本发明公开一种可改善卷烟灰柱白度的卷烟纸,所述卷烟纸的填充料包括醋酸钙和碳酸钙,基于质量百分比,所述醋酸钙的量为所述碳酸钙和所述醋酸钙总质量的0‑30%,且不为0。本发明在卷烟纸制造过程中加入醋酸钙,取代其中的一部分碳酸钙作为填充料。该卷烟纸能够明显改善卷烟灰柱白度,降低凝灰指数,并且使得烟气成分和感官品质无显著变化,可以在不改变其它设计参数的前提下,直接替换常规卷烟纸使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及卷烟技术领域,具体地说是一种改善卷烟灰柱白度的卷烟纸及其制备方法和用途。
背景技术
20年前,卷烟纸只起一种主要作用,在5000-6000支/min卷烟机上卷包烟丝,使之成为一种结实无缺的烟条。传统卷烟的核心指标是克重和透气度,但现今卷烟纸必须满足多种功能,譬如在满足吸味要求的同时,还必须为牌号形象提供精美的外观支持,美国、欧洲等发达国家甚至要求卷烟纸必须具有一定的防火功能。可见卷烟纸目前已经不仅仅只是担任包裹烟丝的角色,而是承载了更多的功能化作用。
近年来随着消费者对卷烟表观品质追求的提高,设计者也在卷烟纸上加注了更多的元素,卷烟灰柱白度就是其中之一。卷烟灰柱是指卷烟燃烧后呈现的柱状灰烬,其表观白度越高,往往能带给消费者燃烧充分、灰分干净及品质上乘等感受,因此也成为了各大卷烟企业改善卷烟产品的目标之一。
目前从卷烟纸角度改善卷烟灰柱白度的常用方法主要有:第一,增加卷烟纸克重,也就是增加填充料碳酸钙的量,但这会带来卷烟纸透气度等性质的变化,最终使卷烟各项指标受到影响,受其影响最大的是卷烟的焦油释放量,碳酸钙的增加也会增加卷烟的焦油释放量。第二,增加卷烟纸中柠檬酸钾的量;柠檬酸钾作为卷烟纸常用助燃剂,加入后能够一定程度地改善卷烟灰柱白度,但缺点在于卷烟纸中柠檬酸盐助燃剂含量越高,卷烟纸阴燃速率越大,卷烟燃烧速度越快,抽吸口数减少,同等燃烧时间下卷烟的烟锥越长,卷烟纸外翻的可能性增大,造成卷烟包灰性能变差。
为了解决以上问题,提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明通过在卷烟纸制造过程中加入醋酸钙同时改善了卷烟灰柱白度和卷烟纸包灰性,并设计了制造流程,使其能够正常加入柠檬酸钾/柠檬酸钠作为助燃剂,使卷烟纸满足其阴燃状态标准。
本发明中所述的凝灰指数统一指的是卷烟纸灰分裂痕部分面积与整体面积的比值乘以100所得数值。如灰分裂痕部分面积占整体面积的5.0%,则凝灰指数为5.0.也就是说,凝灰指数越高,卷烟纸的包灰性能越差。
本发明第一方面提供一种可改善卷烟灰柱白度的卷烟纸,所述卷烟纸的填充料包括醋酸钙和碳酸钙,基于质量百分比,所述醋酸钙的量为所述碳酸钙和所述醋酸钙总质量的0-30%,且不为0。
优选地,基于质量百分比,所述醋酸钙的量为所述碳酸钙和所述醋酸钙总质量的5-20%。
本发明在卷烟纸制造过程中加入醋酸钙,取代其中的一部分碳酸钙作为填充料,保证醋酸钙和碳酸钙的总质量不变,以控制卷烟纸克重和透气度等参数不变,所述醋酸钙取代量为碳酸钙和醋酸钙总质量的30%以内。优选地,所述醋酸钙取代量为碳酸钙和醋酸钙总质量的5-20%,以确保使用该卷烟纸的卷烟的物理指标和烟气成分不会发生明显偏移。具体的取代量可以根据实际卷烟设计需要调整。
本发明第二方面提供一种所述的可改善卷烟灰柱白度的卷烟纸的制备方法,卷烟纸制备过程中,在抄纸工艺流程后,先进行第一次干燥,再浸涂醋酸钙;完成浸涂醋酸钙后进行第二次干燥,然后再进行施胶工艺,施胶工艺过程中喷涂助燃剂。
其中,按照常规工艺,碳酸钙在抄纸工艺过程中加入。
本发明在浸涂醋酸钙前后均进行干燥过程,关键的是,完成浸涂醋酸钙后,再进行施胶工艺前,先进行第二次干燥,原因在于:施胶过程中会喷涂柠檬酸盐等助燃剂,而如果浸涂醋酸钙后不进行干燥,直接施胶,会有醋酸钙和施胶过程中喷涂的柠檬酸盐等助燃剂发生水解沉淀的风险,导致柠檬酸盐等助燃剂量下降,而柠檬酸盐等助燃剂是卷烟纸中必不可少的,也是使用该卷烟纸的卷烟满足阴燃状态标准的必要条件。因此,为了防止直接将醋酸钙和柠檬酸盐或其它常用助燃剂混用时发生水解沉淀的风险,本发明在完成浸涂醋酸钙后,再进行施胶工艺前,先进行第二次干燥。
优选地,浸涂醋酸钙方法为将醋酸钙按所需量,溶解到一定量的水中,并装入料槽中;生产中,将滚轮传送的纸带通过料槽中的溶液中,醋酸钙即被浸涂在纸带上。具体的醋酸钙溶液的浓度根据实际需要的上料量而定,而且与纸带的传送速度有关。
其中,第一次和第二次干燥过程中,干燥温度和干燥时间都是现有技术中卷烟纸制备过程中常用的干燥条件,通常干燥温度为100-120℃,干燥时间控制在1米长的纸带通过干燥区域的时间不超过1s左右。
本发明第三方面提供一种所述的可改善卷烟灰柱白度的卷烟纸的用途,将其用于卷烟中,可以提升卷烟灰柱白度5-20个单位,降低凝灰指数1-3个单位。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、卷烟灰柱白度改善明显:使用该卷烟纸制造的卷烟,按标准方法检测其灰柱白度,发现普遍能够提升灰柱白度5-20个单位。
2、凝灰指数改善:使用该卷烟纸制造的卷烟,按标准方法检测其凝灰指数,发现其凝灰指数普遍能够降低1-3个单位。
3、卷烟纸和烟支物理指标无明显变化:由于醋酸钙的取代量较小,且醋酸钙与碳酸钙分子量接近,因此造成的卷烟纸和烟支物理指标无明显变化,工业化产品中可以直接替换使用。
4、卷烟烟气成分和感官品质变化不显著:经标准方法检测和感官评吸,发现该卷烟纸替换产品在烟气成分和感官品质上造成的变化不显著,检测数据基本都在允许误差范围以内。说明可以直接替换现有卷烟纸,而不需要其它设计参数的随调。
5、具体卷烟纸制备过程中,本发明针对醋酸钙的加入调整了制备过程,本发明在抄纸工艺流程后,先进行第一次干燥,再浸涂醋酸钙;完成浸涂醋酸钙后进行第二次干燥,然后再进行施胶工艺,施胶工艺过程中喷涂助燃剂。也就是说,浸涂醋酸钙前后均进行干燥过程,关键的是,完成浸涂醋酸钙后,再进行施胶工艺前,先进行第二次干燥,原因在于:施胶过程中会喷涂柠檬酸盐等助燃剂,而如果浸涂醋酸钙后不进行干燥,直接施胶,会有醋酸钙和施胶过程中喷涂的柠檬酸盐等助燃剂发生水解沉淀的风险,导致柠檬酸盐等助燃剂量下降,而柠檬酸盐等助燃剂是卷烟纸中必不可少的,也是使用该卷烟纸的卷烟满足阴燃状态标准的必要条件。因此,为了防止直接将醋酸钙和柠檬酸盐或其它常用助燃剂混用时发生水解沉淀的风险,本发明在完成浸涂醋酸钙后,再进行施胶工艺前,先进行第二次干燥。

整个该卷烟纸制造工艺流程如附图1所示。
另外,本实施例中卷烟灰柱白度、焦油释放量的计算均是采用,烟草领域常规的计算方法。
在如附图1所示的卷烟纸制造流程中,在醋酸钙浸涂过程中加入的醋酸钙的量为碳酸钙和醋酸钙总质量的5%;最终生产出的卷烟纸为32g/m2、70CU。
替换常规32g/m2、70CU的卷烟纸产品制成卷烟(2#),并与原卷烟(1#)进行对比,结果如下:

在如附图1所示的卷烟纸制造流程中,在醋酸钙浸涂过程中加入的醋酸钙的量为碳酸钙和醋酸钙总质量的30%;最终生产出的卷烟纸为30g/m2、60CU。
替换常规30g/m2、60CU的卷烟纸产品制成卷烟(2#),并与原卷烟(1#)进行对比,结果如下:

Claims (5)

1.一种可改善卷烟灰柱白度的卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述卷烟纸的填充料包括醋酸钙和碳酸钙,基于质量百分比,所述醋酸钙的量为所述碳酸钙和所述醋酸钙总质量的0-30%,且不为0。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可改善卷烟灰柱白度的卷烟纸,其特征在于,基于质量百分比,所述醋酸钙的量为所述碳酸钙和所述醋酸钙总质量的5-20%。
3.一种权利要求1所述的可改善卷烟灰柱白度的卷烟纸的制备方法,其特征在于,卷烟纸制备过程中,在抄纸工艺流程后,先进行第一次干燥,再浸涂醋酸钙;完成浸涂醋酸钙后进行第二次干燥,然后再进行施胶工艺,施胶工艺过程中喷涂助燃剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,浸涂醋酸钙方法为:将醋酸钙按所需量,溶解到一定量的水中,并装入料槽中;生产中,将滚轮传送的纸带通过料槽中的溶液中,醋酸钙即被浸涂在纸带上。
5.一种权利要求1所述的可改善卷烟灰柱白度的卷烟纸的用途,其特征在于,将其用于卷烟中,可以提升卷烟灰柱白度5-20个单位,降低凝灰指数1-3个单位。
