本发明涉及一种线缆扎带。更具体地,本发明涉及相对于传统扎带具有极轻重量的线缆扎带。
背景技术
众所周知,线缆扎带由长形本体构成,所述长形本体设有多个齿,所述多个齿沿扎带本体的整个延伸部布置,并与限定在扎带的良好界定区域(well-delimited region)处的适配槽口接合。
以这种方式,使用者将扎带缠绕在待扎紧的线缆周围,并通过作用在牵引元件上而拉动扎带,使扎带滑动直到扎带本体的齿与槽口接合,从而固定线缆。
上述解决方案虽然有效,但必然伴有不可忽略的扎带重量,并且例如在需要大量使用扎带的汽车领域,这可能对车辆的最终重量产生影响。考虑到减轻重量的极端需求,以及控制燃料消耗的目标,“沉重”的扎带是不可取的。
此外,为了被固定,传统的扎带需要使扎带本体完全滑过紧固区域(tighteningregion),而不可能决定在本体的中间点处固定扎带。
这一事实意味着既需要有足够的空间来穿过扎带的本体并将其紧固,这在发动机舱的有限空间中并不总是可能的,而且还需要使用者进行更复杂的手动操作,其必须用一只手将扎带的本体穿过并使其整体滑动。
甚至再者,传统扎带需要被切断以便重新打开。能重新打开的类型的扎带必须用两只手,使扎带的整个本体沿其全部长度穿过而重新打开。
发明内容
本发明的目标是提供一种与传统扎带相比具有减轻的重量的线缆扎带。
在该目标内,本发明的一个目的是提供一种线缆扎带,其中可以在无需使扎带的整个本体滑过紧固区域的情况下进行扎带的插入。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种能快速脱开的扎带。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种具有至少与传统扎带相同的保持能力的线缆扎带。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种可靠性高、能容易且实际地实施并且成本低的线缆扎带。
该目标以及在下文中将变得更加显而易见的这些和其他目的通过一种线缆扎带来实现,所述线缆扎带包括扎带本体,其特征在于,所述扎带本体设置有沿其延伸部布置的用于紧固的多个槽口。

具体实施方式
参考附图,根据本发明的线缆扎带总体上用附图标记1表示,包括长形的(带状)扎带本体2,该扎带本体设置有多个槽口3,所述多个槽口沿着长形本体2的延伸部(基本上沿着本体的用于紧固的整个部分)横向地布置。
便利地,槽口3可以显著减轻扎带的重量,同时可以确保扎带围绕线缆或更确切地多个传导线缆5的联接和紧固,如图4所示。
扎带本体2的一端处设置有板状元件6,所述板状元件的中心设置有多个接合齿7,这些接合齿适于与扎带本体2的槽口3接合。板状元件6还设置有一对保持齿(retentionteeth)8,所述保持齿既允许扎带本体2通过平移而穿过它们,就像在正常扎带中发生的那样,利用扎带本体2的变窄的横截面部分9来插入到这对面对的齿8之间,并且还允许扎带本体2在其任何中间点处插入。这是由于限定在面对的齿8的上端处的倾斜平面9的存在,所述倾斜平面允许扎带本体2倾斜地插入且定位在齿8的下端处,与板状元件6相邻,且齿7接合在槽口3中。
接合齿7具有相对于板状元件的表面倾斜的面和与板状元件的表面垂直的面。
便利地,板状元件6在接合齿7下方具有减小的厚度,即,所述板状元件6被挖空并设有凹部10。
凹部10赋予板状元件6挠曲性并允许扎带本体2在板状元件6与保持齿8之间滑动。
事实上,当使用者想要紧固扎带时,无论他或她是已将扎带本体2的整个长度插入穿过保持齿8,或是他或她已在其中间点处插入(如前所述),都通过作用在环11上来进行紧固,该环位于扎带本体2的与板状元件6所位于的端部相反的端部处。
然后拉动环11以便能够紧固。拉动所述环11的动作确保了扎带本体2在板状元件6挠曲的情况下在齿7上滑过,从而允许扎带本体2从一个齿跳到下一个齿并因此将合适的槽口3定位为与齿7接合,以确保所需的紧固。
便利地,板状元件6在下部区域中设置有至少一对凸起部分12,所述凸起部分构成从板状元件6的下表面突出的突起并允许抵靠需要用根据本发明的扎带捆绑的传导线缆5或波纹管的进一步紧固动作。
根据本发明的扎带允许非常快速地打开(重新打开),仅使用一只手并且不需要切断扎带。
事实上,使用者可以作用在环11上用一只手向上朝向紧固区域拉动。弹性的保持齿8屈服并允许长形(带状)本体离开,从而允许扎带脱离。
在实践中已经发现,根据本发明的线缆扎带相对于传统的扎带减轻了重量,并且如果该扎带用于例如机动车辆中,这是一个巨大的优势。
此外,无需将扎带本体完全穿过紧固区域(板状元件和保持齿),而只需通过为扎带本体选择合适的位置,就可联接扎带,从而能够使本体仅滑动最小距离来执行紧固。
如此构思的扎带易于进行许多修改和变化,所有修改和变化都落在所附权利要求的范围内。
此外,所有细节都可以由其他技术上等效的元件代替。
在实践中,所使用的材料以及视情况而定的形状和尺寸可以是根据要求和技术现状的任何材料、形状和尺寸。

Claims (9)

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的扎带,其特征在于,所述本体(2)具有长形形状并且在一端处包括板状元件(6)并且在相对端处包括牵引环(11)。
4.根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的扎带,其特征在于,所述板状元件(6)设置有多个接合齿(7),所述接合齿适于接合在所述扎带本体(2)的所述槽口(3)中。
5.根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的扎带,其特征在于,所述扎带包括布置在所述板状元件(6)上的一对保持齿(8),所述保持齿彼此面对并且相对于所述接合齿(7)的延伸部垂直。
6.根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的扎带,其特征在于,所述保持齿(8)在其上端处成形有倾斜平面(9),以允许所述扎带本体(2)在所述本体(2)的中间区域的接合。
7.根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的扎带,其特征在于,所述板状元件(6)在所述接合齿(7)处具有较小的厚度,以当所述扎带本体(2)在所述板状元件(6)与所述保持齿(8)之间滑动时允许所述板状元件(6)具有挠曲性。
8.根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的扎带,其特征在于,所述接合齿(7)具有相对于所述板状元件(6)的表面倾斜的面和与所述板状元件(6)的表面垂直的面。
9.根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的扎带,其特征在于,所述板状元件(6)在下部区域中设置有至少一对凸起部分(12),所述凸起部分构成从所述板状元件(6)的下表面的突起并允许进一步的动作以紧固所述扎带本体。
