as shown in fig. 5(a), in a state diagram in which the bending mechanism 500 drives the bending assembly to be above the battery winding core 610 but not pressed down, specifically, the lifting module 523 in the bending mechanism 500 above the execution station drives the bending assembly 510 to move down to a pre-pressing position, in this embodiment, the pre-pressing position is a position when the pressing block 5154 in the pressing and winding assembly 515 is in contact with the battery winding core 610, that is, the pressing and winding assembly 515 in the bending assembly 510 stops moving down after being abutted against the battery winding core 610, and at this time, the pressing and winding assembly 515 in the bending assembly 510 is located at the upper portion of the battery winding core 610 and is abutted against the battery winding core 610 but not pressed down;
starting a supporting cylinder 410 in the supporting mechanism 400, and driving a gas claw to drive a first stop block 450 and a second stop block 460 on the supporting cylinder to be folded in place to clamp two sides of a battery winding core 610;
then, the lifting module 523 continues to move downward to drive the bending assembly 510 to move downward to a pre-bending position, where the pre-bending position is a position where a bending block 5143 at the lowest part of the multi-stage linkage bending member 514 in the bending assembly contacts with tabs 620 at two sides of the battery winding core 610, as shown in a state diagram of fig. 5(b) where the bending mechanism is pressed downward to the pre-bending position, at this time, on one hand, since the pressing block 5154 in the roll pressing core assembly 515 is already abutted to the battery winding core 610, in the pressing process of the bending mechanism 500, a spring in the roll pressing core assembly 515 is compressed, and the multi-stage linkage bending members 514 at two sides of the roll pressing core assembly 515 continue to move downward to the pre-bending position under the driving of the lifting module 523; on the other hand, the support cylinder 410 in the support mechanism 400 is retracted, and the first stopper 450 and the second stopper 460 are separated from both sides of the battery roll core 610;
starting the bending cylinder 513 in the bending assembly 510 to retract upwards, at this time, the bending cylinder 513 drives the cylinder joint 5141 to move upwards, the cylinder joint 5141 drives the upper end portion of the adapter rod 5142 to move upwards, the upper end portion of the adapter rod 5142 moves upwards to drive the lower end portion of the adapter rod 5142 to move outwards while rotating along the second rotating pin 5145 for a certain position, the adapter rod 5142 further drives the upper end portion of the bending block 5143 to move outwards for a certain position, at this time, the lower end portion of the bending block 5143 rotates around the third rotating pin 5146, that is, the bending block 5143 rotates along the third rotating pin 5146 in a small-amplitude manner, so that the lower end portion of the bending block 5143 tilts towards the battery roll core 610 direction, that is, the bending block 5143 rotates to the bending position, as shown in fig. 5(c), and at this time, the inner end surface of the bottom portion of the bending block 5143 is close to the battery roll core 610;
finally, the lifting module 523 is started again to drive the bending assembly 510 to descend to the bending position, specifically, the lifting module 523 drives the bending blocks 5143 to drive the tabs 620 to cling to the battery winding core 610 for downward bending, the tabs 620 are bent and formed, and the two bending blocks 5143 are arranged to realize synchronous bending of two tabs 620 which are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the battery and distributed at 180 degrees, so that the problem that only one side can be bent at one time in the prior art is effectively solved;
after the tabs 620 are bent, the rotary disc rotates the air cylinder 230 to drive the rotary disc body 210 and the upper execution station thereof to rotate 180 degrees to the feeding station, and the feeding station rotates 180 degrees to the execution station below the bending assembly 510 of the bending mechanism 500, that is, on one hand, the batteries 600 which are positioned at the execution station and have finished bending the tabs 620 are transferred to the feeding station, the ejecting mechanism 300 is started to eject the batteries 600, and the next batch of batteries 600 with the tabs 620 to be bent are fed; on the other hand, the turntable jig 220 on which the battery winding core 610 is placed at the loading station is switched to the execution station, and the tab of the battery 600 in the next cycle is bent.
