Abstract
本发明属于卷烟包装材料领域,具体涉及一种防渗卷烟纸及其制备方法。该防渗卷烟纸包括从内到外依次设置的第一卷烟纸层、防渗层和第二卷烟纸层;其中,以质量份计,所述防渗层包括8‑15份的载体涂料、10‑20份的防油剂、3‑8份的防潮剂、5‑15份的粘合剂。本发明由第一卷烟纸层、防渗层和第二卷烟纸层复合形成的具有三层结构的卷烟纸,可有效防止烟支中的雾化剂等油性介质的渗漏;其中的防渗层由载体涂料与防油剂、防潮剂和粘合剂交联固化形成,对烟支内部起到防油防水作用,而且不引入金属、塑料等可能影响人体健康的物质,进而在防止烟草基质渗漏的同时保证了安全、无毒,并且防止卷烟加工过程中对微波检测仪的干扰,使得卷烟产品质量得到有效控制。

技术领域
本发明属于卷烟包装材料领域,具体涉及一种防渗卷烟纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
加热不燃烧卷烟是通过外部热源加热烟草,使得其中的雾化剂、香味物质以及尼古丁挥发,形成类似于传统卷烟的烟雾,并获得生理满足感。不同于传统卷烟,加热卷烟的气溶胶释放主要来自加热状态下雾化剂受热挥发,为了提升加热不燃烧卷烟的烟雾量,一般通过提高烟支的雾化剂含量来实现。
然而,由于发烟介质的吸湿、吸潮能力较强,导致雾化剂容易通过卷烟纸外渗或通过毛细作用扩散至烟支表面,因此,加热卷烟中的雾化剂对卷烟纸的渗透是一个较为严重且普遍存在的问题。
为了解决雾化剂的渗漏问题,不少中烟工业企业研究了防渗透型卷烟纸,例如,中国专利CN207912056U将金属或塑料薄膜作为防渗纸应用于加热卷烟中,虽然可以起到一定的防渗效果,但由于金属或塑料的引入,无法保证该防渗纸在实际使用过程中的生物安全性。CN110973694A公开了一种防止发烟介质中物质外渗和扩散的卷烟及其制备方法,通过内层使用金属、外层使用防油疏水涂料复合而成的卷烟纸来达到防止发烟介质渗透的目的,但是外层的防油材料中主要为一系列高分子材料的组合,其中的氟素丙烯酸酯等本身含有毒性,无法确保其生物安全性;而且金属层的引入也使得卷烟纸回弹性差,无法通过微波检测控制烟支质量。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种防渗卷烟纸及其制备方法,所制备的卷烟纸既可有效防止加热卷中烟雾化剂等油性介质的渗漏,又不引入金属或塑料等物质,安全、无毒。
现有技术中防渗透卷烟纸的制备通常有两种方式,一是在卷烟纸的表面涂覆一层防渗剂,但由于纸材内部和截面上的孔隙度较大,还是会有物质渗出并在烟支表面扩散;二是采用铝箔纸或金属与卷烟纸复合的方式来抵抗雾化剂的渗透,但由于铝箔纸的回弹性能较差导致烟支加工完成后的圆度无法达标,同时由于金属铝箔的引入会对微波产生干扰,使得无法使用微波检测仪对烟支质量进行在线控制,导致批量产品的质量稳定性和吸阻稳定性较差。除此之外,铝箔纸的引入直接与烟丝接触也存在重金属元素迁移的隐患。
因此,本发明人摒弃了已为习知的上述改进手段,通过其不断的实验和探索发现通过对卷烟纸进行三层设计,首先在第一卷烟纸层上涂布防渗层,然后将第二卷烟纸层与防渗层复合,形成中间含有防渗层的夹心结构,可有效避免烟支中雾化剂等油性液体向外渗漏,而且形成防渗层的组分中不含铝箔纸等金属,回弹性好,不会对微波产生干扰,可使用微波检测仪对产品质量进行在线检测;同时,避免了重金属元素向烟丝迁移的隐患,安全、无毒。除此之外,第一卷烟纸层的引入在更大程度上避免了防渗料在高温受热条件下可能产生的气液物质向发烟基质迁移,进一步保障了该种卷烟纸的使用安全性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种防渗卷烟纸,包括从内到外依次设置的第一卷烟纸层、防渗层和第二卷烟纸层;其中,以质量份计,所述防渗层包括8-15份的载体涂料、10-20份的防油剂、3-8份的防潮剂和5-15份的粘合剂。
载体涂料可固化成膜形成防渗层的基体;防油剂、防潮剂和粘合剂穿插在载体涂料中,提高防渗层的致密性,使得固化后所形成的防渗层具有良好的防油防潮效果,从而既能有效防止卷烟内部的酯性雾化剂渗出,又能避免外界水蒸气渗入;而且,其中的粘合剂还可作为载体涂料的助剂,促进其成膜并提高防渗层的稳定性。
然而,以上材料组分在卷烟加热过程中难免会存在有机物的挥发。因此,为避免在防止雾化剂渗漏的同时将外源性有害物质引入到烟芯中,本发明将防渗卷烟纸设计为三层,由第一卷烟纸层、第二卷烟纸层和两层中间的防渗层叠加而成。由于第一卷烟纸层与烟芯材料相接触,可以防止加热时防渗层中的挥发性物质渗入或扩散至烟芯材料中,从而不但有效避免外源性物质进入烟丝,影响抽吸口感和人体健康,而且防止外界水蒸气过多进入烟丝而造成卷烟发潮的现象。第二卷烟纸层具有较好的透气性,加快防渗层受热时可能挥发或渗出的气态或液态物质远离内部烟丝,进一步减少对卷烟内部烟芯材料的影响,避免了防渗涂层可能造成的抽吸品质下降或带来健康隐患。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述第一卷烟纸层的克重为32-40g/m2,透气度为0-10CU。由于第一卷烟纸层是直接接触烟丝的,其透气度不能过高,控制在10CU以下,可有效防止防渗层受热时可能挥发或渗入的气态或液态物质透过第一卷烟纸层与烟丝接触,造成健康安全隐患,以及防止外界的水蒸气过多进入烟丝导致烟丝受潮。
作为本发明进一步的方案,所述第二卷烟纸层的克重为20-26g/m2,透气度为70-100CU。第二卷烟纸层直接与外界接触,其应具有较好的透气性,透气度控制在70CU以上,加快防渗层受热时可能挥发或渗出的气态或液态物质远离内部烟丝。
防渗层的厚度过大,在受热后将可能造成过多挥发性气体的释放,影响抽吸品质和人体健康;若厚度过小,则可能达不到有效的防渗效果。作为本发明进一步的方案:所述防渗层的厚度为第二卷烟纸层厚度的3/10-1/2,为第一卷烟纸层厚度的1/5-1/3。
淀粉是绿色植物进行光合作用的产物,主要来源于玉米、小麦和薯类等农产品,具有资源丰富、价廉、可再生、不枯竭等特点,具有生物可降解性,污染小,符合环境保护及人身安全等要求;而且,天然淀粉属于水溶性高分子,其基本构成单位为α-D-吡喃葡萄糖,葡萄糖脱去水分子后经由糖苷键连接在一起所形成的共价聚合物。因此,淀粉之间可以交联成膜,将淀粉作为防渗层的主要成膜物质不但来源广、成本低,而且其为水溶性物质,可以减少有机溶剂的使用,进而减少对卷烟抽吸品质和人体健康的影响。作为本发明进一步的方案:所述载体涂料为淀粉。
淀粉分子中葡萄糖残基中的C2、C3和C6位醇羟基在一定条件下能发生氧化、酯化、醚化、烷基化、交联等化学反应,生成各种淀粉衍生物。为了进一步提高防渗液成膜后的附着力和成膜性,作为本发明进一步的方案:所述淀粉为改性淀粉。
本申请改性淀粉的种类不限,可以为氧化淀粉、交联淀粉、羟烷基淀粉和多孔淀粉等。为了提高成膜后防渗层的致密度和防渗透性能以及与第一卷烟纸层和第二卷烟纸层的粘合力,作为本发明进一步的方案:所述改性淀粉为氧化淀粉、阳离子淀粉、氧化酯化淀粉中的一种或多种。这些改性后的淀粉含丰富的含氧基团或离子,其相互之间以及与穿插在其中的防潮剂、粘合剂和防油剂之间形成共价键、离子键或静电相互作用,使得所形成的防渗层致密度好,性质稳定。
防油剂的非极性基团分为碳氢链和氟碳链,高分子材料作为防油剂可穿插在淀粉所形成的膜基体中,并在基体表面形成一层油、水不相溶的致密层来达到防水防油效果。氟是自然界中电负性最大的元素,几乎不能被激化,当碳氢链上的氢被氟取代后键能增加,键长变短,氟碳键的稳定性非常好,且氟碳分子间的作用力很小,因此含氟化合物具有极低的表面能,有良好的防水防油性能。含氟化合物可与淀粉交联形成一层薄膜,使得所形成的防渗层表面能显著降低,从而表现出憎水憎油的性能。因此当含氟化合物与淀粉交联并固化成膜后,含氟的长侧链能够在界面伸展而又定向排列,可以发挥防水防油效果。作为本发明进一步的方案:所述防油剂为含氟化合物。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述含氟化合物为全氟烷基磷酸酯或全氟聚醚磷酸酯。全氟取代的化合物防油防水效果优异,可有效避免卷烟内部的雾化剂渗出,又可防止外界水蒸气进入卷烟内部造成烟丝受潮。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述粘合剂为海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素、糊精、聚乙烯醇中的一种或多种。上述粘合剂不但对人体无毒无害,易降解,减少环境污染,而且还可作为载体涂料的助剂,促进其成膜并提高防渗层的稳定性。
另外,本发明还提供了一种防渗卷烟纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将载体涂料与水共热,得到混合液A;
(2)向步骤(1)得到的混合液A中加入防油剂,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B;
(3)向步骤(2)的混合液B中加入防潮剂和粘合剂,于70-85℃条件下搅拌均匀,得到混合液C;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的混合液C均匀涂布至第一卷烟纸,然后将第二卷烟纸与涂有混合液B的第一卷烟纸粘合,即得到防渗卷烟纸。
步骤(3)中必要时还可加入额外的助剂,以增强所述载体涂料的成膜速率和成膜后渗透层的稳定性。步骤(4)中将第一卷烟纸、防渗剂和第二卷烟纸粘接复合的顺序不限,可以先将混合液B均匀涂布至第一卷烟纸,然后将第二卷烟纸与涂有混合液B的第一卷烟纸复合;也可以先涂布第二卷烟纸,再粘合第一卷烟纸。
本申请以载体涂料作为成膜基体,防油剂、防潮剂和粘合剂穿插在基体的网状结构中,不但增加膜基体的致密性,而且防油剂和防潮剂在基体表面还形成了疏油防水层,使得所形成的防渗层具有良好的防渗效果,既可阻止卷烟内部的雾化剂等油性介质向外渗漏,又可避免外界水蒸气进入卷烟内部导致烟丝受潮。另外,防渗层的内外两侧还分别粘合了第一卷烟纸和第二卷烟纸,进而使得所制备的卷烟纸形成具有第一卷烟纸层、防渗层和第二卷烟纸层的三明治夹心结构,三层复合结构可以进一步避免雾化剂的渗漏。另外,第一卷烟纸层可防止防渗层中的各组分受热挥发后渗入或扩散至内部烟丝,第二卷烟纸层可将防渗层中可能挥发的物质迅速扩散至外部,避免向内渗入至烟丝,而且对防渗层起到保护作用,避免防渗层直接与外界接触而造成磨损脱落。因此,本发明提供的卷烟纸可以有效防止卷烟内部雾化剂等基质向外渗漏,并且不引入其他可能会影响卷烟产品质量的因素,对人体安全、无毒。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明由第一卷烟纸层、防渗层和第二卷烟纸层复合形成的具有三层结构的卷烟纸,可有效防止烟支中的雾化剂等油性介质的渗漏;其中的防渗层由载体涂料与防油剂、防潮剂和助剂交联固化形成,对烟支内部起到防油防水作用,而且不引入金属、塑料等可能影响人体健康的物质,从而在防止烟草基质渗漏的同时保证了安全、无毒。
另外,本发明的卷烟纸不含金属铝箔层,避免了含金属铝箔的卷烟纸回弹性差而导致烟支圆度无法达标的问题,同时防止金属铝箔对卷烟加工过程中对微波检测仪的干扰,使得卷烟产品质量得到有效控制。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种防渗卷烟纸,包括从下到上依次设置的第一卷烟纸层1、防渗层2和第二卷烟纸层3;其中,第一卷烟纸层1与烟芯材料(烟丝)相接触,以质量份计,所述防渗层2包括15份的载体涂料、20份的防油剂、8份的防潮剂和15份的粘合剂。其通过以下步骤进行制备:
(1)取15份的氧化淀粉分散于80mL去离子水中,于70℃下糊化40min,得到糊化淀粉混合液A;
(2)向步骤(1)得到的糊化淀粉混合液A中加入20份的聚乙烯醇,在磁力搅拌器上以500rpm的转速搅拌均匀,得到混合液B;
(3)向混合液B中依次加入8份的氯化钙粉末、15份的海藻酸钠,在85℃下搅拌,使各组分充分混合,得到混合液C;
(4)取克重为40g/m2,透气度为10CU的卷烟纸作为第一卷烟纸层;克重为26g/m2,透气度为100CU的卷烟纸作为第二卷烟纸层。使用涂布机将混合液C分散于涂布棒上,然后将其均匀涂布至第一卷烟纸上,随后将带有防渗液(即混合液C)的第一卷烟纸与第二卷烟纸粘合,控制防渗层厚度为第一卷烟纸层的1/3,为第二卷烟纸层的1/2,随后将复合后的卷烟纸置于90℃的温度条件下充分干燥,得到防渗卷烟纸。
实施例2
一种防渗卷烟纸,包括从下到上依次设置的第一卷烟纸层1、防渗层2和第二卷烟纸层3;其中,第一卷烟纸层1与烟芯材料(烟丝)相接触,以质量份计,所述防渗层2包括8份的载体涂料、10份的防油剂、3份的防潮剂和5份的粘合剂。其通过以下步骤进行制备:
(1)取8份的阳离子淀粉分散于80mL去离子水中,于70℃下糊化40min,得到糊化淀粉混合液A;
(2)向步骤(1)得到的糊化淀粉混合液A中加入10份的氟烷基磷酸酯,在磁力搅拌器上以500rpm的转速搅拌均匀,得到混合液B;
(3)向混合液B中依次加入3份的分子筛粉末、5份的羧甲基纤维素,在70℃下搅拌,使各组分充分混合,得到混合液C;
(4)取克重为32g/m2,透气度为0CU的卷烟纸作为第一卷烟纸层;克重为20g/m2,透气度为70CU的卷烟纸作为第二卷烟纸层。使用涂布机将混合液C分散于涂布棒上,然后将其均匀涂布至第一卷烟纸上,随后将带有防渗液(即混合液C)的第一卷烟纸与第二卷烟纸粘合,控制防渗层厚度为第一卷烟纸层的1/5,为第二卷烟纸层的3/10,随后将复合后的卷烟纸置于90℃的温度条件下充分干燥,得到防渗卷烟纸。
实施例3
一种防渗卷烟纸,包括从下到上依次设置的第一卷烟纸层1、防渗层2和第二卷烟纸层3;其中,第一卷烟纸层1与烟芯材料(烟丝)相接触,以质量份计,所述防渗层2包括10份的载体涂料、15份的防油剂、5份的防潮剂和8份的粘合剂。其通过以下步骤进行制备:
(1)取10份的氧化酯化淀粉分散于80mL去离子水中,于70℃下糊化40min,得到糊化淀粉混合液A;
(2)向步骤(1)得到的糊化淀粉混合液A中加入15份的聚乳酸,在磁力搅拌器上以400rpm的转速搅拌均匀,得到混合液B;
(3)向混合液B中依次加入5份的氯化钙粉末、8份的十二碳醇酯,在70℃下搅拌,使各组分充分混合,得到混合液C;
(4)取克重为30g/m2,透气度为5CU的卷烟纸作为第一卷烟纸层;克重为20g/m2,透气度为80CU的卷烟纸作为第二卷烟纸层。使用涂布机将混合液C分散于涂布棒上,然后将其均匀涂布至第一卷烟纸上,随后将带有防渗液(即混合液C)的第一卷烟纸与第二卷烟纸粘合,控制防渗层厚度为第一卷烟纸层的1/4,为第二卷烟纸层的2/5,随后将复合后的卷烟纸置于90℃的温度条件下充分干燥,得到防渗卷烟纸。
实施例4
一种防渗卷烟纸,包括从下到上依次设置的第一卷烟纸层1、防渗层2和第二卷烟纸层3;其中,第一卷烟纸层1与烟芯材料(烟丝)相接触,以质量份计,所述防渗层2包括13份的载体涂料、18份的防油剂、6份的防潮剂和10份的粘合剂。其通过以下步骤进行制备:
(1)取13份的阳离子淀粉分散于80mL去离子水中,于70℃下糊化40min,得到糊化淀粉混合液A;
(2)向步骤(1)得到的糊化淀粉混合液A中加入18份的全氟聚醚磷酸酯,在磁力搅拌器上以500rpm的转速搅拌均匀,得到混合液B;
(3)向混合液B中依次加入6份的分子筛粉末、10份的羧甲基纤维素,在70℃下搅拌,使各组分充分混合,得到混合液C;
(4)取克重为38g/m2,透气度为8CU的卷烟纸作为第一卷烟纸层;克重为22g/m2,透气度为90CU的卷烟纸作为第二卷烟纸层。使用涂布机将混合液C分散于涂布棒上,然后将其均匀涂布至第一卷烟纸上,随后将带有防渗液(即混合液C)的第一卷烟纸与第二卷烟纸粘合,控制防渗层厚度为第一卷烟纸层的1/5,为第二卷烟纸层的2/5,随后将复合后的卷烟纸置于90℃的温度条件下充分干燥,得到防渗卷烟纸。
对比例1
使用普通卷烟纸作为本发明的对比例1。
对比例2
使用厚度为6.5μm的金属铝箔与普通卷烟纸使用无溶剂复膜胶粘结,得到复合卷烟纸。
评价
采用专利CN 110973694 A中公开的一种防止发烟介质中物质外渗的卷烟的制备方法,将本发明实施例1和对比例制备的防渗卷烟纸包裹发烟介质棒(即烟芯材料)得到发烟介质段,然后使用水松纸将发烟介质段和滤棒进行卷接成型,得到卷烟制品。对所得卷烟制品的重量和圆度进行测试,并在一段时间后观察卷烟的外观情况。
防渗漏评价
将对比例1制备的烟支与本发明实施例1制备的烟支放置在常温条件下,每5天观察一次卷烟内部雾化剂等油性介质在烟支表面的渗漏情况,持续观察30天,结果如表1所示。
从表1可以看出,对比例1的卷烟烟支出现明显的雾化剂渗漏,而本发明防渗卷烟纸制备的烟支表面干净,无任何渗漏现象,表明本发明提供的防渗卷烟纸与普通卷烟纸相比具有更好的防渗性。
卷烟制品质量评价
以卷烟烟支的圆度和重量为指标,取30支由本发明实施例1和对比例2的防渗卷烟纸制备的卷烟进行评价。
评价过程:圆度是指烟丝端的长径与短径的差值。采用国标《GB/B5606.3-2005第3部分:包装、卷制技术》对卷烟制品的圆度进行测量:将卷烟制品放在烟支圆度检测仪上进行测量,分别得到烟支的最大直径D1和最小直径D2,圆度D=D1-D2。
将卷烟样品在温度为22±2℃,相对湿度为60±3%的条件下平衡48h,采用GB/T22838.4-2009《卷烟和滤棒物理性能的测定第4部分:卷烟质量》规定的方法,使用QT综合测试台对卷烟样品进行重量检测。圆度和重量检测结果记于表2中。
评价结果:
从表2可以看出,实施例1的重量变异系数是对比例2的1/3;同时烟支的圆度也得到了较大幅度减小,平均值只有0.1mm,小于对比例2使用铝箔卷烟纸的0.15mm。这是因为对比例2中金属铝箔的引入会对卷烟在线生产过程中微波检测系统的微波产生干扰,使得无法使用微波检测仪对卷烟质量进行在线控制;而使用本发明防渗卷烟纸制备的烟支对微波无干扰,可以在卷烟机上直接使用微波控制重量,使得烟支的质量稳定性大幅度提高。由此表明,使用本发明防渗卷烟纸在提高烟支生产的单重稳定性以及减小卷烟圆度方面都有极大的提升。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种防渗卷烟纸,其特征在于,包括从内到外依次设置的第一卷烟纸层、防渗层和第二卷烟纸层;其中,以质量份计,所述防渗层包括8-15份的载体涂料、10-20份的防油剂、3-8份的防潮剂和5-15份的粘合剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防渗卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述第一卷烟纸层的克重为32-40g/m2,透气度为0-10CU。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防渗卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述第二卷烟纸层的克重为20-26g/m2,透气度为70-100CU。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防渗卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述防渗层的厚度为第二卷烟纸层厚度的3/10-1/2,为第一卷烟纸层厚度的1/5-1/3。

10.一种根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的防渗卷烟纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将载体涂料与水共热,得到混合液A;
(2)向步骤(1)得到的混合液A中加入防油剂,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B;
