 includes a knee left-right moving cylinder 32, a connecting plate 23, a knee front-back moving cylinder 33, and a fixing plate 25, as shown in fig. 4, the knee left-right moving cylinder 32 is connected to a slider at the upper end of the second linear module 52, the connecting plate 23 is provided to a piston rod of the knee left-right moving cylinder 32, the knee front-back moving cylinder 33 is provided to the connecting plate 23, the fixing plate 25 is fixed to the piston rod of the knee front-back moving cylinder 33, and the knee bonding roller 31 is provided to the fixing plate 25. The knee left-right moving cylinder 32 can move the connecting plate 23 and the knee bonding roller 31 connected thereto in the left-right direction. The axis of the knee bonding roller 31 is arranged in the horizontal direction, and it can be rolled in the vertical direction by the knee actuator 30.
In fig. 4, the knee forward-backward moving cylinder 33 is a one-way cylinder. The knee bonding roller 31 is moved in the front-rear direction by the knee forward-backward moving cylinder 33, so that the knee bonding roller 31 is connected to the snap 61 of the knee of the protective suit 70.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the helmet bonding roller 12, the shoulder bonding roller 21, and the knee bonding roller 31 include a cylinder 60, and as shown in fig. 5, a snap fastener 61 is provided on an outer circumferential side of the cylinder 60, and the snap fastener 61 is matched with the snap fastener 61 of the protective clothing.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the cylinder 60 is made of rubber. It will be readily appreciated that the cylinder 60 may also be made of other non-metallic materials, such as polytetrafluoroethylene, polyurethane, etc. In fig. 5, the snap fastener 61 is detachably connected to the cylinder 60, so that the snap fastener 61 can be replaced in time, and the fixing effect of the bonding roller is prevented from being affected due to too long use time.
In the invention, the upright columns 40 are vertically arranged, and the distance between adjacent upright columns 40 is 800mm-1000 mm. The distance between adjacent columns 40 is related to the body contour of the human body. Preferably, the distance between adjacent studs 40 is 850 mm. As an embodiment of the invention, the upright posts 40 are arranged on a movable fixed seat, so that the distance between the adjacent upright posts 40 can be flexibly adjusted according to requirements.
The use process of the auxiliary taking-off device of the protective clothing is briefly described as follows:
firstly, a person wearing the protective clothing stands in the middle of the adjacent upright posts 40, and manually pulls down the zipper 71 of the protective clothing;
then, the protective cap bonding roller 12 of the protective cap execution device 10 is connected with the snap fastener 61 at the top of the protective cap, the shoulder bonding roller 21 of the shoulder execution device 20 is connected with the snap fastener 61 at the shoulder of the protective garment, and the knee bonding roller 31 of the knee execution device 30 is connected with the snap fastener 61 at the knee of the protective garment;
then, the protective cap bonding roller moving cylinder 14 on the protective cap executing device 10 moves backwards to make the protective cap bonding roller 12 drive the protective cap to take off backwards, then the first straight line module 51 drives the protective cap executing device 10 to move downwards to drive the protective cap to move downwards, at this time, the shoulder executing device 20 moves towards the left and right sides respectively under the action of the shoulder left and right cylinders 22, the left shoulder executing device 20 drives the left shoulder of the protective suit to move leftwards, the right shoulder executing device 20 drives the left shoulder of the protective suit to move rightwards, and the shoulder bonding roller 21 of the shoulder executing device 20 rotates horizontally to drive the clothes at the zipper mouth to turn outwards, when the first straight line module 51 drives the protective cap executing device 10 to move downwards to the shoulder height, the second straight line module 52 drives the shoulder executing device 20 to move downwards together, thus completing the taking off action of the upper part of the protective suit, when the corresponding slide block of the shoulder executing device 20 contacts with the slide block of the knee executing device 30, the knee executing device 30 is pushed to move downwards to complete the taking-off action of the lower part of the protective clothing.
Finally, the knee bonding roller 31 of the knee actuator 30 is bonded and fixed to the snap buttons 61 on the top surfaces of the feet of the protective clothing, and the feet of the person can be directly pulled out of the protective clothing.
Compared with the prior art, the auxiliary taking-off device for the protective clothing, provided by the invention, has the advantages of reasonable structure and convenience in operation, realizes automatic taking-off of the protective clothing, reduces the operation burden of medical staff, and has better popularization value.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other products in various forms can be obtained by the teaching of the present invention, but any changes in the shape or structure thereof, which are the same as or similar to the technical solutions of the present invention, fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The auxiliary protective clothing taking-off device is characterized by comprising a protective helmet executing device, a shoulder executing device, a knee executing device and an upright post, wherein a first straight line module and a second straight line module are arranged in the length direction of the upright post; the protective cap execution device comprises a support frame and a protective cap bonding roller, the support frame is fixed to the first linear module through a sliding block, and the protective cap bonding roller is arranged on the support frame; the shoulder actuating device is arranged at the upper part of the knee actuating device and comprises a shoulder bonding roller which is used for adjusting the position along the left-right direction and the up-down direction so as to be bonded with the shoulder of the protective clothing; the knee actuator includes a knee bonding roller that is adjusted in position in the left-right direction and in the up-down direction to bond the knee of the protective garment.

The auxiliary device for taking off protective clothing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the protective cap actuator further comprises a fixing rod detachably connected to the middle portion of the support frame and a protective cap bonding roller moving cylinder provided on the fixing rod, the protective cap bonding roller being fixed to the protective cap bonding roller moving cylinder.

9. The auxiliary doffing device of a protective garment as in claim 8 wherein said cylindrical body is made of rubber.
10. The auxiliary take-off device for protective clothing according to claim 1, wherein the vertical columns are vertically arranged, and the distance between adjacent vertical columns is 800mm-1000 mm.
