Abstract
提供了一种新型结构的双特异性融合蛋白,其在全长的IgG铰链区通过可选的肽接头插入第二结合结构域。该融合蛋白具备与IgG相同的表达和生产优势,不影响融合蛋白Fab区的结合活性并进一步提升了稳定性以及获得了更高的半衰期。另外第二结合结构域与靶向结合位点的结合活性相对于其对应可溶性天然结合片段的单体与相应靶点的结合活性相比,有了显著的提高。
