技术领域
本发明属于夹芯内饰板技术领域,具体是涉及一种可回收的环保型蜂窝夹芯板。
背景技术
随着汽车、高铁、飞机行业对节能、环保、舒适性等方面的要求越来越高,壁板、内饰板所用原材料正在向轻量化、环保可回收再利用、隔音降噪、隔热保温等方向发展。
目前汽车市场上应用的夹芯板的蜂窝多采用纸蜂窝,面板用的是热固性树脂加玻璃纤维做成的热固性复合材料面板,重量较大且不可回收利用。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种可回收的环保型蜂窝夹芯板,以解决上述背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本发明的一些实施例提供了一种可回收的环保型蜂窝夹芯板,其包括:
将纸蜂窝及与纸蜂窝上、下两个表面粘合的天然植物纤维热塑性树脂复合面板,通过下料、热压、冷却工序制得可回收的环保型蜂窝夹芯板。
在一些实施方式中,所述天然植物纤维包括黄麻纤维、汉麻纤维、苎麻纤维、洋麻纤维、亚麻纤维、红麻纤维、椰麻纤维、棕麻纤维、竹纤维以及剑麻纤维中的一种或多种的组合。
在一些实施方式中,所述热塑性树脂包括PP聚丙烯、PE聚乙烯、PA聚酰胺、ABS丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯中的一种或多种的组合。
在一些实施方式中,所述天然植物纤维热塑性树脂复合面板包含21wt%~38wt%天然植物纤维和热塑性树脂。
在一些实施方式中,所述的蜂窝包含热塑性植物纤维蜂窝、PP聚丙烯蜂窝、PE聚乙烯蜂窝、纸蜂窝中的一种或多种的组合;所述纸蜂窝的结构包括牛皮纸蜂窝、芳纶纸蜂窝中的一种或多种的组合。
在一些实施方式中,所述天然植物纤维热塑性树脂复合面板面密度包含1150g/m2~1350g/m2
在一些实施方式中,所述的热塑性植物纤维蜂窝用天然植物纤维和热塑性合成纤维制成,所述蜂窝的结构包括的蜂窝孔具有3~30mm的直径,5~20mm的厚度。
在一些实施方式中,所述下料包括将天然植物纤维热塑性树脂复合面板裁剪至要求尺寸;所述热压包括将按尺寸要求裁剪好的材料按天然植物纤维热塑性树脂复合面板、纸蜂窝、天然植物纤维热塑性树脂复合面板的顺序铺放在模具中,在热压机上按设定的温度、压力和保压时间进行压制;所述冷却包括在保持要求压力的同时,冷却至室温获得所需的蜂窝夹芯板。
综上所述,本发明实施例与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
本发明蜂窝夹芯材料选择纸蜂窝,面板中天然植物纤维占比分别为21~38%,热塑性树脂占比79~62%,通过下料—热压—冷却工序制得可回收的环保型蜂窝夹芯板,在保持优良力学性能的同时,比传统结构重量减轻了30~40%,并且成型工艺简单,隔音隔热效果好,原料来源绿色,安全环保,适应规模化生产的需求,可全部回收再利用等优点,应用前景广泛。

具体实施方式
为更清楚地阐述本发明的结构特征和功效,下面结合附图与具体实施例来对本发明进行详细说明。
参照图1,本发明的一种实施例中的可回收的环保型蜂窝夹芯板,其制备方法包括:将纸蜂窝及与纸蜂窝上、下两个表面粘合的天然植物纤维热塑性树脂复合面板,通过下料、热压、冷却工序制得可回收的环保型蜂窝夹芯板;
S01:将两块3mm厚、面密度为1150g/m2的天然植物纤维热塑性树脂复合面板、孔径6mm的纸蜂窝按要求尺寸裁剪;
S02:按从下往上为面板-纸蜂窝-面板的顺序将裁剪好的材料置于特定的模具中在热压机上,以120~180℃/2~4min/20KN/㎝²的技术条件进行压制;
S03:保持热压机压力,制品温度降至室温定型获得蜂窝夹芯版。
在本实施例实际应用时,图1为蜂窝夹芯板的纤维含量与蜂窝夹芯板的弯曲强度以及抗拉强度关系的三组试验表格。
在本实施例中的一种情况中,所述下料包括将天然植物纤维热塑性树脂复合面板裁剪至要求尺寸;所述热压包括将按尺寸要求裁剪好的材料按天然植物纤维热塑性树脂复合面板、纸蜂窝、天然植物纤维热塑性树脂复合面板的顺序铺放在模具中,在热压机上按设定的温度、压力和保压时间进行压制;所述冷却包括在保持要求压力的同时,冷却至室温获得所需的蜂窝夹芯板。
在本实施例中的一种情况中,所述天然植物纤维包括黄麻纤维、汉麻纤维、苎麻纤维、洋麻纤维、亚麻纤维、红麻纤维、椰麻纤维、棕麻纤维、竹纤维以及剑麻纤维中的一种或多种的组合;由于黄麻纤维、汉麻纤维、苎麻纤维、洋麻纤维、亚麻纤维、红麻纤维、椰麻纤维、棕麻纤维、竹纤维以及剑麻纤维属于类似结构,所以本配方制备结构是相似的。
在本实施例中的一种情况中,所述热塑性树脂包括PP聚丙烯、PE聚乙烯、PA聚酰胺、ABS丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯纤维中的一种或多种的组合;由于PP聚丙烯、PE聚乙烯、PA聚酰胺、ABS丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯纤维属于类似结构,所以本配方制备结构是相似的。
在本实施例中的一种情况中,所述天然植物纤维热塑性树脂复合面板包含21wt%~38wt%天然植物纤维和热塑性树脂。
在本实施例中的一种情况中,所述天然植物纤维热塑性树脂复合面板面密度包含1150g/m2~1350g/m2
在本实施例中的一种情况中,所述热塑性植物纤维蜂窝用天然植物纤维和热塑性合成纤维制得,所述蜂窝的结构包括的蜂窝孔具有3~30mm的直径,5~20mm的厚度。

1.一种可回收的环保型蜂窝夹芯板,其特征在于,所述环保型蜂窝夹芯板的制备方法包括:
将纸蜂窝及与纸蜂窝上、下两个表面粘合的天然植物纤维热塑性树脂复合面板,通过下料、热压、冷却工序制得可回收的环保型蜂窝夹芯板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可回收的环保型蜂窝夹芯板,其特征在于,所述天然植物纤维包括黄麻纤维、汉麻纤维、苎麻纤维、洋麻纤维、亚麻纤维、红麻纤维、椰麻纤维、棕麻纤维、竹纤维以及剑麻纤维中的一种或多种的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可回收的环保型蜂窝夹芯板,其特征在于,所述热塑性树脂包括PP聚丙烯、PE聚乙烯、PA聚酰胺、ABS丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯中的一种或多种的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可回收的环保型蜂窝夹芯板,其特征在于,所述天然植物纤维热塑性树脂复合面板包含21wt%~38wt%天然植物纤维和热塑性树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可回收的环保型蜂窝夹芯板,其特征在于,所述天然植物纤维热塑性树脂复合面板面密度包含1150g/m2~1350g/m2
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可回收的环保型蜂窝夹芯板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝的结构包括热塑性植物纤维蜂窝、PP聚丙烯蜂窝、PE聚乙烯蜂窝、纸蜂窝中的一种或多种的组合;所述纸蜂窝的结构包括牛皮纸蜂窝、芳纶纸蜂窝中的一种或多种的组合;所述热塑性植物纤维蜂窝用天然植物纤维和热塑性合成纤维制得,所述蜂窝的结构包括的蜂窝孔具有3~30mm的直径,5~20mm的厚度。
