Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of glove knitting machines, in particular to a knitting glove finishing process.
Background
With the development of technology, more and more knitted fabrics can be knitted by a circular knitting machine, a flat knitting machine, or the like, which is controlled by a computer.
The flat knitting machine herein refers to a knitting machine such as a weft knitting machine controlled by a computer and a glove knitting machine that uses a weft knitting machine to knit.
Taking the case of knitting gloves, knitting by a flat knitting machine or a glove knitting machine special for knitting the gloves, and when the gloves are knitted, a common collecting mode is that a channel is formed on the side surface of a machine body of the flat knitting machine or the glove knitting machine so that the gloves are sent into a collecting basket outside the machine body after being knitted, and then are collected and packed by manual work; under this kind of production mode, still need extra arrangement personnel to collect the arrangement to the glove, both extravagant manual work, and arrangement efficiency is not high.
The machine body is provided with a collecting device, the falling glove is accepted through a movable sliding plate to be used as a primary buffer, and the sliding plate is moved to enable the glove to be gradually stacked on the conveyor belt; however, due to inertia of the glove when the glove falls down, accurate stacking cannot be achieved.
Accordingly, the present inventors have further studied this, and developed a knitted glove finishing process, which results therefrom.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a knitting glove finishing process which can realize accurate and automatic stacking of gloves.
In order to achieve the above object, the technical scheme of the present invention is as follows:
after the glove knitting is finished and the glove slides out from the blanking port, the glove is caught by an inclined moving disc, and at the moment, the finger parts of the glove face outwards and incline downwards; swinging one side of the movable disc to enable the glove finger parts to be lifted to be higher than the wrist part, translating the movable disc back and forth, enabling the glove to be finally positioned at a preset position through the cooperation of the blocking frame, and removing the movable disc to enable the glove to fall on the receiving platform;
one side of the movable disc is pivoted below the blanking port, the other side of the movable disc is inclined downwards when the movable disc does not bear gloves, and the movable disc has a translation function;
the blocking frame is arranged around the movable disc, and when the movable disc translates, the glove on the movable disc is blocked and falls down by the blocking frame.
The inventor designs a movable tray which is inclined from outside to inside to the lower side of the glove knitting machine, but in practical use, the movable tray with the structure is found to easily cause falling glove fingers to fold, so that stacking is failed, so the inventor has developed a new way to enable the movable tray to be inclined outwards and downwards, and then raise the lower side for position calibration, thereby avoiding the problems.
Further, the carrying platform has a lifting function, and the lifting of the movable disc is realized by the action of the carrying platform.
The bearing platform has a lifting function, can better bear gloves, and can also play a role in driving the movable disc to swing.
Further, a travel switch is arranged on the side edge of the blocking frame, and when the travel switch is touched by lifting of the moving disc, the lifting operation is stopped.
Further, the inner side of the blocking frame is provided with an elastic sheet, and the elastic sheet is matched with the left-right movement of the moving disc to assist in correcting the position of the glove.
Further, an arc-shaped positioning edge is arranged in the blocking frame, and the radian of the arc-shaped positioning edge is consistent with the shape of the wrist opening of the glove.
Because the glove stacking needs to ensure that the landing points of the glove stacking are consistent, the position auxiliary correction is performed by adopting the scheme.
Further, the bearing platform is of a conveyor belt structure.
Further, the blocking frame comprises an upper blocking edge and a lower blocking edge, and when the side edge of the movable disc swings downwards, the movable disc is blocked by the lower blocking edge to fall; after the side edge of the movable disc swings upwards and translates, the upper flange stops falling.
The swing amplitude of the movable disc is limited by the lower flange, and the upper flange supports the movable disc during translation.
Further, the lifting of the moving disk is achieved by a cylinder or motor drive.
The oscillating lifting of the mobile disc can be achieved by other means as described above.
Further, the pin joint portion of the movable disk is arranged on the sliding rail.
The moving disc and the sliding rail can be in sliding or rolling contact, so that the moving stability is ensured.
After the scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the glove is guaranteed not to produce folding phenomenon in the sliding process, and can be accurately positioned to the same position for stacking, so that the packaging efficiency is improved.
