Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种特别是用于机动车辆的内燃机的废气涡轮增压器。
背景技术
由涡轮增压器进行增压的内燃机在机动车辆中是已知的。内燃机的废气流驱动涡轮增压器的涡轮叶轮,该涡轮叶轮与压缩机叶轮连接,该压缩机叶轮在将空气输入内燃机前对内燃机进气道中的空气进行压缩。这样就将更多空气输入进气道,从而提高发动机功率和发动机转矩。
但这类废气涡轮增压器的缺点是,废气涡轮增压器的响应特性与废气流相关。因而揭示有电动辅助废气涡轮增压器,其中电机被集成到废气涡轮增压器中。相关案例如参阅DE 11 2018 002 019 T5。该公开案揭示一种具有电机的废气涡轮增压器,其中借助喷管将油输往转子轴的轴承,以便向轴承供应润滑油。此举需要相当大的结构空间。
DE 11 2013 000 614 T5还揭示一种具有电机的废气涡轮增压器,其中通过若干通道将油输往轴承。由壳体的漏斗形区域收集油并排出。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有紧凑结构和高效冷却的废气涡轮增压器。
本发明用以达成上述目的的解决方案通过如下特征来实现。
本发明的一个实施例涉及一种具有壳体的废气涡轮增压器,在所述壳体中借助轴承支承有轴体,所述轴体以一侧承载涡轮叶轮,另一侧承载压缩机叶轮,其中设有具有转子和定子的电机,其中所述转子抗扭地固定在所述轴体上并且所述定子在径向外侧围绕所述转子,其中在所述定子与所述转子之间布置有套管,所述套管径向地和轴向地支承所述转子,且其中所述套管具有至少一个流体通道,借助所述流体通道,冷却流体可被导往所述轴体的轴承。通过设置套管就能实现转子的支承功能和冷却流体的分配功能,从而在较小的结构空间中进行可靠的冷却流体供应。
根据一种有利实施方式,所述涡轮叶轮和所述压缩机叶轮布置在所述轴体的彼此间隔一定距离的端区上。从而实现有利的结构空间设计,因为用于驱动涡轮叶轮的输入和排出的废气位于轴体的一侧,而从压缩机叶轮输入和排出的增压空气位于轴体的另一侧。
特别有利地,设有至少两个轴承,其中所述轴承中的各一个以与所述涡轮叶轮或者与所述压缩机叶轮相邻的方式布置在所述轴体的一个端区的区域内。从而在轴承区域内实现了良好的负荷分布,同时在轴承之间为转子提供了结构空间。
在另一实施例中,优选设有电子单元,其与所述轴承中的一个和/或与所述定子相邻。这样就能以节省空间的方式布置用于控制电机、特别是作为功率电子设备的电子单元,其中结构上的接近也有利于输送冷却流体。
特别有利地,所述电子单元轴向地布置在所述涡轮叶轮与所述压缩机叶轮之间并且可被所述冷却流体流入以进行冷却。这样就通过从定子、转子和/或轴承进行冷却流体输送,来以节省空间的方式对电子单元进行集成式冷却。
特别有利地,所述冷却流体可借助流体管线被输往所述定子以及/或者所述定子布置在流体空间中,所述流体空间可被输入冷却流体以冷却所述定子,而后所述冷却流体可从所述定子被输往所述套管的流体通道。此举有利于冷却废气涡轮增压器的构件。
在另一有利方案中,所述冷却流体可从所述套管的流体通道被导往所述转子,以冷却所述转子。
根据有利的技术方案,所述轴承可以是滑动轴承和/或滚动轴承,其中使用球轴承特别有利。

具体实施方式
图1为本发明的废气涡轮增压器1的一个实施例的示意性截面图,图2为本发明的废气涡轮增压器1的另一实施例的另一示意性截面图。基本设计是相似的,其中特别是在所用轴承4方面有所不同。
图1和图2所示废气涡轮增压器1分别具有壳体2,分别有一个轴体3借助轴承4可扭转地支承在该壳体中。图1所示实施例中使用的是滚动轴承5,而图2所示实施例中使用的是滑动轴承6。例如可将球轴承或圆锥滚子轴承或类似轴承用作滚动轴承。
轴体3以一侧承载涡轮叶轮7,另一侧承载压缩机叶轮8。涡轮叶轮7由废气流驱动,从而驱动轴体3。固定在轴体3上的压缩机叶轮8输送增压空气并对其进行压缩。
从图1和图2中可以看出,涡轮叶轮7和压缩机叶轮8布置在轴体3的彼此间隔一定距离的端区13上。
设置至少两个轴承4以支承轴体3,其中各有一个轴承4布置在轴体3的一个端区13的区域内,因而与涡轮叶轮7或者与压缩机叶轮8相邻。
此外,设有具有转子10和定子11的电机9。电机9用于特别是以与可用废气流无关的方式或者作为其补充方案而驱动废气涡轮增压器1或轴体3。
转子10抗扭地固定在轴体3上并且定子11在径向外侧围绕转子10,从而实现紧凑型结构。
在定子11与转子10之间布置有套管12。优选且示例性地由塑料或另一不可磁化材料构成的这个套管12用于相对于定子11和壳体2径向和轴向地支承转子10。定子11优选牢固地保持在壳体2中。
为了冷却定子11、转子10和轴承4,借助流体管线14将冷却流体、特别是例如润滑油输往定子11以及/或者定子11布置在流体空间15中,该流体空间可被输入冷却流体以冷却定子11。从定子11出发,冷却流体从定子11被导往套管12中的流体通道16,冷却流体在此处被分流并导引至轴承4。套管12具有至少一个流体通道16,借助该流体通道,冷却流体可被导往轴体3的轴承4,以便对轴承4进行冷却并视需要进行润滑。
优选地,冷却流体从套管12中的流体通道16被导往转子10,以便同样对转子10进行冷却。
此外还设有电子单元17,其与轴承4中的一个和/或与定子11相邻。特别有利和示例性地,电子单元17轴向地布置在涡轮叶轮7和压缩机叶轮8之间。电子单元17特别是并且示例性地与涡轮叶轮7或者与压缩机叶轮8相邻,其中出于热力理由而优选与压缩机叶轮相邻布置。
电子单元17可被冷却流体流入以进行冷却。冷却流体可以用于从轴承4或者朝向轴承4的流动或回流。替代地,冷却流体也可以用于定子11和/或转子10的流动或回流。

Claims (8)
1.一种具有壳体(2)的废气涡轮增压器(1),在所述壳体中借助轴承(4)支承有轴体(3),所述轴体以一侧承载涡轮叶轮(7),另一侧承载压缩机叶轮(8),其中设有具有转子(10)和定子(11)的电机(9),其中所述转子(10)抗扭地固定在所述轴体(3)上并且所述定子(11)在径向外侧围绕所述转子(10),其中在所述定子(11)与所述转子(10)之间布置有套管(12),所述套管径向地和轴向地支承所述转子(10),且其中所述套管(12)具有至少一个流体通道(16),借助所述流体通道,冷却流体可被导往所述轴体(3)的轴承(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废气涡轮增压器(1),其特征在于,所述涡轮叶轮(7)和所述压缩机叶轮(8)布置在所述轴体(3)的彼此间隔一定距离的端区(13)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的废气涡轮增压器(1),其特征在于,设有至少两个轴承(4),其中所述轴承(4)中的各一个以与所述涡轮叶轮(7)或者与所述压缩机叶轮(8)相邻的方式布置在所述轴体(3)的一个端区(13)的区域内。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的废气涡轮增压器(1),其特征在于,设有电子单元(17),其与所述轴承(4)中的一个和/或与所述定子(11)相邻。
5.根据权利要求4所述的废气涡轮增压器(1),其特征在于,所述电子单元(17)轴向地布置在所述涡轮叶轮(7)与所述压缩机叶轮(8)之间并且可被所述冷却流体流入以进行冷却。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的废气涡轮增压器(1),其特征在于,所述冷却流体可借助流体管线(14)被输往所述定子(11)以及/或者所述定子(11)布置在流体空间(15)中,所述流体空间可被输入冷却流体以冷却所述定子(11),而后所述冷却流体可从所述定子(11)被输往所述套管(12)的流体通道(16)。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的废气涡轮增压器(1),其特征在于,冷却流体可从所述套管(12)的流体通道(16)被导往所述转子(10),以冷却所述转子(10)。
8.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的废气涡轮增压器(1),其特征在于,所述轴承(4)是滑动轴承(6)和/或滚动轴承(5),特别是球轴承。
