本发明公开了一种卷烟纸,其特征在于,其包括:卷烟纸本体(2);吸附层(3),其位于所述卷烟纸本体(2)一侧;隔离层(1),其位于所述卷烟纸本体(2)另一侧;基于重量百分比,所述吸附层(3)为所述卷烟纸总重量的0.5%~5.0%,所述隔离层(1)为所述卷烟纸总重量的0.5%~5.0%;所述吸附层(3)为氯化钙层;所述隔离层(1)为石蜡和聚乙烯混合层。本发明还公开了包括该卷烟纸的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,所述烟支还包括烟芯材料(4),其中,所述吸附层(3)靠近所述烟芯材料(4)。本发明卷烟纸可以防止加热不燃烧卷烟烟支受潮产生黄斑,以及烟芯材料吸水导致的抽吸体验变差的问题。

Description

一种加热不燃烧卷烟烟支及其使用的卷烟纸
技术领域
本发明涉及加热不燃烧卷烟及卷烟用纸领域,具体涉及一种加热不燃烧卷烟烟支及其使用的卷烟纸。
背景技术
在加热不燃烧卷烟中,卷烟纸主要用于包裹烟芯材料,对烟气释放、吸味等方面有影响,但不参与燃烧。加热不燃烧卷烟烟芯材料中含有大量发烟剂,发烟剂具有保润、吸湿的特性,常规卷烟纸具有一定透气性,烟支直接暴露于空气中容易吸水受潮,直接影响抽吸时的发烟效果,长时间处于高湿环境下还存在黄斑烟的风险,抽吸阻力也会增加。
目前卷烟纸制备过程中会在卷烟纸本体外侧涂布石蜡和聚乙烯混合层,从而起到隔离的作用,防止环境中的水分进入到烟支内部的烟芯材料中,避免烟芯材料吸水受潮,但实际工作当中,由于烟芯材料添加了大量发烟剂,在运输及贮存等环节就会吸收大量水分,导致卷制成卷烟烟支之前,烟芯材料已经吸水受潮,这种情况下即使在卷烟纸本体外侧涂布隔离层,卷烟烟支仍然会由于内部烟芯材料水分含量高,造成卷烟烟支出现黄斑,以及抽吸体验变差的问题。因此,为了避免卷烟烟支出现黄斑和抽吸体验变差,就不仅仅要防止环境中的水分进入到烟支内部的烟芯材料,还要控制烟支内部烟芯材料含水量。
为了解决以上问题,提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明第一方面提供一种用于加热不燃烧卷烟烟支的卷烟纸,其包括:
卷烟纸本体2;
吸附层3,其位于所述卷烟纸本体2一侧;
隔离层1,其位于所述卷烟纸本体2另一侧;
所述吸附层3为氯化钙层;所述隔离层1为石蜡和聚乙烯混合层。
基于重量百分比,所述吸附层3为所述卷烟纸总重量的0.5%~5.0%,所述隔离层1为所述卷烟纸总重量的0.5%~5.0%。
本发明第二方面提供一种加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其包括:
所述卷烟纸;和
烟芯材料4;
其中,所述吸附层3靠近所述烟芯材料4。
本发明第三方面提供一种降低加热不燃烧卷烟烟支的烟芯材料含水量的方法,在所述卷烟纸本体2靠近所述烟芯材料4一侧涂布所述吸附层3,所述吸附层3为氯化钙层。
所述卷烟纸的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)制备卷烟纸本体2;
(2)将石蜡和聚乙烯按比例配料后,加热熔化,充分搅拌均匀后,均匀涂布于卷烟纸本体2外侧;
(3)将氯化钙粉末喷涂在卷烟纸本体2内侧;
(4)双面压光后获得所述卷烟纸;
步骤(2)中所述石蜡和所述聚乙烯的质量比为90:10~98:2;
其中,当所述卷烟纸用于卷制烟芯材料4过程中,靠近烟芯材料4一侧为卷烟纸本体2内侧,远离烟芯材料4一侧为卷烟纸本体2外侧。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明在卷烟纸本体2靠近烟芯材料4一侧涂布氯化钙层,所述氯化钙层可吸收其自身重量300%的水分,将其用于吸收烟芯材料输送过程中自身吸收的环境水分,从而确保烟芯材料保持干燥,防止烟芯材料被卷制成卷烟烟支后,由于烟芯材料自身水分含量高导致卷烟烟支出现黄斑,抽吸体验变差问题。使用本发明添加氯化钙层的卷烟纸卷制的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,放置200天后表面未出现黄斑,同时抽吸烟雾量较不添加氯化钙层的卷烟纸卷制的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支提高了1-3口。
(2)本发明石蜡和聚乙烯混合层为隔离层,当加热不燃烧卷烟烟支长时间暴露于空气时,用于防止环境中的水分进入烟芯材料,而氯化钙层为吸附层,用于吸收烟芯材料中的水分。本发明通过化学吸附和物理隔离结合的方式,共同降低加热不燃烧卷烟烟支烟芯材料的含水量,从而确保烟芯材料保持干燥。
(3)本发明在卷烟纸中添加的石蜡、聚乙烯和氯化钙均为食品级材料,对感官抽吸品质无显著影响。

具体实施方式
对比例
本对比例首先通过以下步骤制备卷烟纸对比样:
(1)制备卷烟纸本体2;
(2)将石蜡和聚乙烯按一定比例配料后,加热熔化,充分搅拌均匀后,均匀涂布于卷烟纸本体外侧;
(3)压光后获得卷烟纸对比样。
步骤(2)中所述石蜡和所述聚乙烯的质量比为90:10;
其中,当卷烟纸对比样用于卷制烟芯材料4过程中,靠近烟芯材料4一侧为卷烟纸本体2内侧,远离烟芯材料4一侧为卷烟纸本体2外侧。
基于重量百分比,石蜡和聚乙烯混合层为所述卷烟纸总重量的2%。
将卷烟纸对比样包裹烟芯材料卷制成卷烟对比样。
实施例1
本实施例首先通过以下步骤制备卷烟纸样品1:
(1)制备卷烟纸本体2;
(2)将石蜡和聚乙烯按一定比例配料后,加热熔化,充分搅拌均匀后,均匀涂布于卷烟纸本体外侧;
(3)将氯化钙粉末喷涂在卷烟纸本体2内侧;
(4)双面压光后获得所述卷烟纸样品1。
步骤(2)中所述石蜡和所述聚乙烯的质量比为90:10;
其中,当所述卷烟纸样品1用于卷制烟芯材料4过程中,靠近烟芯材料4一侧为卷烟纸本体2内侧,远离烟芯材料4一侧为卷烟纸本体2外侧。
基于重量百分比,氯化钙层为所述卷烟纸总重量的4%,石蜡和聚乙烯混合层为所述卷烟纸总重量的2%。
将卷烟纸样品1包裹烟芯材料卷制成卷烟样品1。
将对比例中的卷烟对比样和实施例1中的卷烟样品1同时于环境湿度为30%的苛刻环境中放置200天,发现卷烟对比样表面出现轻微黄斑,而卷烟样品1表面为发现黄斑,而剖开卷烟纸后,发现卷烟对比样的烟芯材料较潮湿,甚至有轻微霉变的现象,而卷烟样品1的烟芯材料较干燥,同时请省级感官评吸人员分别对放置200天后的卷烟对比样和卷烟样品1进行评吸,发现卷烟样品1的抽吸烟雾量较卷烟对比样提高了1-3口。因此,在卷烟纸本体2靠近烟芯材料4一侧涂布氯化钙层,可以防止加热不燃烧卷烟烟支出现黄斑,抽吸体验变差的问题。

1.一种卷烟纸,其特征在于,其包括:
卷烟纸本体(2);
吸附层(3),其位于所述卷烟纸本体(2)一侧;
隔离层(1),其位于所述卷烟纸本体(2)另一侧;
基于重量百分比,所述吸附层(3)为所述卷烟纸总重量的0.5%~5.0%,所述隔离层(1)为所述卷烟纸总重量的0.5%~5.0%;
所述吸附层(3)为氯化钙层;所述隔离层(1)为石蜡和聚乙烯混合层。
2.一种加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其特征在于,其包括:
权利要求1所述的卷烟纸;
烟芯材料(4);
其中,所述吸附层(3)靠近所述烟芯材料(4)。
3.一种降低加热不燃烧卷烟烟支的烟芯材料含水量的方法,其特征在于,在所述卷烟纸本体(2)靠近所述烟芯材料(4)一侧涂布所述吸附层(3),所述吸附层(3)为氯化钙层。
