Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a hoistway operation platform device to solve the problem that the construction of the existing hoistway operation platform in the later decoration stage is affected during the construction process.
The invention provides a hoistway operation platform device, which comprises a structure frame body which is hung in a hoistway through a lifting mechanism, wherein two transverse scaffold boards are fixed in the structure frame body, and the structure frame body is divided into an upper operation platform layer, a middle operation platform layer and a lower operation platform layer by the two transverse scaffold boards; the upper operating platform layer is used for constructing an external building main body structure, the middle operating platform layer is used for conducting construction materials, and the lower operating platform layer is used for repairing the external constructed building main body structure; and the upper operating platform layer, the middle operating platform layer and the lower operating platform layer are all as high as the single floor of the external building to be constructed.
In addition, it is preferable that the lifting mechanism comprises an electric hoist and a guide chain connected with the electric hoist; the upper end of the guide chain is connected with the upper end of the well wall of the well through an upper hanging seat, and the lower end of the guide chain is connected with the lower end of the side wall of the structure frame body through a lower hanging seat.
In addition, the preferred scheme is that the lifting mechanisms are provided with two groups, and the two groups of lifting mechanisms are respectively arranged on two sides of the structure frame body.
In addition, the preferred scheme is that the both sides of structure support body still are provided with and support guiding mechanism, support guiding mechanism including fixing guide rail on the lateral wall of structure support body sliding connection has the support on the guide rail, the support is kept away from one side and the outer structure wall fixed connection of guide rail.
In addition, it is preferable that the guide rail is disposed along a vertical direction of the structure frame body; and also,
the guide rail is in the both sides of structure support body all are provided with two at least.
In addition, preferably, each support is provided with a falling prevention mechanism, and when the lifting mechanism stops operating, the support is fixed with the guide rail through the falling prevention mechanism.
In addition, the preferable scheme is that a ladder stand is arranged in the structure frame body, and the upper operating platform layer, the middle operating platform layer and the lower operating platform layer are connected through the ladder stand.
In addition, the preferred scheme is that each transverse scaffold board is movably connected with a turning board.
In addition, it is preferable that a safety protection door is provided on the opening side of the upper operating platform layer.
In another aspect, the present invention further provides a construction method of the hoistway operation platform device, including:
assembling a structural frame body and installing a guide rail on the structural frame body;
the structure frame body is hung in a well, and the guide rail is connected with a support preset in the well in a sliding manner;
a lifting mechanism is arranged on the structure frame body;
carrying out installation inspection on the structure frame body;
and lifting or lowering the shaft operating platform device through a lifting mechanism.
Compared with the prior art, the hoistway operation platform device and the construction method thereof have the following beneficial effects:
the hoistway operating platform device provided by the invention is composed of three layers of operating platforms, so that synchronous cross construction tasks of different floors can be realized, and the construction efficiency is obviously improved; in addition, the structure frame body is provided with lifting components such as a guide rail, a guide chain, an electric hoist, a support and the like, the frame body can be freely lifted and lowered without any external hoisting equipment, and the operation platform has obvious advantages for various construction methods in a well; the anti-falling mechanism is arranged on the structural frame body at the same time, so that the safety of the frame body in the lifting and descending process can be ensured; the top of the operation platform is provided with a safety protection door capable of being opened inside and outside, so that non-operating personnel can be prevented from entering the operation platform at will to generate potential safety hazards; the operation platform is internally provided with a ladder stand and an openable turning plate, so that the interlayer transition of construction operators is facilitated; the operation platform layer (lower operation platform layer) of the device bottom is equipped with the web of regularization all around, turns over the board through hinge connection on the web, can seal the well completely, has avoided the risk of eminence object that falls.

Fig. 1 illustrates a three-dimensional structure of a hoistway operation platform device according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 illustrates a front view structure of the hoistway operation platform device according to the embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 illustrates a side view structure of the hoistway operation platform device according to the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the hoistway operation platform device provided by the present invention includes a structural frame body of an operation platform suspended in a hoistway by a preset lifting mechanism, the structural frame body is a supporting framework of the operation platform, the structural frame body is made of steel, an operation space is formed inside the structural frame body, and a worker can perform corresponding operation inside the structural frame body.
Specifically, two transverse scaffold boards 11 are fixed in the structure frame body, and the two transverse scaffold boards 11 divide the internal space of the structure frame body into an upper operation platform layer 1, a middle operation platform layer 2 and a lower operation platform layer 3. It should be noted that the upper operating platform level 1, the middle operating platform level 2, and the lower operating platform level 3 generally need to be equal to the height of a single floor of an external building to be constructed.
In actual work, go up operation platform layer 1, well operation platform layer 2 and operate platform layer 3 down and correspond adjacent three-layer respectively and wait to be under construction building floor, go up operation platform layer 1 and be used for the staff to construct outside building major structure, well operation platform layer 2 is used for the conduction of construction material, operates platform layer 3 down and is used for the staff to repair the outside to having been under construction building major structure.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, to achieve the lifting effect of the lifting mechanism, the lifting mechanism may include an electric hoist 5 and a chain block 9 connected to the electric hoist 5; wherein, the upper end of the chain block 9 is connected with the upper end of the well wall of the well through the upper hanging seat 4, and the lower end of the chain block 9 is connected with the lower end of the side wall of the structure frame body through the lower hanging seat 144. In the actual use process, the lifting or descending of the whole structure frame body can be realized by matching the electric hoist 5 with the chain block 9.
For guaranteeing the lifting stability, under the ordinary condition, hoist mechanism is provided with two sets ofly, and two sets of hoist mechanism symmetry respectively set up the both sides at the structure support body.
In addition, for further ensuring hoist mechanism's stability, can also set up in the both sides of structure support body and support guiding mechanism, support guiding mechanism including fixing the guide rail 6 on the lateral wall of structure support body, sliding connection has support 8 on guide rail 6, and support 8 keeps away from one side and exterior structure wall fixed connection of guide rail 6. The lifting or descending process of the structure frame body is guided by the supporting and guiding mechanism, so that the shaking phenomenon of the structure frame body in the lifting or descending process can be prevented.
Specifically, to ensure the guiding effect of the guide rail 6, the guide rail 6 is arranged along the vertical direction of the structure frame body, and the guide rail 6 is provided with at least two on both sides of the structure frame body.
It should be noted that, in order to prevent the falling phenomenon of the structure frame body in the stop state, the anti-falling mechanism 7 may be disposed on each support 8, the anti-falling mechanism 7 includes a locking member (not shown in the figure), and when the lifting mechanism stops operating, the support 8 is fixed with the guide rail 6 through the locking member of the anti-falling mechanism 7. It should be noted that the locking principle of the locking member on the sliding rail is described in many documents, and will not be described herein.
In addition, for realizing that the staff carries out the position conversion between the three-layer operation platform layer, can be provided with cat ladder 10 in the inside of structure support body, go up operation platform layer 1, well operation platform layer 2 and lower operation platform layer 3 three between link to each other through cat ladder 10, staff's accessible cat ladder 10 gets into any one deck operation platform layer.
In addition, it should be noted that the turning plates 12 are movably connected to the top plate and the bottom plate of each transverse scaffold plate 11 and the structural frame body, and in the actual working process, a worker can lift the turning plates 12 to enter a certain layer of required operation platform layer or even the top layer of the structural frame body, so that the layer-to-layer conversion of construction workers is facilitated.
In addition, for the personal safety who ensures staff, be provided with safety protection door 13 at the opening side on last operation platform layer 1, prevent that non-operation personnel from getting into operation platform at will, producing the potential safety hazard.
In addition, the periphery of the operation platform layer at the bottommost layer of the hoistway operation platform device provided by the invention is provided with the shaped web plate, and the web plate is connected with the turning plate 12 through the hinge, so that the hoistway can be completely sealed, and the risk of falling objects at high altitude is avoided.
In order to further explain the installation and construction process of the hoistway operation platform device provided by the invention, the invention also provides a construction method of the hoistway operation platform device, which comprises the following steps:
assembling a structural frame body, and installing components such as a transverse scaffold board 11, a ladder stand 10, a turning plate 12, a guide rail 6, a safety protection door 13, an anti-falling mechanism 7 and the like on the structural frame body;
the method comprises the following steps of (1) hoisting a structure frame body to a pre-erected operation platform support frame body in a well, and enabling a guide rail 6 to be in sliding connection with a support 8 preset in the well;
a lifting mechanism is arranged on the structure frame body;
carrying out installation inspection on the structure frame body;
the hoistway operation platform device is lifted or lowered by a lifting mechanism.
Specifically, the hoistway operation platform device provided by the invention is formed by assembling a shaped frame body and a platform plate, after various detailed components are installed, the device is firstly hoisted to a frame body erected in advance in a hoistway by utilizing hoisting equipment such as a tower crane and the like and is connected with a support 8 pre-installed on a wall in advance, and along with the construction progress of a hoistway main body structure, the operation platform device is hoisted or lowered by matching a hoisting mechanism with the support 8 and a guide rail 6.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the hoistway operation platform device and the construction method thereof according to the present invention have at least the following advantages:
1. the system consists of three layers of operating platforms, so that synchronous cross construction tasks of different floors can be realized, and the construction efficiency is obviously improved;
2. the structure frame body is provided with lifting components such as a guide rail 6, a chain block 9, an electric hoist, a support 8 and the like, the frame body can be freely lifted and lowered without any external hoisting equipment, and the operation platform has obvious advantages for various construction methods in a well;
3. the top of the operation platform is provided with a safety protection door 13 which can be opened inside and outside, so that non-operating personnel can be prevented from entering the operation platform at will to generate potential safety hazards; the operation platform is internally provided with a ladder stand 10 and an openable turning plate 12, which is convenient for the interlayer transition of construction operators.
A hoistway operation platform device and a construction method thereof according to the present invention are described above by way of example with reference to fig. 1 to 3. However, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various modifications may be made to the hoistway operating platform assembly of the present invention described above without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should be determined by the contents of the appended claims.
